5 Mose 21
1 Wenn in dem Lande, das Jehova, dein Gott, dir gibt, es zu besitzen, ein Erschlagener auf dem Felde liegend gefunden wird, ohne daß es bekannt ist, wer ihn erschlagen hat,
for to find slain: killed in/on/with land: soil which LORD God your to give: give to/for you to/for to possess: take her to fall: kill in/on/with land: country not to know who? to smite him
2 so sollen deine Ältesten und deine Richter hinausgehen und nach den Städten hin messen, die rings um den Erschlagenen sind.
and to come out: come old: elder your and to judge you and to measure to(wards) [the] city which around [the] slain: killed
3 Und es geschehe: Die Stadt, welche dem Erschlagenen am nächsten ist, die Ältesten jener Stadt sollen eine Färse nehmen, mit der noch nicht gearbeitet worden ist, die noch nicht am Joche gezogen hat;
and to be [the] city [the] near to(wards) [the] slain: killed and to take: take old: elder [the] city [the] he/she/it heifer cattle which not to serve: labour in/on/with her which not to draw in/on/with yoke
4 und die Ältesten jener Stadt sollen die Färse zu einem immer fließenden Bache hinabführen, in welchem nicht gearbeitet und nicht gesät wird, und sollen der Färse daselbst im Bache das Genick brechen.
and to go down old: elder [the] city [the] he/she/it [obj] [the] heifer to(wards) torrent: valley strong which not to serve: labour in/on/with him and not to sow and to break the neck there [obj] [the] heifer in/on/with torrent: valley
5 Und die Priester, die Söhne Levis, sollen herzutreten; denn sie hat Jehova, dein Gott, erwählt, ihm zu dienen und im Namen Jehovas zu segnen; und nach ihrem Ausspruch soll bei jedem Rechtsstreit und bei jeder Verletzung geschehen.
and to approach: approach [the] priest son: child Levi for in/on/with them to choose LORD God your to/for to minister him and to/for to bless in/on/with name LORD and upon lip: word their to be all strife and all plague
6 Und alle Ältesten jener Stadt, die dem Erschlagenen am nächsten sind, sollen ihre Hände über der Färse waschen, welcher das Genick im Bache gebrochen worden ist,
and all old: elder [the] city [the] he/she/it [the] near to(wards) [the] slain: killed to wash: wash [obj] hand their upon [the] heifer [the] to break the neck in/on/with torrent: valley
7 und sollen anheben und sprechen: Unsere Hände haben dieses Blut nicht vergossen, und unsere Augen haben es nicht gesehen;
and to answer and to say hand our not (to pour: kill *Q(K)*) [obj] [the] blood [the] this and eye our not to see: see
8 vergib, Jehova, deinem Volke Israel, das du erlöst hast, und lege nicht unschuldiges Blut in deines Volkes Israel Mitte. Und die Blutschuld wird ihnen vergeben werden.
to atone to/for people your Israel which to ransom LORD and not to give: put blood innocent in/on/with entrails: among people your Israel and to atone to/for them [the] blood
9 Und du, du sollst das unschuldige Blut aus deiner Mitte hinwegschaffen; denn du sollst tun, was recht ist in den Augen Jehovas.
and you(m. s.) to burn: purge [the] blood [the] innocent from entrails: among your for to make: do [the] upright in/on/with eye: seeing LORD
10 Wenn du wider deine Feinde zum Kriege ausziehst, und Jehova, dein Gott, sie in deine Hand gibt, und du ihre Gefangenen wegführst,
for to come out: come to/for battle upon enemy your and to give: give him LORD God your in/on/with hand: power your and to take captive captivity his
11 und du siehst unter den Gefangenen ein Weib, schön von Gestalt, und hast Lust zu ihr und nimmst sie dir zum Weibe,
and to see: see in/on/with captive woman beautiful appearance and to desire in/on/with her and to take: take to/for you to/for woman: wife
12 so sollst du sie in das Innere deines Hauses führen; und sie soll ihr Haupt scheren und ihre Nägel beschneiden
and to come (in): bring her to(wards) midst house: home your and to shave [obj] head her and to make: do [obj] fingernail her
13 und die Kleider ihrer Gefangenschaft von sich ablegen; und sie soll in deinem Hause bleiben und ihren Vater und ihre Mutter einen Monat lang beweinen; und danach magst du zu ihr eingehen und sie ehelichen, daß sie dein Weib sei.
