1 Mose 45
1 Da konnte Joseph sich nicht mehr bezwingen vor allen, die um ihn standen, und er rief: Laßt jedermann von mir hinausgehen! Und es stand niemand bei ihm, als Joseph sich seinen Brüdern zu erkennen gab.
And Ioseph coude no longer refrayne before all them that stode aboute him but commaunded that they shuld goo all out from him and that there shuld be no man with him whyle he vttred him selfe vnto his brethern.
2 Und er erhob seine Stimme mit Weinen; und die Ägypter hörten es, und das Haus des Pharao hörte es.
And he wepte alowde so that the Egiptians and the house of Pharao herde it.
3 Und Joseph sprach zu seinen Brüdern: Ich bin Joseph. Lebt mein Vater noch? Und seine Brüder konnten ihm nicht antworten, denn sie waren bestürzt vor ihm.
And he sayde vnto his brethern: I am Ioseph: doth my father yet lyue? But his brethern coude not answere him for they were abasshed at his presence.
4 Da sprach Joseph zu seinen Brüdern: Tretet doch zu mir her! Und sie traten herzu. Und er sprach: Ich bin Joseph, euer Bruder, den ihr nach Ägypten verkauft habt.
And Ioseph sayde vnto his brethern: come nere to me and they came nere. And he sayde: I am Ioseph youre brother whom ye sold in to Egipte.
5 Und nun betrübet euch nicht, und es entbrenne nicht in euren Augen, daß ihr mich hierher verkauft habt; denn zur Erhaltung des Lebens hat Gott mich vor euch hergesandt.
And now be not greued therwith nether let it seme a cruel thinge in youre eyes that ye solde me hither. For God dyd send me before you to saue lyfe.
6 Denn schon zwei Jahre ist die Hungersnot im Lande, und noch sind fünf Jahre, daß kein Pflügen noch Ernten sein wird.
For this is the seconde yere of derth in the lande and fyue moo are behynde in which there shall nether be earynge nor hervest.
7 Und Gott hat mich vor euch hergesandt, um euch einen Überrest zu setzen auf Erden und euch am Leben zu erhalten für eine große Errettung.
Wherfore God sent me before you to make prouision that ye myghte continue in the erth and to save youre lyues by a greate delyuerance.
8 Und nun, nicht ihr habt mich hierher gesandt, sondern Gott; und er hat mich zum Vater des Pharao gemacht und zum Herrn seines ganzen Hauses und zum Herrscher über das ganze Land Ägypten.
So now it was not ye that sent me hither but God: and he hath made me father vnto Pharao and lorde ouer all his house and rueler in all the land of Egipte.
9 Eilet und ziehet hinauf zu meinem Vater und sprechet zu ihm: So spricht dein Sohn Joseph: Gott hat mich zum Herrn von ganz Ägypten gemacht; komm zu mir herab, säume nicht!
Hast you ad goo to my father and tell him this sayeth thy sonne Ioseph: God hath made me lorde ouer all Egipte. Come downe vnto me and tarye not
10 Und du sollst im Lande Gosen wohnen und nahe bei mir sein, du und deine Söhne und die Söhne deiner Söhne und dein Kleinvieh und deine Rinder und alles, was du hast.
And thou shalt dwell in the londe of Gosan and be by me: both thou and thi childern and thi childerns childern: and thy shepe and beestes and all that thou hast.
11 Und ich will dich daselbst versorgen, denn noch fünf Jahre ist Hungersnot; daß du nicht verarmest, du und dein Haus und alles, was du hast.
There will I make provision for the: for there remayne yet v yeres of derth lest thou and thi houshold and all that thou hast perish.
12 Und siehe, eure Augen sehen es und die Augen meines Bruders Benjamin, daß mein Mund es ist, der zu euch redet.
Beholde youre eyes do se and the eyes also of my brother Ben Iamin that I speake to you by mouth.
13 Und berichtet meinem Vater alle meine Herrlichkeit in Ägypten und alles, was ihr gesehen habt; und eilet und bringet meinen Vater hierher herab.
Therfore tell my father of all my honoure which I haue in Egipte and of all that ye haue sene ad make hast and brynge in father hither.
