Offenbarung 15
1 Ich sah ein anderes Zeichen im Himmel, groß und wunderbar: sieben Engel mit den letzten sieben Plagen, womit sich Gottes Zorn vollendet.
And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous: seven agents having seven plagues, the last, because in them the wrath of God is ended.
2 Auch sah ich (eine weite Fläche) wie ein gläsern Meer, gemengt mit Feuer. An diesem Meer von Glas sah ich alle stehen, die in dem Kampf mit dem Tier, seinem Bild und seines Namens Zahl den Sieg errungen hatten. Sie priesen Gott auf Saitenspiel
And I saw like a glassy sea mingled with fire, and those who were victorious over the beast and over its image and over the number of its name, standing on the glassy sea, having harps of God.
3 und sangen das Lied Moses, des Knechtes Gottes, und des Lammes Lied mit diesen Worten: / Groß und wunderbar sind deine Werke, Herr Gott, du Allgewaltiger; gerecht und wahr sind deine Wege, du Völkerkönig!
And they sing the song of Moses the bondman of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty, righteous and true are thy ways, thou King of the nations.
4 Wer sollte dich nicht fürchten, Herr, nicht deinen Namen preisen? Denn du allein bist heilig. Alle Völker werden kommen und vor dir anbeten, denn dein gerechtes Walten hat sich offenbart."
Who will, no, not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name, because thou alone are holy? Because all the nations will come and worship before thee, because thy righteous deeds were made known.
5 Dann sah ich, wie sich der Tempel der himmlischen Stiftshütte öffnete.
And after these things I looked, and the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened.
6 Aus dem Tempel traten die sieben Engel mit den sieben Plagen. Sie trugen ein glänzend weißes Linnenkleid, und goldene Gürtel umgaben ihre Brust.
And the seven agents came forth from the temple having the seven plagues, who were clothed in pure bright linen, and golden belts girded around their breasts.
7 Eins der vier Lebewesen reichte den sieben Engeln sieben goldene Schalen, voll des Zornes Gottes, der da lebt in alle Ewigkeit. (aiōn g165)
And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven agents seven golden bowls containing the wrath of God who lives into the ages of the ages. (aiōn g165)
8 Da füllte sich der Tempel mit Rauch, weil Gottes Herrlichkeit und seine Macht sich offenbarten; und niemand konnte in den Tempel gehen, bis die sieben Plagen der sieben Engel zu Ende waren.
And the temple became full of vapor from the glory of God and from his power. And none was able to enter into the temple until the seven plagues of the seven agents were ended.
