1 Chronik 26
1 Die Abteilungen der Torhüter: von den Korhitern: Meschelemja, der Sohn Kores, von den Söhnen Asaphs;
For the courses of the gatekeepers: of the Korhites [is] Meshelemiah son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph;
2 und Meschelemja hatte Söhne: Sekarja, der Erstgeborene; Jediael, der zweite; Sebadja, der dritte; Jathniel, der vierte;
and to Meshelemiah [are] sons, Zechariah the first-born, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,
3 Elam, der fünfte; Jochanan, der sechste; Eljehoenai, der siebte. -
Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.
4 Und Obed-Edom hatte Söhne: Schemaja, der Erstgeborene; Josabad, der zweite; Joach, der dritte; und Sakar, der vierte; und Nethaneel, der fünfte;
And to Obed-Edom [are] sons, Shemaiah the first-born, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth,
5 Ammiel, der sechste: Issaschar, der siebte; Peullethai, der achte; denn Gott hatte ihn gesegnet. -
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peullethai the eighth, for God hath blessed him.
6 Und Schemaja, seinem Sohne, wurden Söhne geboren, welche in dem Hause ihres Vaters herrschten, denn sie waren tapfere [O. tüchtige, wie v 31] Männer.
And to Shemaiah his son have sons been born, who are ruling throughout the house of their father, for they [are] mighty of valour.
7 Die Söhne Schemajas: Othni und Rephael und Obed, Elsabad und seine Brüder, wackere Männer, Elihu und Semakja.
Sons of Shemaiah [are] Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad; his brethren [are] sons of valour, Elihu and Semachiah,
8 Alle diese von den Söhnen Obed-Edoms, sie und ihre Söhne und ihre Brüder, waren wackere Männer, fähig zum Dienste, 62 von Obed-Edom. -
all these [are] of the sons of Obed-Edom; they, and their sons, and their brethren, men of valour with might for service, [are] sixty and two of Obed-Edom.
9 Und Meschelemja hatte Söhne und Brüder, wackere Männer, achtzehn. -
And to Meshelemiah [are] sons and brethren, sons of valour, eighteen;
10 Und Hosa, von den Söhnen Meraris, hatte Söhne: Schimri, das Haupt [obwohl er nicht der Erstgeborene war, setzte sein Vater ihn doch zum Haupte];
and to Hosah, of the sons of Merari, [are] sons: Shimri the head (though he was not first-born, yet his father setteth him for head),
11 Hilkija, der zweite; Tebalja, der dritte; Sekarja, der vierte. Aller Söhne und Brüder Hosas waren dreizehn.
Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth; all the sons and brethren of Hosah [are] thirteen.
12 Diese Abteilungen der Torhüter, nach den Häuptern [O. die Häupter] der Männer, hatten die Wachen gleich ihren Brüdern, um in dem Hause Jehovas zu dienen.
According to these [are] the courses of the gatekeepers; to the heads of the mighty ones [are] charges over-against their brethren, to minister in the house of Jehovah,
13 Und sie warfen Lose, der Kleine wie der Große, nach ihren Vaterhäusern, für jedes Tor.
and they cause to fall lots, as well the small as the great, according to the house of their fathers, for gate and gate.
14 Und für Schelemja fiel das Los gegen Osten. Und sie warfen Lose für seinen Sohn Sekarja, der ein verständiger Ratgeber war; und sein Los kam heraus gegen Norden.
And the lot falleth eastward to Shelemiah; and [for] Zechariah his son — a counsellor with understanding — they cause to fall lots, and his lot goeth out northward:
15 Für Obed-Edom gegen Süden; und seinen Söhnen fiel das Vorratshaus [And. üb.: die Vorratshäuser; so auch v 17] zu.
to Obed-Edom southward, and to his sons, the house of the gatherings;
16 Für Schuppim und für Hosa gegen Westen, bei dem Tore Schalleketh, an der aufsteigenden Straße, Wache gegen Wache.
to Shuppim and to Hosah to the west, with the gate Shallecheth, in the highway, the ascent, charge over-against charge;
17 Gegen Osten waren sechs Leviten; gegen Norden täglich vier; gegen Süden täglich vier; und an dem Vorratshause je zwei;
to the east the Levites [are] six; to the north daily four, to the south daily four, and to the gatherings two by two,
18 an dem Parbar [S. die Anm. zu 2. Kön. 23,11] gegen Westen: vier an der Straße, zwei an dem Parbar.
at Parbar, to the west, [are] four at the highway, two at Parbar.
