1 Chronik 10
1 Und die Philister hatten Israel angegriffen; die Israeliten aber hatten vor den Philistern die Flucht ergriffen und auf dem Berge Gilboa lagen Erschlagene umher.
and Philistine to fight in/on/with Israel and to flee man Israel from face: before Philistine and to fall: kill slain: killed in/on/with mountain: mount (Mount) Gilboa
2 Und die Philister hefteten sich an Sauls und seiner Söhne Fersen und die Philister erschlugen Sauls Söhne: Jonathan, Abinadab und Malchisua.
and to cleave Philistine after Saul and after son: child his and to smite Philistine [obj] Jonathan and [obj] Abinadab and [obj] Malchi-shua Malchi-shua son: child Saul
3 Als aber der Kampf sich heftig gegen Saul wendete, und die Bogenschützen ihn entdeckt hatten, erfaßte ihn Angst vor den Schützen.
and to honor: heavy [the] battle upon Saul and to find him [the] to shoot in/on/with bow and to twist: writh in pain from [the] to shoot
4 Da bat Saul seinen Waffenträger: Zücke dein Schwert und durchbohre mich damit, daß nicht diese Unbeschnittenen kommen und ihren Mutwillen mit mir treiben! Aber sein Waffenträger wollte nicht, weil er sich zu sehr fürchtete. Da ergiff Saul das Schwert und stürzte sich darein.

5 Als aber sein Waffenträger sah, daß Saul tot sei, stürzte er sich gleichfalls ins Schwert und starb.
and to see: see to lift: bearing(armour) article/utensil his for to die Saul and to fall: fall also he/she/it upon [the] sword and to die
6 So starben Saul und seine drei Söhne und sein ganzes Haus: sie starben miteinander.
and to die Saul and three son: child his and all house: household his together to die
7 Als aber sämtliche Israeliten, die in der Ebene wohnten, gewahrten, daß die Israeliten geflohen und daß Saul und seine Söhne gefallen waren, räumten sie ihre Städte und flüchteten sich. Und die Philister kamen und setzten sich darin fest.
and to see: see all man Israel which in/on/with valley for to flee and for to die Saul and son: child his and to leave: forsake city their and to flee and to come (in): come Philistine and to dwell in/on/with them
8 Am fogenden Tage nun, als die Philister kamen, die Erschlagenen zu berauben, fanden sie Saul mit seinen drei Söhnen auf dem Gebirge Gilboa liegend.
and to be from morrow and to come (in): come Philistine to/for to strip [obj] [the] slain: killed and to find [obj] Saul and [obj] son: child his to fall: fall in/on/with mountain: mount (Mount) Gilboa
9 Da zogen sie ihn aus, nahmen seinen Kopf und seine Waffen und sandten Boten im Lande der Philister umher, um bei ihren Götzen und dem Volke die Siegesbotschaft zu verkünden.
and to strip him and to lift: raise [obj] head his and [obj] article/utensil his and to send: depart in/on/with land: country/planet Philistine around: whole to/for to bear tidings [obj] idol their and [obj] [the] people
10 Seine Rüstung legten sie im Tempel ihres Gottes nieder und seinen Schädel nagelten sie im Dagontempel an.
and to set: put [obj] article/utensil his house: temple God their and [obj] head his to blow house: temple Dagon
11 Als aber sämtliche Bürger von Jabes in Gilead von allem vernahmen, wie die Philister mit Saul verfahren waren,
and to hear: hear all Jabesh (Jabesh)-gilead [obj] all which to make: do Philistine to/for Saul
12 machten sich alle wehrhaften Männer auf, trugen die Leiche Sauls und die Leichen seiner Söhne hinweg und brachten sie nach Jabes. Sodann begruben sie ihre Gebeine unter der Terebinthe in Jabes und fasteten sieben Tage.
and to arise: rise all man strength and to lift: bear [obj] body Saul and [obj] body son: child his and to come (in): bring them Jabesh (Gilead) [to] and to bury [obj] bone their underneath: under [the] oak in/on/with Jabesh (Gilead) and to fast seven day
13 So starb Saul um der Vergehungen willen, die er gegen Jahwe begangen hatte, wegen des Gebotes Jahwes, das er nicht beachtet, und auch, weil er einen Totengeist befragte, um eine Offenbarung zu erhalten,
and to die Saul in/on/with unfaithfulness his which be unfaithful in/on/with LORD upon word LORD which not to keep: obey and also to/for to ask in/on/with medium to/for to seek
14 anstatt Jahwe um eine Offenbarung anzugehen. Darum ließ er ihn sterben und wandte das Königtum David, dem Sohne Isais, zu.
and not to seek in/on/with LORD and to die him and to turn: turn [obj] [the] kingship to/for David son: child Jesse
