3 Mose 8

1 Und der Herr sprach zu Moses also:

And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,

2 "Nimm Aaron und seine Söhne, die Gewänder und das Salböl, den Sündopferfarren und die beiden Widder sowie den Korb mit Ungesäuertem!

Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bullock for the sin-offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread;

3 Versammle die ganze Gemeinschaft vor der Pforte des Festgezeltes!"

And all the congregation shalt thou assemble together unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

4 Da tat Moses, wie ihm der Herr befohlen. Die Gemeinschaft versammelte sich vor der Tür des Festgezeltes.

And Moses did as the Lord had commanded him; and the assembly came together unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

5 Da sprach Moses zur Gemeinschaft: "Dies ist es, was der Herr zu tun geboten hat."

And Moses said unto the congregation, This is the thing which the Lord hath commanded to do.

6 Dann ließ Moses Aaron und seine Söhne herantreten und ließ sie ein Wasserbad nehmen.

And Moses brought near Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.

7 Er legte ihm den Leibrock an, umgürtete ihn mit dem Gürtel, bekleidete ihn mit dem Obergewand, legte ihm das Schulterkleid an, band ihm die Schulterkleidbinde um und befestigte sie fest daran.

And he put upon him the coat, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put upon him the ephod, and he girded him with the belt of the ephod, and bound it unto him therewith.

8 Dann befestigte er die Tasche daran und legte in die Tasche die Urim und Tummim.

And he put on him the breastplate; and he put in the breastplate the Urim and the Thummim.

9 Aufs Haupt setzte er ihm den Kopfbund und befestigte vorn am Kopfbund das goldene Blatt, das heilige Diadem, wie es der Herr dem Moses geboten hatte.

And he put the mitre upon his head; and he placed upon the mitre, toward the front thereof, the golden plate, the holy crown; as the Lord had commanded Moses.

10 Dann nahm Moses das Salböl, salbte die Wohnung und alles darin und weihte es.

And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.

11 Davon sprengte er siebenmal auf den Altar, salbte den Altar, alle seine Geräte sowie das Becken und sein Gestell, um sie zu weihen.

And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times; and he anointed the altar and all its vessels, also the laver and its foot, to sanctify them.

12 Dann goß er vom Salböle auf Aarons Haupt und salbte ihn, um ihn zu weihen.

And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron's head, and he anointed him, to sanctify him.

13 hierauf ließ Moses die Söhne Aarons herantreten, bekleidete sie mit Leibröcken, umgürtete sie mit einem Gürtel und setzte ihnen Mützen auf, wie es der Herr dem Moses befohlen.

And Moses brought near the sons of Aaron, and clothed them with coats, and girded them with girdles, and bound the bonnets on them; as the Lord had commanded Moses.

14 Er holte dann den Sündopferfarren. Und Aaron mit seinen Söhnen legten die Hände auf den Kopf des Sündopferfarrens.

And he brought near the bullock of the sin-offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock of the sin-offering.

15 Moses aber schlachtete ihn, nahm das Blut und tat es mit dem Finger ringsum an die Altarhörner und entsündigte den Altar; das übrige Blut aber hatte er an den Altarsockel gegossen. So weihte er den Altar durch Vollzug der Sühnehandlungen daran.

And some one slew him; and Moses took the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and the [remaining] blood he poured out at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make henceforth atonement upon it.

16 Dann nahm man alles Eingeweidefett, den Leberlappen und die beiden Nieren mit ihrem Fett. Und Moses ließ es auf dem Altar aufdampfen.

And he took all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the midriff of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses burnt them upon the altar.

17 Den Farren, seine Haut, sein Fleisch und seinen Mist hatte man außerhalb des Lagers verbrannt, wie es der Herr dem Moses befohlen hatte.

But the bullock, and his hide, and his flesh, and his dung, he burnt with fire without the camp; as the Lord had commanded Moses.

18 Dann ließ er den Brandopferwidder bringen, und Aaron mit seinen Söhnen legten die Hände auf den Widderkopf.

And he brought near the ram of the burnt-offering; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.

19 Moses schlachtete ihn und sprengte das Blut rings um den Altar.

And some one killed him; and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about.

20 Den Widder aber hatte er in seine Rumpfstücke zerlegt. Den Kopf, die Rumpfstücke und den Schmer ließ nun Moses aufdampfen.

And the ram he cut into the proper pieces; and Moses burnt the head, and the pieces, and the fat.

21 Die Eingeweide aber und die Beine hatte er mit Wasser gewaschen. Dann ließ Moses den ganzen Widder auf dem Altar aufdampfen. Ein Brandopfer von süßem Duft war es, ein Mahl für den Herrn, wie es der Herr dem Moses befohlen hatte.

