4 Mose 4
1 Und der Herr sprach zu Moses und Aaron:
And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
2 "Erhebt der Kehatsöhne Kopfzahl aus den anderen Levisöhnen, nach ihren Sippen und Familien
“Take a census of the sons of Kohath from the midst of the sons of Levi, by their families, by the house of their fathers;
3 von dreißig Jahren aufwärts bis zu fünfzig Jahren, alles, was zum Dienste kommt, an dem Festgezelt Arbeit zu tun!
from a son of thirty years and upward, even until a son of fifty years, everyone going in to the host, to do work in the Tent of Meeting.
4 Dies ist der Dienst der Kehatsöhne an dem Festgezelt, in hochheiligen Dingen:
This [is] the service of the sons of Kohath in the Tent of Meeting [for] the most holy things:
5 Beim Abzug des Lagers sollen Aaron und seine Söhne kommen und den hüllenden Vorhang abnehmen und die Zeugnislade mit ihm verhüllen!
when Aaron and his sons have come in, in the journeying of the camp, and have taken down the veil of the hanging, and have covered the Ark of the Testimony with it,
6 Darüber sollen sie eine weiche Lederdecke legen und oben darauf ein blaues Purpurtuch breiten und ihre Tragstangen einstecken!
then they have put a covering of tachash skin on it, and have spread a garment completely of blue above, and have placed its poles.
7 Über den Schaubrottisch sollen sie ein blaues Purpurtuch breiten und darauf die Schüsseln, Schalen, Becher und Trankopferkannen stellen! Das stets aufgelegte Brot sei auch darauf!
And they spread a garment of blue over the table of the presence, and have put the dishes, and the spoons, and the bowls, and the cups of the drink-offering on it, and the bread of continuity is on it,
8 Darüber sollen sie Karmesintuch breiten, dies mit einer weichen Überdecke einpacken und die Tragstangen hineinstecken!
and they have spread a garment of scarlet over them, and have covered it with a covering of tachash skin, and have placed its poles,
9 Dann sollen sie ein blaues Purpurtuch nehmen und damit den Leuchter, seine Lampen, seine Lichtscheren und Pfannen und all die Ölgefäße bedecken, mit denen man daran amtet!
and have taken a garment of blue, and have covered the lampstand of the lamp, and its lights, and its snuffers, and its snuff-dishes, and all its oil vessels with which they minister to it;
10 Dann sollen sie ihn und alle seine Geräte in eine Hülle aus weichem Leder tun und ihn auf eine Tragbahre legen!
and they have put it and all its vessels into a covering of tachash skin, and have put [it] on the bar.
11 Ein blaues Purpurtuch sollen sie über den goldenen Altar breiten, ihn in eine weiche Lederdecke packen und seine Tragstangen hineinstecken!
And they spread a garment of blue over the golden altar, and have covered it with a covering of tachash skin, and have placed its poles,
12 Dann sollen sie alle dienstlichen Geräte nehmen, mit denen man im Heiligtum amtet, in ein blaues Purpurtuch wickeln, sie in eine weiche Lederdecke packen und auf die Tragbahre legen!
and have taken all the vessels of ministry with which they minister in the holy place, and have put [them] into a garment of blue, and have covered them with a covering of tachash skin, and have put [them] on the bar,
13 Dann sollen sie den Altar von seiner Asche reinigen und über ihn ein rotes Purpurtuch breiten
and have removed the ashes of the altar, and have spread a garment of purple over it,
14 und alle die Geräte darauflegen, mit denen man darauf amtet, die Pfannen, Gabeln, Schaufeln, Becken, kurz alle die Altargeräte! Sie sollen eine weiche Lederdecke darüber breiten und seine Tragstangen hineinstecken!
and have put on it all its vessels with which they minister on it—the censers, the hooks, and the shovels, and the bowls, all the vessels of the altar—and have spread a covering of tachash skin on it, and have placed its poles.
15 Sind Aaron und seine Söhne mit dem Einpacken des Heiligen und des ganzen Zubehörs des Heiligen fertig beim Aufbruch des Lagers, dann sollen die Kehatsöhne kommen, sie zu tragen! Sie dürfen aber das Heilige nicht berühren, sonst müßten sie sterben. Das ist das Trägeramt der Kehatsöhne am Festgezelt.
