Josua 6
1 Jericho aber hatte die Thore geschlossen und war verschlossen vor den Israeliten, so daß niemand aus- und eingehen konnte.
and Jericho to shut and to shut from face: because son: descendant/people Israel nothing to come out: come and nothing to come (in): come
2 Da sprach Jahwe zu Josua: Nun will ich Jericho in deine Gewalt überliefern nebst ihrem König und den Kriegsleuten.
and to say LORD to(wards) Joshua to see: behold! to give: give in/on/with hand: power your [obj] Jericho and [obj] king her mighty man [the] strength
3 Und zwar sollt ihr - sämtliche Kriegsleute! - einmal um die Stadt ziehen, rings um die Stadt herum; so sollst du sechs Tage hindurch thun.
and to turn: surround [obj] [the] city all human [the] battle to surround [obj] [the] city beat one thus to make: do six day
4 Und sieben Priester sollen sieben Trompeten aus Widderhörnern vor der Lade einhertragen; am siebenten Tag aber sollt ihr die Stadt siebenmal umziehen, und die Priester sollen in die Trompeten stoßen.
and seven priest to lift: bear seven trumpet [the] jubilee/horn to/for face: before [the] ark and in/on/with day [the] seventh to turn: surround [obj] [the] city seven beat and [the] priest to blow in/on/with trumpet
5 Wenn aber das Widderhorn geblasen wird, soll das gesamte Volk, sobald ihr den Trompetenschall hört, ein lautes Kriegsgeschrei erheben; so wird dann die Mauer der Stadt in sich zusammenstürzen, und das Volk mag hinaufsteigen, ein jeder von da, wo er gerade steht.
and to be in/on/with to draw in/on/with horn [the] jubilee/horn (like/as to hear: hear you *Q(K)*) [obj] voice: sound [the] trumpet to shout all [the] people shout great: large and to fall: fall wall [the] city underneath: stand her and to ascend: rise [the] people man: anyone before him
6 Da berief Josua, der Sohn Nuns, die Priester und sprach zu ihnen: Ihr sollt die Gesetzeslade tragen, und sieben Priester sollen sieben Trompeten aus Widderhörnern vor der Lade Jahwes einhertragen.
and to call: call to Joshua son: child Nun to(wards) [the] priest and to say to(wards) them to lift: raise [obj] ark [the] covenant and seven priest to lift: bear seven trumpet jubilee/horn to/for face: before ark LORD
7 Dann befahl er dem Volke: Geht und zieht um die Stadt herum; die Gewappneten aber mögen vor der Lade Jahwes einherziehen!
(and to say *Q(K)*) to(wards) [the] people to pass and to turn: surround [obj] [the] city and [the] to arm to pass to/for face: before ark LORD
8 Als nun Josua dem Volke den Befehl gegeben hatte, da zogen die sieben Priester, die sieben Trompeten aus Widderhörnern trugen, vor Jahwe einher und stießen in die Trompeten; die Gesetzeslade Jahwes aber folgte hinter ihnen drein.
and to be like/as to say Joshua to(wards) [the] people and seven [the] priest to lift: bear seven trumpet [the] jubilee/horn to/for face: before LORD to pass and to blow in/on/with trumpet and ark covenant LORD to go: follow after them
9 Die Gewappneten jedoch zogen vor den Priestern, die in die Trompeten stießen; der große Haufe aber zog hinter der Lade drein, indem sie fortwährend in die Trompeten stießen.
and [the] to arm to go: walk to/for face: before [the] priest (to blow *Q(K)*) [the] trumpet and [the] to gather to go: walk after [the] ark to go: continue and to blow in/on/with trumpet
10 Und Josua befahl dem Volke: Ihr dürft kein Kriegsgeschrei erheben und keinen Lärm machen, ja kein einziges Wort sprechen bis zu der Zeit, wo ich euch gebieten werde, das Kriegsgeschrei zu erheben; dann sollt ihr es erheben.
and [obj] [the] people to command Joshua to/for to say not to shout and not to hear: hear [obj] voice your and not to come out: come from lip your word till day to say I to(wards) you to shout and to shout
11 Und er ließ die Lade Jahwes einmal rings um die ganze Stadt herum tragen; hierauf kehrten sie ins Lager zurück und brachten die Nacht im Lager zu.
and to turn: surround ark LORD [obj] [the] city to surround beat one and to come (in): come [the] camp and to lodge in/on/with camp
12 Josua aber machte sich früh auf; da nahmen die Priester die Lade Jahwes auf,
and to rise Joshua in/on/with morning and to lift: raise [the] priest [obj] ark LORD
13 und die sieben Priester, die die sieben Trompeten aus Widderhjörnern vor der Lade Jahwes trugen, stießen im Gehen beständig in die Trompeten, und die Gewappneten schritten vor ihnen her; der große Haufe aber zog hinter der Lade Jahwes drein, indem sie beständig in die Trompeten stießen.
and seven [the] priest to lift: bear seven trumpet [the] jubilee/horn to/for face: before ark LORD to go: walk to go: continue and to blow in/on/with trumpet and [the] to arm to go: walk to/for face: before their and [the] to gather to go: walk after ark LORD (to go: continue *Q(K)*) and to blow in/on/with trumpet
14 So zogen sie auch am zweiten Tag einmal um die Stadt herum; dann kehrten sie in Lager zurück. So thaten sie sechs Tage hindurch.
and to turn: surround [obj] [the] city in/on/with day [the] second beat one and to return: return [the] camp thus to make: do six day
15 Am siebenten Tag aber brachen sie bei Anbruch der Morgenröte auf und zogen nach gewohnter Weise siebenmal um die Stadt herum.
