Haggai 2
1 Im siebten Monat, am Einundzwanzigsten des Monats, geschah das Wort Jehovas durch den Propheten Haggai also:
In the seventh [month] on [day] twenty and one of the month it came [the] word of Yahweh by [the] hand of Haggai the prophet saying.
2 Rede doch zu Serubbabel, dem Sohne Schealtiels, dem Landpfleger von Juda, und zu Josua, dem Sohne Jozadaks, dem Hohenpriester, und zu dem Überrest des Volkes, und sprich:
Say please to Zerubbabel [the] son of Shealtiel [the] governor of Judah and to Joshua [the] son of Jehozadak the priest great and to [the] remnant of the people saying.
3 Wer ist unter euch übriggeblieben, der dieses Haus in seiner früheren Herrlichkeit gesehen hat? Und wie sehet ihr es jetzt? Ist es nicht wie nichts in euren Augen?
Who? among you [is] the [one who] remains who he saw the house this in splendor its former and what? [are] you seeing it now ¿ not [is] as it as nothing in view your.
4 Und nun sei stark, Serubbabel, spricht Jehova; und sei stark, Josua, Sohn Jozadaks, du Hoherpriester, und seid stark, alles Volk des Landes, spricht Jehova, und arbeitet! Denn ich bin mit euch, spricht Jehova der Heerscharen.
And now be strong O Zerubbabel - [the] utterance of Yahweh and be strong O Joshua [the] son of Jehozadak the priest great and be strong O all [the] people of the land [the] utterance of Yahweh and work that I [am] with you [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
5 Das Wort, welches ich mit euch eingegangen bin, als ihr aus Ägypten zoget, und mein Geist bestehen in eurer Mitte: Fürchtet euch nicht!
The word which I cut with you when came out you from Egypt and spirit my [is] standing in midst of you may not you be afraid.
6 Denn so spricht Jehova der Heerscharen: Noch einmal, eine kleine Weile ist es, da werde ich den Himmel erschüttern und die Erde und das Meer und das Trockene.
For thus he says Yahweh of hosts yet one [time] [is] a little it and I [am] about to shake the heavens and the earth and the sea and the dry ground.
7 Und ich werde alle Nationen erschüttern; und das Ersehnte aller Nationen wird kommen, und ich werde dieses Haus mit Herrlichkeit füllen, spricht Jehova der Heerscharen.
And I will shake all the nations and they will come [the] precious thing of all the nations and I will fill the house this splendor he says Yahweh of hosts.
8 Mein ist das Silber und mein das Gold, spricht Jehova der Heerscharen.
[belongs] to Me the silver and [belongs] to me the gold [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
9 Die letzte Herrlichkeit dieses Hauses wird größer sein als die erste, spricht Jehova der Heerscharen; und an diesem Orte will ich Frieden geben, spricht Jehova der Heerscharen.
Great it will be [the] splendor of the house this latter more than the former he says Yahweh of hosts and in the place this I will give peace [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
10 Am Vierundzwanzigsten des neunten Monats, im zweiten Jahre des Darius, geschah das Wort Jehovas zu dem Propheten Haggai also:
On [day] twenty and four of the ninth [month] in year two of Darius it came [the] word of Yahweh to Haggai the prophet saying.
11 So spricht Jehova der Heerscharen: Frage doch die Priester über das Gesetz und sprich:
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts ask please the priests instruction saying.
12 Siehe, trägt jemand heiliges Fleisch im Zipfel seines Kleides, und er berührt mit seinem Zipfel Brot oder Gekochtes oder Wein oder Öl oder irgend eine Speise, wird es heilig werden? Und die Priester antworteten und sprachen: Nein.
There! - he will carry someone flesh of holiness in [the] skirt of garment his and he will touch with skirt his bread and cooked food and wine and oil and every food ¿ will it become holy and they answered the priests and they said no.
13 Und Haggai sprach: Wenn ein wegen einer Leiche Verunreinigter alles dieses anrührt, wird es unrein werden? Und die Priester antworteten und sprachen: Es wird unrein werden.
And he said Haggai if he will touch a [person] unclean of a corpse all these [things] ¿ will it become unclean and they answered the priests and they said it will become unclean.
14 Da antwortete Haggai und sprach: Also ist dieses Volk und also diese Nation vor mir, spricht Jehova, und also ist alles Tun ihrer Hände; und was sie daselbst darbringen, ist unrein.
And he answered Haggai and he said [is] thus the people this and [is] thus the nation this before me [the] utterance of Yahweh and [is] thus all [the] work of hands their and [that] which they will bring near there [is] unclean it.
15 Und nun richtet doch euer Herz auf die Zeit von diesem Tage an und aufwärts, ehe Stein auf Stein gelegt wurde am Tempel Jehovas!
And therefore set please heart your from the day this and up-wards from before put a stone to a stone in [the] temple of Yahweh.
16 Bevor dieses geschah: Kam man zu einem Garbenhaufen von zwanzig Maß, so wurden es zehn; kam man zu der Kufe, um fünfzig Eimer zu schöpfen, so wurden es zwanzig.
From when were they someone came to a heap of twenty [measures] and it was ten someone came to the wine vat to draw fifty [measures] a winepress and it was twenty.
17 Ich schlug euch mit Kornbrand und mit Vergilben, und mit Hagel alle Arbeit eurer Hände; und ihr kehrtet nicht zu mir um, spricht Jehova.
I struck you with blight and with mildew and with hail all [the] work of hands your and not you to me [the] utterance of Yahweh.
18 Richtet doch euer Herz auf die Zeit von diesem Tage an und aufwärts; von dem vierundzwanzigsten Tage des neunten Monats an, von dem Tage an, da der Tempel Jehovas gegründet wurde, richtet euer Herz darauf!
Set please heart your from the day this and up-wards from day twenty and four of the ninth [month] from the day when it was founded [the] temple of Yahweh set heart your.
19 Ist noch die Saat auf dem Speicher? Ja, sogar der Weinstock und der Feigenbaum und der Granatbaum und der Olivenbaum haben nichts getragen. Von diesem Tage an will ich segnen.
¿ Still [is] the seed in the granary and to the vine and the fig tree and the pomegranate and [the] tree of the olive not it has borne [fruit] from the day this I will bless.
20 Und das Wort Jehovas geschah zum zweiten Male zu Haggai, am Vierundzwanzigsten des Monats, also:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh - a second [time] to Haggai on [day] twenty and four of the month saying.
21 Rede zu Serubbabel, dem Landpfleger von Juda, und sprich: Ich werde den Himmel und die Erde erschüttern.
Say to Zerubbabel [the] governor of Judah saying I [am] about to shake the heavens and the earth.
22 Und ich werde den Thron der Königreiche umstürzen und die Macht der Königreiche der Nationen vernichten; und ich werde die Streitwagen umstürzen und die darauf fahren; und die Rosse und ihre Reiter sollen hinfallen, ein jeder durch das Schwert des anderen.
And I will overthrow [the] throne of kingdoms and I will destroy [the] strength of [the] kingdoms of the nations and I will overthrow chariotry and riders its and they will go down horses and riders their each by [the] sword of brother his.
23 An jenem Tage, spricht Jehova der Heerscharen, werde ich dich nehmen, Serubbabel, Sohn Schealtiels, meinen Knecht, spricht Jehova, und werde dich wie einen Siegelring machen; denn ich habe dich erwählt, spricht Jehova der Heerscharen.
On the day that [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts I will take you O Zerubbabel [the] son of Shealtiel servant my [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will make you like signet-ring for you I have chosen [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