19 Das sind die Abteilungen der Torhüter von den Söhnen der Korhiter und von den Söhnen Meraris.
These are the courses of the gatekeepers, of the sons of the Korhite, and of the sons of Merari.
20 Und die Leviten: Achija war [And. l.: Und die Leviten, ihre Brüder, waren] über die Schätze des Hauses Gottes und über die Schätze der geheiligten Dinge. -
And of the Levites, Ahijah [is] over the treasures of the house of God, even for the treasures of the holy things.
21 Die Söhne Ladans, die Söhne der Gersoniter von Ladan, die Häupter der Väter von Ladan, dem Gersoniter, die Jechieliter,
Sons of Laadan: sons of the Gershonite, of Laadan, heads of the fathers of Laadan the Gershonite: Jehieli.
22 die Söhne der Jechieliter: Setham und sein Bruder Joel, waren über die Schätze des Hauses Jehovas. -
Sons of Jehieli: Zetham, and Joel his brother, over the treasures of the house of Jehovah,
23 Was die Amramiter, die Jizhariter, die Hebroniter, die Ussieliter betrifft,
for the Amramite, for the Izharite, for the Hebronite, for the Uzzielite.
24 so war Schebuel, der Sohn Gersoms, des Sohnes Moses, Oberaufseher über die Schätze. -
And Shebuel son of Gershom, son of Moses, [is] president over the treasures.
25 Und seine Brüder, von Elieser: dessen Sohn Rechabja, und dessen Sohn Jesaja, und dessen Sohn Joram, und dessen Sohn Sikri, und dessen Sohn Schelomith.
And his brethren, of Eliezer, [are] Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.
26 Dieser Schelomith und seine Brüder waren über alle Schätze der geheiligten Dinge, welche der König David und die Häupter der Väter, die Obersten über tausend und über hundert, und die Obersten des Heeres geheiligt [O. geweiht] hatten;
This Shelomith and his brethren [are] over all the treasures of the holy things, that David the king, and heads of the fathers, even heads of thousands, and of hundreds, and heads of the host, sanctified;
27 von den Kriegen und von der Beute hatten sie sie geheiligt [O. geweiht] zur Unterhaltung des Hauses Jehovas;
from the battles, even from the spoil they sanctified to strengthen the house of Jehovah;
28 und über alles, was Samuel, der Seher, und Saul, der Sohn Kis, und Abner, der Sohn Ners, und Joab, der Sohn der Zeruja, geheiligt hatten. Alles Geheiligte stand unter der Aufsicht [W. war unter der Hand] Schelomiths und seiner Brüder. -
and all that Samuel the seer, and Saul son of Kish, and Abner son of Ner, and Joab son of Zeruiah sanctified, every one sanctifying [any thing — it is] by the side of Shelomith and his brethren.
29 Von den Jizharitern waren Kenanja und seine Söhne für die äußeren Geschäfte über Israel, als Vorsteher und Richter. -
Of the Izharite, Chenaniah and his sons [are] for the outward work over Israel, for officers and for judges.
30 Von den Hebronitern waren Haschabja und seine Brüder, wackere Männer, 1700, zur Aufsicht über Israel diesseit des Jordan gegen Abend, für alle Angelegenheiten Jehovas und für den Dienst des Königs. -
Of the Hebronite, Hashabiah and his brethren, sons of valour, a thousand and seven hundred, [are] over the inspection of Israel, beyond the Jordan westward, for all the work of Jehovah, and for the service of the king.
31 Von den Hebronitern war Jerija das Haupt, von den Hebronitern, nach ihren Geschlechtern, nach den Vätern [im vierzigsten Jahre der Regierung Davids forschte man nach ihnen, und es fanden sich unter ihnen tüchtige Männer zu Jaser-Gilead];
Of the Hebronite, Jerijah [is] the head, of the Hebronite, according to his generations, for the fathers — in the fortieth year of the reign of David they have been sought out, and there are found among them mighty ones of valour, in Jazer of Gilead —
32 und seine Brüder, wackere Männer, waren 2700, Häupter der Väter. Und der König David bestellte sie über die Rubeniter und die Gaditer und den halben Stamm Manasse, für alle Angelegenheiten Gottes und für die Angelegenheiten des Königs.
and his brethren, sons of valour, two thousand and seven hundred, [are] heads of the fathers, and king David appointeth them over the Reubenite, and the Gadite, and the half of the tribe of Manasseh, for every matter of God and matter of the king.
