3 Mose 24
1 Und der Herr redete mit Moses also:
And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
2 "Befiehl den Söhnen Israels, sie sollen dir lauteres Öl aus zerstoßenen Oliven für den Leuchter liefern, um ein stetes Licht zu haben!
Command the children of Israel, that they bring unto you pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamps to burn continually.
3 Draußen vor des Zeugnisses Vorhang im Festgezelt mache es Aaron zurecht für die Zeit vom Abend bis zum Morgen vor dem Herrn! Eine ewige Satzung für eure Geschlechter!
Without the vail of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aaron order it from the evening unto the morning before the LORD continually: it shall be a statute for ever in your generations.
4 Auf dem reingoldenen Leuchter soll er die Lichter zurechtmachen, ständig vor dem Herrn!
He shall order the lamps upon the pure candlestick before the LORD continually.
5 Nimm feines Mehl und backe daraus zwölf Kuchen! Zwei Zehntel soll auf einen Kuchen kommen!
And you shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth deals shall be in one cake.
6 Lege sie in zwei Reihen, je sechs für einen Teil, vor dem Herrn auf einen Tisch von reinem Gold!
And you shall set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before the LORD.
7 Und jedem Teile gib reinen Weihrauch bei, damit er dem Brot als Brandteile diene, ein Mahl für den Herrn!
And you shall put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
8 Er soll es jedesmal am Sabbat stets vor dem Herrn aufschichten, von den Söhnen Israels aus eine ewige Verpflichtung!
Every sabbath he shall set it in order before the LORD continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant.
9 Es gehöre Aaron und seinen Söhnen! Sie sollen es an heiliger Stätte verzehren! Denn ihm gehört es als Hochheiliges von des Herrn Mählern, ein ewiges Anrecht."
And it shall be Aaron's and his sons'; and they shall eat it in the holy place: for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute.
10 Da war eines israelitischen Weibes Sohn mit ausgezogen, dessen Vater ein Ägypter war, unter den Israeliten. Nun rauften im Lager der Sohn der Israelitin und ein israelitischer Mann.
And the son of an Israelites woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel: and this son of the Israelites woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp;
11 Da schmähte des israelitischen Weibes Sohn den Namen und lästerte. Da brachten sie ihn zu Moses. Seine Mutter aber vom Stamme Dan hieß Selomit, Dibris Tochter.
And the Israelites woman's son blasphemed the name of the Lord, and cursed. And they brought him unto Moses: (and his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan: )
12 Sie führten ihn in den Gewahrsam, bis aus des Herrn Mund ihnen Weisung käme.
And they put him in ward, that the mind of the LORD might be showed them.
13 Und der Herr redete mit Moses:
And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
14 "Führe den Lästerer vor das Lager! Alle, die es hörten, sollen die Hände auf sein Haupt legen! Dann soll ihn die gesamte Gemeinde steinigen!
Bring forth him that has cursed without the camp; and let all that heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him.
15 Und zu den Söhnen Israels sprich also: 'Wer seinen Gott lästert, lädt Schuld auf sich.
And you shall speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curses his God shall bear his sin.
16 Wer aber des Herrn Namen schmäht, leide den Tod! Ihn soll die Gesamtgemeinde steinigen. Sei es Fremdling oder Eingeborener! Weil er den Namen geschmäht, muß er sterben.
And he that blasphemes the name of the LORD, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemes the name of the Lord, shall be put to death.
17 Wer ein Menschenwesen erschlägt, soll den Tod erleiden!
And he that kills any man shall surely be put to death.
18 Wer ein Tierwesen erschlägt, soll es ersetzen! Wesen um Wesen.
And he that kills a beast shall make it good; beast for beast.
19 Wenn jemand seinem Nächsten einen Leibesschaden zufügt, dem werde getan, wie er getan!
And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he has done, so shall it be done to him;
20 Bruch um Bruch! Aug' um Aug'! Zahn um Zahn! Der gleiche Leibesschaden, den er einem anderen zufügt, werde ihm zugefügt!
Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he has caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again.
21 Wer ein Stück Vieh erschlägt, soll es ersetzen! Wer einen Menschen erschlägt, soll getötet werden.
And he that kills a beast, he shall restore it: and he that kills a man, he shall be put to death.
22 Einerlei Recht sei euch, dem Fremdling wie dem Einheimischen! Ich, der Herr, bin euer Gott.'"
All of you shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the LORD your God.
23 Und Moses berichtete so den Israeliten. Da führten sie den Lästerer vor das Lager und steinigten ihn. Die Israeliten taten also, wie der Herr dem Moses befohlen hatte.
And Moses spoke to the children of Israel, that they should bring forth him that had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.
