3 Mose 12
1 Und Jehova redete zu Mose und sprach:
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
2 Rede zu den Kindern Israel und sprich: Wenn ein Weib empfängt und ein männliches Kind gebiert, so wird sie unrein sein sieben Tage; wie in den Tagen der Unreinheit ihrer Krankheit wird sie unrein sein.
“Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, A woman when she gives seed, and has borne a male, then she has been unclean [for] seven days; she is unclean according to the days of separation for her sickness;
3 Und am achten Tage soll das Fleisch seiner Vorhaut beschnitten werden.
and in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin is circumcised;
4 Und sie soll 33 Tage im Blute der Reinigung bleiben; nichts Heiliges soll sie anrühren, und zum Heiligtum soll sie nicht kommen, bis die Tage ihrer Reinigung erfüllt sind.
and she abides in the blood of her cleansing [for] thirty-three days; she does not come against any holy thing, and she does not go into the sanctuary, until the fullness of the days of her cleansing.
5 Und wenn sie ein weibliches Kind gebiert, so wird sie zwei Wochen unrein sein, wie bei ihrer Unreinheit; und 66 Tage soll sie im Blute der Reinigung daheim bleiben.
And if she bears a female, then she has been unclean [for] two weeks, as in her separation; and she abides by the blood of her cleansing [for] sixty-six days.
6 Und wenn die Tage ihrer Reinigung erfüllt sind für einen Sohn oder für eine Tochter, so soll sie ein einjähriges Lamm bringen zum Brandopfer, und eine junge Taube oder eine Turteltaube zum Sündopfer an den Eingang des Zeltes der Zusammenkunft zu dem Priester.
And in the fullness of the days of her cleansing for son or for daughter she brings in a lamb, a son of a year, for a burnt-offering, and a young pigeon or a turtle-dove for a sin-offering, to the opening of the Tent of Meeting, to the priest;
7 Und er soll es vor Jehova darbringen und Sühnung für sie tun, und sie wird rein sein von dem Flusse ihres Blutes. Das ist das Gesetz der Gebärenden bei einem männlichen oder bei einem weiblichen Kinde.
and he has brought it near before YHWH, and has made atonement for her, and she has been cleansed from the fountain of her blood; this [is] the law of her who is bearing, in regard to a male or to a female.
8 Und wenn ihre Hand das zu einem Schafe Hinreichende nicht aufbringen kann, so soll sie zwei Turteltauben oder zwei junge Tauben nehmen, eine zum Brandopfer und eine zum Sündopfer; und der Priester soll Sühnung für sie tun, und sie wird rein sein.
And if her hand does not find the sufficiency of a sheep, then she has taken two turtle-doves or two young pigeons, one for a burnt-offering and one for a sin-offering, and the priest has made atonement for her, and she has been cleansed.”