And Aaron has finished—his sons also—covering the holy place, and all the vessels of the holy place, in the journeying of the camp, and afterward the sons of Kohath come in to carry [it], and they do not come to the holy thing, lest they have died; these [things are] the burden of the sons of Kohath in the Tent of Meeting.
16 Zum Aufsichtsamt des Aaronsohnes und Priesters Eleazar gehört das Leuchteröl, das würzige Räucherwerk, das regelmäßige Speiseopfer und das Salböl, die Aufsicht über die ganze Wohnung und alles, was darin an Heiligem ist, und sein Zubehör."
And the oversight of Eleazar, son of Aaron the priest, [is] the oil of the lamp, and the spice-incense, and the present of continuity, and the anointing oil, the oversight of all the Dwelling Place and of all that [is] in it, in the sanctuary and in its vessels.”
17 Und der Herr redete zu Moses und Aaron.
And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
18 "Laßt nicht der Kehatitersippen Stamm aus den Leviten ausgerottet werden!
“You do not cut off the tribe of the families of the Kohathite from the midst of the Levites;
19 Tut dies für sie, daß sie leben und nicht sterben, wenn sie an das Hochheilige treten! Dann komme Aaron mit den Söhnen und stelle jene, Mann für Mann, an das, was sie zu leisten und zu tragen haben,
but do this for them, and they have lived and do not die in their drawing near [to] the Holy of Holies: Aaron and his sons go in, and have set them, each man to his service, and to his burden,
20 daß sie nicht hineinkommen und sehen, wie man das Heiligtum zerlegt, und sterben!"
and they do not go in to see when the holy thing is swallowed, lest they have died.”
21 Und der Herr sprach zu Moses:
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
22 "Du sollst auch der Gersonsöhne Kopfzahl aufnehmen, familienweise nach ihren Sippen!
“Also take a census of the sons of Gershon by the house of their fathers, by their families;
23 Von dreißig Jahren aufwärts bis zu fünfzig mustere sie, alle, die antreten, am Festgezelt Dienst zu tun!
from a son of thirty years and upward, until a son of fifty years, you number them—everyone who is going in to serve the host, to do the service in the Tent of Meeting.
24 Dies ist der Dienst der Gersonitersippen an Leistung und Tragen:
This [is] the service of the families of the Gershonite, to serve and for burden:
25 Sie sollen die Teppiche der Wohnung tragen, des Festgezeltes Decke und die weiche Lederdecke obendrauf, den Vorhang der Festgezelttür,
and they have carried the curtains of the Dwelling Place, and the Tent of Meeting, its covering, and the covering of the tachash [skin] which [is] on it above, and the veil at the opening of the Tent of Meeting,
26 die Vorhofumhänge, den Vorhang vor der Toröffnung des Vorhofes rings um die Wohnung und den Altar, die Stricke und alle ihre anderen Dienstgeräte! Was daran zu tun ist, sollen sie dienstwillig tun!
and the hangings of the court, and the veil at the opening of the gate of the court which [is] by the Dwelling Place, and by the altar all around, and their cords, and all the vessels of their service, and all that is made for them—and they have served.
27 Auf Aarons und seiner Söhne Geheiß erfolge der Gersonitersöhne Dienstleistung nach all ihrem Tragen und ihrer sonstigen Leistung! Ihr sollt ihnen all ihr Tragen zuordnen!
By the command of Aaron and his sons is all the service of the sons of the Gershonite, in all their burden and in all their service; and you have laid a charge on them concerning the charge of all their burden.
28 Dies ist der Dienst der Gersonitersöhnesippen am Festgezelt. Ihre Aufsicht stehe unter Itamar, dem Aaronsohn und Priester!
This [is] the service of the families of the sons of the Gershonite in the Tent of Meeting; and their charge [is] under the hand of Ithamar son of Aaron the priest.
29 Die Söhne Meraris sollst du nach ihren Sippen und Familien mustern!
The sons of Merari, by their families, by the house of their fathers—you number them;
30 Von dreißig Jahren aufwärts bis zu fünfzig sollst du sie mustern, alle, die antreten, am Festgezelt Dienst zu tun!
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, you number them—everyone who is going in to the host, to do the service of the Tent of Meeting.