and to be in/on/with day [the] seventh and to rise like/as to ascend: dawn [the] dawn and to turn: surround [obj] [the] city like/as justice: custom [the] this seven beat except in/on/with day [the] he/she/it to turn: surround [obj] [the] city seven beat
16 Beim siebenten Mal aber stießen die Priester in die Trompeten. Da sprach Josua zu dem Volke: Erhebt ein Kriegsgeschrei, denn Jahwe hat euch die Stadt überliefert!
and to be in/on/with beat [the] seventh to blow [the] priest in/on/with trumpet and to say Joshua to(wards) [the] people to shout for to give: give LORD to/for you [obj] [the] city
17 Die Stadt aber nebst allem, was darin ist, soll kraft des Bannes Jahwe geweiht sein; nur die Buhlerin Rahab nebst allen, die bei ihr im Hause sind, soll am Leben bleiben, weil sie die Boten, die wir absandten, versteckt hat.
and to be [the] city devoted thing he/she/it and all which in/on/with her to/for LORD except Rahab [the] to fornicate to live he/she/it and all which with her in/on/with house: home for to hide [obj] [the] messenger which to send: depart
18 Nehmt euch aber wohl vor dem Geweihten in acht, daß ihr euch nicht gelüsten laßt, euch von dem Geweihten etwas anzueignen; ihr würdet dadurch das israelitische Lager unter den Bann bringen und es ins Unglück stürzen.
and except you(m. p.) to keep: guard from [the] devoted thing lest to devote/destroy and to take: take from [the] devoted thing and to set: make [obj] camp Israel to/for devoted thing and to trouble [obj] him
19 Vielmehr soll alles Silber und Gold und alle ehernen und eisernen Gerätschaften Jahwe geweiht sein und in den Schatz Jahwes kommen.
and all silver: money and gold and article/utensil bronze and iron holiness he/she/it to/for LORD treasure LORD to come (in): come
20 Da erhob das Volk das Kriegsgeschrei und sie stießen in die Trompeten. Als nun das Volk den Trompetenschall vernahm, da erhob das Volk ein gewaltiges Kriegsgeschrei. Da stürzte die Mauer in sich zusammen, das Volk aber drang in die Stadt ein, ein jeder von da, wo er gerade stand; so nahmen sie die Stadt ein.
and to shout [the] people and to blow in/on/with trumpet and to be like/as to hear: hear [the] people [obj] voice: sound [the] trumpet and to shout [the] people shout great: large and to fall: fall [the] wall underneath: because of her and to ascend: rise [the] people [the] city [to] man: anyone before him and to capture [obj] [the] city
21 Und sie vollstreckten an allem, was sich in der Stadt befand, an den Männern, wie an den Weibern, den Jungen und Alten, wie an Rindern, Schafen und Eseln, den Bann mit dem Schwerte.
and to devote/destroy [obj] all which in/on/with city from man and till woman from youth and till old and till cattle and sheep and donkey to/for lip: edge sword
22 den beiden Männern aber, die das Land ausgekundschaftet hatten, befahl Josua: Begebt euch in das Haus jener Buhlerin und führt das Weib nebst allen ihren Angehörigen von dort hinweg, wie ihr es zugeschworen habt.
and to/for two [the] human [the] to spy [obj] [the] land: country/planet to say Joshua to come (in): come house: home [the] woman [the] to fornicate and to come out: send from there [obj] [the] woman and [obj] all as which to/for her like/as as which to swear to/for her
23 Da begaben sich die jungen Männer, die als Kundschafter gedient hatten, hin und führten Rahab nebst ihrem Vater, ihrer Mutter, ihren Brüdern und allen ihren Angehörigen hinaus und brachten sie außerhalb des israelitischen Lagers unter.
and to come (in): come [the] youth [the] to spy and to come out: send [obj] Rahab and [obj] father her and [obj] mother her and [obj] brother: male-sibling her and [obj] all which to/for her and [obj] all family her to come out: send and to rest them from outside to/for camp Israel
24 Die Stadt aber und alles, was darin war, brannte man nieder; nur das Silber und Gold, sowie die ehernen und eisernen Geräte brachte man in die Schatzkammer der Behausung Jahwes.
and [the] city to burn in/on/with fire and all which in/on/with her except [the] silver: money and [the] gold and article/utensil [the] bronze and [the] iron to give: put treasure house: temple LORD
25 Die Buhlerin Rahab aber und die familie ihres Vaters und alle ihre Angehörigen ließ Josua am Leben, und so blieb ihr Geschlecht unter den Israeliten wohnen bis auf den heutigen Tag, weil sie die Boten versteckt hatte, die Josua ausgesandt hatte, um Jericho auszukundschaften.
and [obj] Rahab [the] to fornicate and [obj] house: household father her and [obj] all which to/for her to live Joshua and to dwell in/on/with entrails: among Israel till [the] day: today [the] this for to hide [obj] [the] messenger which to send: depart Joshua to/for to spy [obj] Jericho
26 Zu jener Zeit sprach Josua folgenden Fluch aus: Verflucht vor Jahwe soll der Mann sein, der es wagt, diese Stadt, Jericho, wieder aufzubauen! Wenn er ihren Grund legt, koste es ihn seinen Erstgeborenen, und wenn er ihre Thore einsetzt, seinen jüngsten Sohn!
and to swear Joshua in/on/with time [the] he/she/it to/for to say to curse [the] man to/for face: before LORD which to arise: establish and to build [obj] [the] city [the] this [obj] Jericho in/on/with firstborn his to found her and in/on/with little his to stand door her
27 Jahwe aber war mit Josua, und sein Ruf verbreitete sich durch das ganze Land.
and to be LORD with Joshua and to be report his in/on/with all [the] land: country/planet
