1 Chronik 8
1 Benjamin zeugte als seinen Erstgeborenen Bela, als zweiten Asbel, als dritten Achrach,
Now Benjamin brings forth Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third,
2 als vierten Nocha und als fünften Rapha.
Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.
3 Bela hatte zu Söhnen Addar, Gera, Abihud,
And the sons of Bela were, Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,
4 Abisu, Naaman, Achoch,
And Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,
5 Gera, Sephuphan und Churam.
And Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.
6 Dies sind Achuds Söhne. Diese sind die Familienhäupter der Einwohner Gebas. Man führte sie gefangen nach Manachat.
And these are the sons of Ehud: these are the heads of the fathers of the inhabitants of Geba, and they removed them to Manahath:
7 Naaman, Achia und Gera hat er fortgeführt, nachdem jener Uzza und Achichud gezeugt hatte.

9 Er zeugte mit seinem Weibe Chodes den Jobab, Sibja, Mesa, Malkam,
And he brings forth of Hodesh his wife, Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcham,
10 Jëus, Sokja und Mirma. Dies sind seine Söhne, Familienhäupter.
And Jeuz, and Shachia, and Mirma. These were his sons, heads of the fathers.
11 Mit Chusim hatte er Abitub und Elpaal gezeugt.
And of Hushim he brings forth Abitub, and Elpaal.
12 Elpaals Söhne sind Eber, Misam und Semer. Dieser baute Ono, ebenso Lod mit seinen Tochterorten.
The sons of Elpaal; Eber, and Misham, and Shamed, who built Ono, and Lod, with the towns thereof:
13 Beria und Sema sind die Familienhäupter der Einwohner Ajjalons. Sie haben die Bewohner von Gat vertrieben.

14 Berias Söhne sind Achjo, Sasak, Jeremot,

22 Sasaks Söhne sind Ispan, Eber, Eliel,
And Ishpan, and Heber, and Eliel,
23 Abdon, Zikri, Chanan,
And Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan,
24 Chananja, Elam, Antotia,
And Hananiah, and Elam, and Antothijah,

28 Dies sind in ihren Sippen die Familienhäupter. Als Häupter haben sie zu Jerusalem gewohnt.
These were heads of the fathers, by their generations, chief men. These dwelt in Jerusalem.
29 Zu Gibeon wohnten der Vater Gibeons und sein Weib namens Maaka.
And at Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon; whose wife's name was Maachah:
30 Sein erstgeborener Sohn ist Abdon, dann Sur, Kis, Baal, Nadab,
And his firstborn son Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,
31 Gedor, Achjo und Zeker.
And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zacher.
32 Miklot hat Sima gezeugt. Auch sie wohnten in Jerusalem bei ihren Brüdern, diesen gegenüber.
And Mikloth brings forth Shimeah. And these also dwelt with their brethren in Jerusalem, opposite to them.
33 Ner zeugte Kis und Kis den Saul und Saul den Jonatan, Malkisua, Abinadab und Esbaal.
And Ner brings forth Kish, and Kish brings forth Saul, and Saul brings forth Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.
34 Jonatans Sohn ist Meribbaal, und Meribbaal zeugte Mika.
And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal; and Meribbaal brings forth Micah.
35 Mikas Söhne sind Piton, Melek, Tare und Achaz.
And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.
36 Achaz zeugte Joadda und Joadda den Alemet, Azmavet und Zimri und Zimri den Mosa.
And Ahaz brings forth Jehoadah; and Jehoadah brings forth Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri brings forth Moza,
37 Mosa zeugte den Bina. Dessen Sohn ist Rapha, dessen Sohn Elasa und dessen Sohn Asel.
And Moza brings forth Binea: Rapha was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son:
38 Asel hatte sechs Söhne. Dies sind ihre Namen: Azrikam, sein Erstgeborener, Ismael und Searja, Obadja und Chanan. Alle diese waren Söhne Asels.
And Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.
39 Seines Bruders Esek Söhne sind sein Erstgeborener Ulam, der zweite Jëus und der dritte Eliphelet.
And the sons of Eshek his brother were, Ulam his firstborn, Jehush the second, and Eliphelet the third.
40 Ulams Söhne waren kriegstüchtige Männer, die den Bogen spannen konnten. Sie hatten auch zahlreiche Söhne und Enkel, 150. Alle diese gehören zu den Söhnen Benjamins.
And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valour, archers, and had many sons, and sons' sons, an hundred and fifty. All these are of the sons of Benjamin.
