4 Mose 6

1 Und der Herr sprach zu Moses:

And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,

2 "Rede mit den Söhnen Israels und sage ihnen: 'Will jemand, Mann oder Weib, ein Nasiräergelübde ablegen, um sich dem Herrn zu weihen,

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman pronounce an especial vow, the vow of a Nazarite, to be abstinent in honor of the Lord:

3 so soll er sich des Weines und des Bieres enthalten! Auch soll er keinen Essig von Wein oder Bier trinken! Er soll keinen Traubensaft trinken und keine Trauben essen, weder frisch noch getrocknet!

Then shall he abstain from wine and strong drink, vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink shall he not drink, and any infusion of grapes shall he not drink, and grapes, fresh or dried, shall he not eat.

4 Alle Tage seiner Weihe soll er nichts trinken, was vom Weinstock gemacht wird! Von den Kernen bis zur Hülse soll er nichts essen!

All the days of his abstinence shall he eat nothing that is made of the grape-vine, from the kernels even to the husk.

5 Die ganze Zeit seiner Weihe soll kein Schermesser über sein Haupt kommen, bis die Zeit erfüllt ist, für die er sich dem Herrn geweiht! Er ist dem Herrn heilig. Er lasse sein Haupthaar wachsen!

All the days of the vow of his abstinence no razor shall pass over his head: until the days be completed, in which he abstaineth in honor of the Lord, shall he be holy, letting grow untouched the hair of his head.

6 Die ganze Zeit, die er sich dem Herrn geweiht, darf er zu keiner Leiche kommen.

All the days of his abstinence in honor of the Lord shall he not come near any dead body.

7 Er darf sich nicht unrein machen, weder an Vater noch Mutter noch Bruder noch Schwester, wenn sie sterben. Denn die Weihe an seinen Gott ist auf seinem Haupte.

On his father, or on his mother, on his brother, or on his sister, shall he not make himself unclean, when they die; because the consecration of his God is upon his head.

8 Alle Tage seiner Weihe ist er dem Herrn geweiht.

All the days of his abstinence is he holy unto the Lord.

9 Wenn aber neben ihm ganz plötzlich jemand stirbt und er macht seines Diadems Haupt unrein, dann schere er sein Haupt an dem Tage, an dem er wieder rein wird! Am siebten Tage soll er es scheren!

And if some one die very suddenly by him, and he thus defile his consecrated head: then shall he shave his head on the day of his being cleansed, on the seventh day shall he shave it.

10 Am achten Tage soll er zwei Turtel- oder junge Tauben zum Priester bringen an des Festgezeltes Pforte!

And on the eighth day shall he bring two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

11 Der Priester bereite die eine als Sündopfer, die andere als Brandopfer und schaffe ihm dafür Sühne, daß er sich an der Leiche verschuldet hat! Dann heilige er wieder sein Haupt am selben Tage,

And the priest shall prepare the one for a sin-offering, and the other for a burnt-offering, and make an atonement for him, because he hath sinned through the dead; and he shall hallow his head on that same day.

12 weihe sich weiter für die Tage seiner Weihe dem Herrn und bringe ein noch nicht jähriges Lamm als Schuldopfer dar! Die früheren Tage aber fallen weg, weil er sein Diadem entweiht hat.

And he shall consecrate unto the Lord [again] the days of his abstinence, and he shall bring a sheep of the first year for a trespass-offering; but the prior days shall not be counted, because his consecration hath been defiled.

13 Dies ist das Gesetz über den Nasiräer: Wenn die Tage seiner Weihe erfüllt sind, soll man ihn an des Festgezeltes Pforte bringen!

And this is the law of the Nazarite: On the day when the days of his abstinence are completed, shall he present himself at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation;

14 Er bringe dazu als seine Opfergabe dem Herrn ein noch nicht jähriges, fehlerloses Lamm zum Brandopfer, ein noch nicht jähriges, weibliches, fehlerloses Lamm zum Sündopfer, einen fehlerlosen Widder zum Dankopfer,

And he shall bring his offering unto the Lord, one male sheep of the first year without blemish for a burnt-offering, and one ewe of the first year without blemish for a sin-offering, and one ram without blemish for a peace-offering,

15 einen Korb ungesäuerter Kuchen von Feinmehl, mit Öl bereitet, ungesäuerte, mit Öl bestrichene Fladen sowie Speise- und Trankopfer!

And a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil; and their meat-offering, and their drink-offerings.

16 Der Priester bringe es vor den Herrn und bereite sein Sünd- und Brandopfer!

And the priest shall bring them near before the Lord, and he shall prepare his sin-offering, and his burnt-offering:

17 Den Widder soll er als Dankopfer für den Herrn bereiten samt dem Korb mit dem Ungesäuerten! Auch sein Speise- und Trankopfer bereite der Priester!

And the ram shall he prepare for a sacrifice of peace-offering unto the Lord, with the basket of unleavened bread; and the priest shall prepare his meat-offering and his drink-offering.

18 Dann schere der Nasiräer vor des Festgezeltes Pforte sein geweihtes Haupt, nehme seines geweihten Hauptes Haar und werfe es in das Feuer, unter dem Dankopfer!

And the Nazarite shall shave at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation his consecrated head; and he shall take the hair of his consecrated head, and put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of the peace-offering.

19 Dann nehme der Priester vom Widder den gekochten Bug und aus dem Korb einen ungesäuerten Kuchen sowie einen ungesäuerten Fladen und gebe es dem Nasiräer in die Hände, nachdem er sein Geweihtes abgeschoren!

And the priest shall take the shoulder of the ram when it is cooked, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and he shall put them upon the hands of the Nazarite, after he hath shaved his consecrated [head].

20 Dann weihe sie der Priester als Abgabe vor dem Herrn - eine zufallende heilige Gabe ist es für Priester - samt der Weihebrust und der Gabenkeule! Danach darf der Nasiräer Wein trinken.

And the priest shall make with them a waving before the Lord; it is a holy gift for the priest, together with the breast that was waved and the shoulder that was lifted up: and after that may the Nazarite drink wine.

21 Das ist das Gesetz über den Nasiräer, der ein Gelübde macht, sein Opfer für den Herrn seiner Weihe wegen, außer dem, was er noch leisten kann. Gemäß seinem gemachten Gelübde soll er also tun, nach dem Gesetz seiner Weihe!'"

This is the law of the Nazarite who hath vowed; his offering unto the Lord for his abstinence, besides that which he may be able to give: according to his vow which he may vow, so must he do in addition to what is required by the law of his abstinence.

22 Und der Herr sprach zu Moses also:

And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,

23 "Sprich so zu Aaron und den Söhnen: 'So sollt ihr die Israeliten segnen und so zu ihnen sprechen:

Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, Thus shall ye bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,

24 Dich segne der Herr und behüte dich!

The Lord bless thee, and preserve thee;

25 Sein Antlitz lasse leuchten über dich der Herr und sei dir gnädig!

The Lord make his face shine unto thee, and be gracious to thee;

26 Zuwende dir der Herr Sein Angesicht und schaffe dir so Frieden!'

The Lord lift up his countenance unto thee, and give thee peace.

27 So sollen sie meinen Namen auf die Israeliten legen! Dann werde ich sie segnen."

And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel: and I will bless them.
