Psalm 67

1 Dem Sangmeister, mit Saitenspielbegleitung. Ein Psalm, ein Lied.

For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments. A Psalm, a Song. God be merciful unto us, and bless us, [and] cause his face to shine upon us; (Selah)

2 Elohim sei uns gnädig und segne uns, / Lasse bei uns sein Antlitz leuchten! (Sela)

That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.

3 So erkennt man auf Erden deinen Weg, / Dein Heil unter allen Völkern.

Let the peoples praise thee, O God; let all the peoples praise thee.

4 Völker sollen dich preisen, Elohim, / Es sollen dich preisen die Völker alle.

O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the peoples with equity, and govern the nations upon earth. (Selah)

5 Die Leute freun sich und frohlocken, / Daß du die Völker recht regierst / Und die Leute auf Erden leitest. (Sela)

Let the peoples praise thee, O God; let all the peoples praise thee.

6 Völker sollen dich preisen, Elohim, / Es sollen dich preisen die Völker alle.

The earth hath yielded her increase: God, even our own God, shall bless us.

7 Das Land hat seinen Ertrag geschenkt, / Elohim, unser Gott — er hat uns gesegnet. Elohim wird uns auch ferner segnen, / Und fürchten werden ihn alle Enden der Erde.

God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.
