1 Mose 6
1 Als nun die Menschen anfingen, sich zu vermehren auf der Erde, und ihnen Töchter geboren wurden,
And it came to passe wha men bega to multiplye apo the erth ad had begot them doughters
2 da sahen die Gottessöhne, daß die Töchter der Menschen gar schön waren, und nahmen sich zu Weibern, welche ihnen irgend gefielen.
the sonnes of God sawe the doughters of men that they were fayre and toke vnto them wyves which they best liked amoge the all.
3 Da sprach Jahwe: Mein Geist soll nicht ewig im Menschen walten, denn auch er ist Fleisch, und seine Lebensdauer betrage 120 Jahre!
And the LORd sayd: My spirite shall not allwaye stryve withe man for they are flesh. Nevertheles I wyll geue them yet space and hundred and. xx. yeres
4 Zu jener Zeit waren die Riesen auf Erden; und auch nach der Zeit, wo sich die Gottessöhne zu den Töchtern der Menschen gesellten, und diese ihnen gebaren - das sind die Recken, die in grauer Vorzeit waren, die Hochgefeierten.
There were tirantes in the world in thos dayes. For after that the children of God had gone in vnto the doughters of men and had begotten them childern the same childern were the mightiest of the world and men of renowne
5 Als nun Jahwe sah, daß die Bosheit der Menschen groß ward auf Erden und alles Dichten und Trachten ihres Herzens allezeit nur böse war,
And whan the LORde sawe yt the wekednesse of man was encreased apon the erth and that all the ymaginacion and toughtes of his hert was only evell continually
6 da bereute Jahwe, daß er die Menschen geschaffen hatte auf Erden, und war tief bekümmert.
he repented that he had made man apon the erth and sorowed in his hert.
7 Da sprach Jahwe: Ich will die Menschen, die ich geschaffen habe, hinwegtilgen von der Erde, sowohl die Menschen, als das Vieh, das Gewürm und die Vögel des Himmels; denn es reut mich, daß ich sie geschaffen habe.
And sayd: I wyll destroy mankynde which I haue made fro of the face of the erth: both man beast worme and foule of the ayre for it repeteth me that I haue made them.
8 Noah aber hatte Gnade bei Jahwe gefunden.
But yet Noe found grace in the syghte of the LORde.
9 Dies ist die Geschichte Noahs. Noah war ein frommer, unsträflicher Mann unter seinen Zeitgenossen; in Gemeinschaft mit Gott wandelte Noah.
These are the generatios of Noe. Noe was a righteous man and vncorrupte in his tyme and walked wyth god.
10 Und Noah erzeugte drei Söhne: Sem, Ham und Japhet.
And Noe begat. iij. sonnes: Sem Ham and Iapheth.
11 Die Erde aber war verderbt vor dem Angesichte Gottes, und die Erde wurde voll von Frevel.
And the erth was corrupte in the syghte of god and was full of mischefe.
12 Da sah Gott, daß die Erde arg verderbt war; denn alles Fleisch hatte seinen Wandel verderbt auf Erden.
And God loked vpon the erth ad loo it was corrupte: for all flesh had corrupte his way vppon the erth.
13 Da sprach Gott zu Noah: Das Ende alles Fleisches ist bei mir beschlossen, denn voll ist die Erde von Frevel, den sie verüben; so will ich sie nun von der Erde vertilgen.
Than sayd God to Noe: the end of all flesh is come before me for the erth is full of there myschefe. And loo I wyll destroy them with the erth.
14 Baue dir einen Kasten aus Gopherholz; mit lauter Zellen mußt du den Kasten erbauen und ihn inwendig und auswendig mit Harz verpichen.
Make the an arcke of pyne tree and make chaumbers in the arcke and pytch it wythin and wythout wyth pytch.
15 Und also sollst du ihn bauen: 300 Ellen betrage die Länge des Kastens, 50 Ellen seine Breite und 30 Ellen seine Höhe.
And of this facion shalt thou make it. The lenth of the arcke shall be. iij. hundred cubytes ad the bredth of it. l. cubytes and the heyth of it. xxx. cubytes.
16 Ein Fenster sollst du oben an dem Kasten machen; eine Elle weit sollst du es herstellen. Und den Eingang zu dem Kasten sollst du an seiner Seite anbringen; in drei Stockwerken mit lauter Zellen sollst du ihn erbauen.
A wyndow shalt thou make aboue in the arcke. And wythin a cubyte compasse shalt thou finysh it. And the dore of the arcke shalt thou sette in ye syde of it: and thou shalt make it with. iij loftes one aboue an other.
17 Denn ich werde alsbald die Flut über die Erde kommen lassen, um alles Fleisch unter dem Himmel, das lebendigen Odem in sich hat, zu vertilgen; alles, was auf Erden ist, soll umkommen.
For behold I wil bringe in a floud of water apon the erth to destroy all flesh from vnder heaven wherin breth of life is so that all that is in the erth shall perish.
18 Aber mit dir will ich einen Bund aufrichten, und du sollst in den Kasten eingehen - du und deine Söhne und dein Weib und die Weiber deiner Söhne mit dir.
But I will make myne apoyntement with the that both thou shalt come in to ye arcke and thy sonnes thy wyfe and thy sonnes wyves with the.
19 Und von allem Lebendigen, von allem Fleische, sollst du je zwei von allen mit hineinnehmen in den Kasten, um sie samt dir am Leben zu erhalten; je ein Männchen und ein Weibchen soll es sein.
And of all that lyveth what soever flesh it be shalt thou brynge in to the arcke of every thynge a payre to kepe them a lyve wyth the. And male and female
20 Von den Vögeln je nach ihrer Art, von dem Vieh je nach seiner Art, und von allem, was auf der Erde kriecht, je nach seiner Art sollen immer je zwei zu dir in den Kasten eingehen, damit sie am Leben bleiben.
se that they be of byrdes in their kynde and of beastes in their kynde and of all maner of wormes of the erth in their kinde: a payre of every thinge shall come vnto the to kepe them a lyve.
21 Du aber beschaffe dir von jeder Art Speise, die genossen zu werden pflegt, und speichere sie bei dir auf, damit sie dir und ihnen zur Nahrung diene.
And take vnto the of all maner of meate yt may be eaten and laye it vp in stoore by the that it may be meate both for ye and for the:
22 Da that Noah ganz, wie ihm Gott geheißen hatte - so that er.
and Noe dyd acordynge to all that God commaunded hym.
