Psalm 6
1 [Dem Vorsänger, mit Saitenspiel, auf der Scheminith. [Vergl. 1. Chr. 15,20. 21] Ein Psalm von David.] Jehova, strafe mich nicht in deinem Zorn, und züchtige mich nicht in deinem Grimm!
To the choirmaster with stringed instruments on the sheminith a psalm of David. O Yahweh may not in anger your you rebuke me and may not in wrath your you discipline me.
2 Sei mir gnädig, Jehova! denn ich bin dahingewelkt; heile mich, Jehova! denn meine Gebeine sind bestürzt.
Show favor to me O Yahweh for [am] frail I heal me O Yahweh for they are disturbed bones my.
3 Und sehr bestürzt ist meine Seele Und du, Jehova, bis wann?
And self my it is disturbed exceedingly (and you *Q(K)*) O Yahweh until when?
4 Kehre um, Jehova, befreie meine Seele; rette mich um deiner Güte willen!
Return! O Yahweh rescue! life my save me on account of covenant loyalty your.
For there not in death [is] remembrance of you in Sheol who? will he give thanks to you. (Sheol h7585)
6 Müde bin ich durch mein Seufzen; jede Nacht schwemme ich mein Bett, mache mit meinen Tränen mein Lager zerfließen.
I have become weary - by groaning my I make swim in every night bed my with tear[s] my couch my I melt.
7 Verfallen ist mein Auge vor Gram, gealtert ob all meiner Bedränger.
It has wasted away from grief eye my it has grown weak with all opposers my.
8 Weichet von mir alle, die ihr Frevel tut! denn Jehova hat gehört die Stimme meines Weinens;
Turn away from me O all [those who] do wickedness for he has heard Yahweh [the] sound of weeping my.
9 Jehova hat mein Flehen gehört; mein Gebet nahm Jehova an. [O. wird Jehova annehmen]
He has heard Yahweh supplication my Yahweh prayer my he will accept.
10 Alle meine Feinde werden beschämt und sehr bestürzt werden; sie werden umkehren, sie werden plötzlich beschämt werden.
May they be ashamed - and they may be disturbed exceedingly all enemies my they will turn back they will be ashamed a moment.