And he washed the inwards and the legs in water; and Moses burnt the whole ram upon the altar: it was a burnt-sacrifice for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire unto the Lord; as the Lord had commanded Moses.

22 Dann ließ er den anderen Widder bringen, den Einsetzungswidder, und Aaron mit seinen Söhnen legten die Hände auf den Widderkopf.

And he brought near the other ram, the ram of consecration; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.

23 Moses schlachtete ihn, nahm von seinem Blute und tat es an Aarons rechtes Ohrläppchen, an seinen rechten Daumen und seine rechte große Zehe.

And some one slew him; and Moses took some of his blood, and put it upon the tip of Aaron's right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.

24 Dann ließ Moses die Aaronssöhne herantreten und tat vom Blute an ihr rechtes Ohrläppchen, ihren rechten Daumen und ihre rechte große Zehe. Das übrige Blut sprengte Moses ringsum an den Altar.

And he brought near Aaron's sons, and Moses put some of the blood upon the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot; and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about.

25 Er nahm das Fett, den Fettschwanz und alles Eingeweidefett, die Leberlappen, die beiden Nieren mit ihrem Fett und die rechte Keule.

And he took the fat, and the rump, and all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the midriff of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and the right shoulder;

26 Aus dem Korbe mit Ungesäuertem, der vor dem Herrn stand, hatte er einen ungesäuerten Kuchen genommen, einen mit Öl bereiteten Brotkuchen und einen Fladen; dann legte er sie zu den Fettstücken und zu der rechten Keule.

And out of the basket of unleavened bread, that was before the Lord, he took one unleavened cake, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and he put them on the fat, and upon the right shoulder;

27 Dann gab er alles Aaron und seinen Söhnen in die Hände und weihte es so als Abgabe vor dem Herrn.

And he placed the whole upon the hands of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, and made with them a waving before the Lord.

28 Hierauf nahm es Moses ihnen aus den Händen und ließ es auf dem Brandopferaltar aufdampfen. Ein Einsetzungsopfer von süßem Duft, ein Mahl für den Herrn war es.

And Moses then took these things from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt-offering: they were a consecration-offering for a sweet savor, a fire-offering were they unto the Lord.

29 Dann nahm Moses die Brust und brachte sie vor dem Herrn als Abgabe dar. Sie fiel vom Einsetzungswidder Moses als Anteil zu, wie es der Herr dem Moses geboten.

And Moses took the breast, and made therewith a waving before the Lord; from the ram of consecration was it given to Moses as his portion; as the Lord had commanded Moses.

30 Und Moses nahm vom Salböl und vom Blute auf dem Altar und sprengte es auf Aaron, seine Gewänder, ebenso auf seine Söhne und seiner Söhne Gewänder. So weihte er Aaron und seine Gewänder, ebenso seine Söhne und seiner Söhne Gewänder.

And Moses took some of the anointing oil, and of the blood which was upon the altar, and sprinkled the same upon Aaron, and upon his garments, and upon his sons, and his sons with sanctified upon the garments of him; and he Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

31 Dann sprach Moses zu Aaron und seinen Söhnen: "Kocht vor des Festgezeltes Pforte das Fleisch! Dort sollt ihr es essen samt dem Brot im Korbe des Weiheopfers, wie mir geboten ward: 'Aaron soll es mit seinen Söhnen essen!'

And Moses said unto Aaron and to his sons, Boil ye the flesh at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation; and there shall ye eat it with the bread that is in the basket of the consecration; as I have commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat it.

32 Was an Fleisch und Brot übrigbleibt, müßt ihr verbrennen!

And that which is left of the flesh and of the bread shall ye burn with fire.

33 Nicht weichen sollt ihr sieben Tage von des Festgezeltes Pforte bis zu dem Tage, da eure Weihezeit vorüber ist! Sieben Tage lang soll er euch weihen!

And from the door of the tabernacle of the congregation shall ye not go forth seven days, until the days of your consecration be at an end; for seven days shall your consecration last.

34 Wie man heute getan, so hat der Herr auch weiterhin zu tun geboten, wenn es gilt, euch zu entsühnen.

As they have done this day, so hath the Lord commanded to do farther, to make an atonement for you.

35 Sieben Tage sollt ihr an des Festgezeltes Pforte Tag und Nacht bleiben! Befolgt des Herrn Geheiß, sonst müßt ihr sterben. Denn so ist mir geboten worden."

And at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation shall ye abide day and night seven days, and keep the charge of the Lord, that ye die not; for so have I been commanded.

36 Aaron und seine Söhne taten alles, was der Herr durch Moses befohlen hatte.

And Aaron and his sons did all the things which the Lord had commanded by the hand of Moses.