31 Was ihre Pflicht zu tragen ist bei ihrem ganzen Dienst am Festgezelt, sind die Bretter der Wohnung, ihre Riegel, Säulen, Füße,
And this [is] the charge of their burden, of all their service in the Tent of Meeting: the boards of the Dwelling Place, and its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets,
32 die Vorhofsäulen ringsherum und ihre Füße, Pflöcke, Stricke samt allem Zubehör und allem, was es dabei zu besorgen gibt. Mit Namen sollt ihr die Geräte ihres pflichtigen Trägers angeben!
and the pillars of the court all around, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords, of all their vessels, and of all their service; and you number the vessels of the charge of their burden by name.
33 Dies ist der Dienst der Sippen der Merarisöhne bei ihrer Dienstleistung am Festgezelt unter Aufsicht Itamars, des Aaronssohnes und Priesters."
This [is] the service of the families of the sons of Merari, for all their service, in the Tent of Meeting, by the hand of Ithamar son of Aaron the priest.”
34 Und Moses und die Fürsten der Gemeinde musterten die Kehatitersöhne nach ihren Sippen und Familien
And Moses numbers—Aaron also, and the princes of the congregation—the sons of the Kohathite, by their families, and by the house of their fathers,
35 von dreißig Jahren aufwärts bis zu fünfzig, alle, die antraten, am Festgezelt Dienst zu tun.
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, everyone who is going in to the host, for service in the Tent of Meeting,
36 Ihrer Ausgemusterten waren es nach ihren Geschlechtern 2.750.
and their numbered ones, by their families, are two thousand seven hundred and fifty.
37 Das sind die aus den Kehatitersippen Ausgemusterten, alle, die am Festgezelt Dienste taten und die Moses und Aaron, auf des Herrn Befehl an Moses, gemustert hatten.
These [are] those numbered of the families of the Kohathite, everyone who is serving in the Tent of Meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered by the command of YHWH, by the hand of Moses.
38 Die Ausgemusterten der Gersonsöhne nach ihren Sippen und Familien,
And those numbered of the sons of Gershon, by their families, and by the house of their fathers,
39 von dreißig Jahren aufwärts bis zu fünfzig, alle, die antraten, am Festgezelt Dienst zu tun,
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, everyone who is going in to the host, for service in the Tent of Meeting,
40 ihrer Ausgemusterten waren nach Sippen und Familien 2.630.
even their numbered ones, by their families, by the house of their fathers, are two thousand and six hundred and thirty.
41 Dies sind die Ausgemusterten der Sippen der Gersonsöhne, alle, die am Festzelt Dienste taten und die Moses und Aaron nach des Herrn Befehl gemustert hatten.
These [are] those numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, everyone who is serving in the Tent of Meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered by the command of YHWH.
42 Die Ausgemusterten der Sippen der Merarisöhne nach Sippen und Familien
And those numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, by their families, by the house of their fathers,
43 von dreißig Jahren aufwärts bis zu fünfzig, alle, die antraten, am Festzelt Dienst zu tun,
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, everyone who is going in to the host, for service in the Tent of Meeting,
44 ihrer Ausgemusterten waren nach Sippen 3.200.
even their numbered ones, by their families, are three thousand and two hundred.
45 Das sind die Ausgemusterten der Sippen der Merarisöhne, die Moses und Aaron nach des Herrn Befehl an Moses gemustert hatten.
These [are] those numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered by the command of YHWH, by the hand of Moses.
46 All die Ausgemusterten, die Moses, Aaron und die Fürsten Israels bei den Leviten musterten, nach ihren Sippen und Familien,
All those numbered, whom Moses numbered—Aaron also, and the princes of Israel—of the Levites, by their families, and by the house of their fathers,
47 von dreißig Jahren aufwärts bis zu fünfzig, alle, die antraten, Dienst zu tun und das Trägeramt am Festzelt auszuüben,
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, everyone who is going in to do the work of the service, even the service of burden in the Tent of Meeting,
48 ihrer Ausgemusterten waren 8.580.
even their numbered ones are eight thousand and five hundred and eighty;
49 Nach des Herrn Befehl stellte man sie unter Mosis Aufsicht, Mann für Mann bei ihrem Dienst und Trägeramt an, und die man anstellte, waren die, die der Herr dem Moses befohlen.
he has numbered them by the command of YHWH, by the hand of Moses, each man by his service, and by his burden, with his numbered ones, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