14 Und er fiel seinem Bruder Benjamin um den Hals und weinte; und Benjamin weinte an seinem Halse.
And he fell on his brother Ben Iamis necke and wepte and Ben Iamin wepte on his necke.
15 Und er küßte alle seine Brüder und weinte an ihnen; und danach redeten seine Brüder mit ihm.
Moreouer he fylled all his brethern and wepte apon them. And after that his brethern talked with him.
16 Und das Gerücht wurde im Hause des Pharao gehört, indem man sprach: Josephs Brüder sind gekommen! Und es war gut in den Augen des Pharao und in den Augen seiner Knechte.
And when the tidynges was come vnto Pharaos housse that Iosephes brethern were come it pleased Pharao well and all his seruauntes.
17 Und der Pharao sprach zu Joseph: Sage deinen Brüdern: Tut dieses: Beladet eure Tiere und ziehet hin, gehet nach dem Lande Kanaan,
And Pharao spake vnto Ioseph: saye vnto thy brethern this do ye: lade youre beestes ad get you hence And when ye be come vnto the londe of Canaan
18 und nehmet euren Vater und eure Haushaltungen und kommet zu mir; und ich will euch das Beste des Landes Ägypten geben, und ihr sollt das Fett des Landes essen.
take youre father and youre housholdes and come vnto me and I will geue you the beste of the lande of Egipte and ye shall eate the fatt of the londe.
19 Und du bist beauftragt: Tut dieses: Nehmet euch aus dem Lande Ägypten Wagen für eure Kinder und für eure Weiber, und holet euren Vater und kommet.
And commaunded also. This do ye: take charettes with you out of the lande of Egipte for youre childern and for youre wyues: and brynge youre father and come.
20 Und laßt es euch nicht leid sein um euren Hausrat, denn das Beste des ganzen Landes Ägypten soll euer sein.
Also regarde not youre stuff for the goodes of all the londe of Egipte shalbe youres.
21 Und die Söhne Israels taten also, und Joseph gab ihnen Wagen nach dem Befehl des Pharao und gab ihnen Zehrung auf den Weg.
And the childern of Israell dyd euen so And Ioseph gaue them charettes at the commaundment of Pharao and gaue them vitayle also to spende by the waye.
22 Er gab ihnen allen, einem jeden, Wechselkleider, und Benjamin gab er dreihundert Silbersekel und fünf Wechselkleider.
And he gaue vnto eche of them chaunge of rayment: but vnto Ben Iamin he gaue. iij. hundred peces of syluer and. v. chaunge of rayment.
23 Und seinem Vater sandte er dieses: zehn Esel, beladen mit dem Besten Ägyptens, und zehn Eselinnen, beladen mit Getreide und Brot und Nahrung für seinen Vater auf den Weg.
And vnto his father he sent after the same maner: x. he asses laden with good out of Egipte and. x. she asses laden with corne bred and meate: to serue his father by the waye.
24 Und er entließ seine Brüder, und sie zogen hin; und er sprach zu ihnen: Erzürnet euch nicht auf dem Wege!
So sent he his brethern awaye and they departed. And he sayde vnto them: se that ye fall nor out by the waye.
25 Und sie zogen aus Ägypten hinauf und kamen in das Land Kanaan zu ihrem Vater Jakob.
And they departed from Egipte and came in to the land of Canaan vnto Iacob their father and told him saynge.
26 Und sie berichteten ihm und sprachen: Joseph lebt noch, und er ist Herrscher über das ganze Land Ägypten. Da erstarrte sein Herz, denn er glaubte ihnen nicht.
Ioseph is yet a lyue and is gouerner ouer all the land of Egipte. And Iacobs hert wauered for he beleued tho not.
27 Und sie redeten zu ihm alle Worte Josephs, die er zu ihnen geredet hatte; und er sah die Wagen, die Joseph gesandt hatte, ihn zu holen. Und der Geist ihres Vaters Jakob lebte auf;
And they tolde him all the wordes of Ioseph which he had sayde vnto them. But when he sawe the charettes which Ioseph had sent to carie him then his sprites reviued.
28 und Israel sprach: Genug! Joseph, mein Sohn, lebt noch! Ich will hinziehen und ihn sehen, ehe ich sterbe.
And Israel sayde. I haue ynough yf Ioseph my sonne be yet alyue: I will goo and se him yer that I dye.