and to turn aside: remove [obj] mantle captivity her from upon her and to dwell in/on/with house: home your and to weep [obj] father her and [obj] mother her month day and after so to come (in): come to(wards) her and master: husband her and to be to/for you to/for woman: wife
14 Und es soll geschehen, wenn du kein Gefallen mehr an ihr hast, so sollst du sie nach ihrem Wunsche entlassen; aber du darfst sie keineswegs um Geld verkaufen; du sollst sie nicht als Sklavin behandeln, darum daß du sie geschwächt hast.
and to be if not to delight in in/on/with her and to send: let go her to/for soul: appetite her and to sell not to sell her in/on/with silver: money not to tyranise in/on/with her underneath: because of which to afflict her
15 Wenn ein Mann zwei Weiber hat, eine geliebte und eine gehaßte, und sie gebären ihm Söhne, die geliebte und die gehaßte, und der erstgeborene Sohn ist von der gehaßten:
for to be to/for man two woman: wife [the] one to love: lover and [the] one to hate and to beget to/for him son: child [the] to love: lover and [the] to hate and to be [the] son: child [the] firstborn to/for hated
16 so soll es geschehen, an dem Tage, da er seine Söhne erben läßt was sein ist: Er kann nicht den Sohn der geliebten zum Erstgeborenen machen vor dem Sohne der gehaßten, dem Erstgeborenen;
and to be in/on/with day to inherit he [obj] son: child his [obj] which to be to/for him not be able to/for to be/bear firstborn [obj] son: child [the] to love: lover upon face son: child [the] to hate [the] firstborn
17 sondern den Erstgeborenen, den Sohn der gehaßten, soll er anerkennen, daß er ihm zwei Teile gebe von allem, was in seinem Besitz gefunden wird; denn er ist der Erstling seiner Kraft, ihm gehört das Recht der Erstgeburt.
for [obj] [the] firstborn son: child [the] to hate to recognize to/for to give: give to/for him lip: according two in/on/with all which to find to/for him for he/she/it first: beginning strength his to/for him justice [the] birthright
18 Wenn ein Mann einen unbändigen und widerspenstigen Sohn hat, welcher der Stimme seines Vaters und der Stimme seiner Mutter nicht gehorcht, und sie züchtigen ihn, aber er gehorcht ihnen nicht:
for to be to/for man: anyone son: child to rebel and to rebel nothing he to hear: obey in/on/with voice father his and in/on/with voice mother his (and to discipline *L(abh)*) [obj] him and not to hear: hear to(wards) them
19 so sollen sein Vater und seine Mutter ihn ergreifen und ihn zu den Ältesten seiner Stadt und zum Tore seines Ortes hinausführen,
and to capture in/on/with him father his and mother his and to come out: send [obj] him to(wards) old: elder city his and to(wards) gate place his
20 und sollen zu den Ältesten seiner Stadt sprechen: Dieser unser Sohn ist unbändig und widerspenstig, er gehorcht unserer Stimme nicht, er ist ein Schlemmer und Säufer!
and to say to(wards) old: elder city his son: child our this to rebel and to rebel nothing he to hear: obey in/on/with voice our be vile and be drunk
21 Und alle Leute seiner Stadt sollen ihn steinigen, daß er sterbe; und du sollst das Böse aus deiner Mitte hinwegschaffen. Und ganz Israel soll es hören und sich fürchten.
and to stone him all human city his in/on/with stone and to die and to burn: purge [the] bad: evil from entrails: among your and all Israel to hear: hear and to fear
22 Und wenn an einem Manne eine todeswürdige Sünde ist, und er wird getötet, und du hängst ihn an ein Holz,
and for to be in/on/with man: anyone sin justice: judgement death and to die and to hang [obj] him upon tree
23 so soll sein Leichnam nicht über Nacht an dem Holze bleiben, sondern du sollst ihn jedenfalls an demselben Tage begraben; denn ein Fluch Gottes ist ein Gehängter; und du sollst dein Land nicht verunreinigen, das Jehova, dein Gott, dir als Erbteil gibt.
