2 Korinther 6
1 Als (Gottes) Mitarbeiter ermahnen wir euch auch: Laßt Gottes Gnade, die ihr empfangen habt, nicht ohne Wirkung bei euch bleiben!
Working together, we entreat also that you not receive the grace of God in vain,
2 Gott spricht ja: Zu willkommener Zeit habe ich dich erhört, am Tage des Heils habe ich dir geholfen. Jetzt ist die hochwillkommene Zeit, jetzt ist der Tag des Heils!
for he says, "At an acceptable time I listened to you, and in a day of salvation I helped you." Look, now is the "acceptable time." Look, now is the "day of salvation."
3 Wir geben euch in keiner Weise Anstoß, damit auf unseren Dienst kein Tadel falle.
We give no occasion of stumbling in anything, that our service may not be blamed,
4 Sondern in jeder Hinsicht beweisen wir uns, wie sich's für Gottes Diener ziemt: Voll Ausdauer sind wir in Trübsal, Nöten und Ängsten,
but in everything commending ourselves, as servants of God, in great endurance, in afflictions, in hardships, in distresses,
5 bei Schlägen und in Gefängnissen, bei Aufruhr und Mühsal, in Nachtwachen und Fasten.
in beatings, in imprisonments, in riots, in labors, in watchings, in fastings;
6 Wir bewähren uns durch Reinheit des Lebens, durch Erkenntnis, Langmut und freundliches Wesen, durch Wirken im Heiligen Geist und ungeheuchelte Liebe,
in pureness, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness, in the Rukha d'Qudsha, in sincere love,
7 durch Verkündigen der Wahrheit und Erweisung der Gotteskraft, indem wir die Waffen führe, die die Gerechtigkeit verleiht, zu Trutz und Schutz.
in the word of truth, in the power of God; by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
8 Wir bleiben fest, mag unser Weg durch Ehre oder Schande führen, mag man uns schmähen oder rühmen: Man schilt uns als Betrüger, und doch sind wir wahrhaftig.
by glory and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true;
9 Man hält uns für unbekannt, aber wir sind wohlbekannt. Man sagt, wir lägen im Sterben, und siehe da: wir leben! Man meint, Gott züchtige uns, und trotzdem werden wir nicht getötet.
as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and look, we live; as punished, and not killed;
10 Man denkt, wir müßten traurig sein, und wir sind immer fröhlich. Man hält uns für Bettler, aber wir machen viele reich. Es scheint, wir hätten nichts, und wir besitzen alles!
as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
11 Wir haben offen zu euch geredet, o Korinther; unser Herz hat sich (in Liebe zu euch) weit aufgetan.
Our mouth is open to you, Corinthians. Our heart is enlarged.
12 Es ist viel Raum für euch in unserem Herzen; doch in euern Herzen ist nur wenig Raum für uns.
You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted by your own affections.
13 Habt uns doch auch lieb — ich rede zu euch als zu meinen Kindern —: macht auch eure Herzen weit für uns!
Now in return, I speak as to my children, you also be open wide.
14 - Habt nicht vertrauten Umgang mit den Heiden! Denn was hat die Gerechtigkeit zu schaffen mit der Gesetzlosigkeit? Oder welche Gemeinschaft haben Licht und Finsternis?
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
15 Wie stimmt Christus mit Beliar? Oder was hat der Gläubige zu tun mit dem Ungläubigen?
What agreement has Meshikha with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?
16 Wie verträgt sich der Tempel Gottes mit den Götzen? Und wir sind der Tempel des lebendigen Gottes. Denn Gott hat gesagt: Ich will unter ihnen wohnen und wandeln, ich will ihr Gott sein, und sie sollen mein Volk sein.
What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For we are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, "I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people."
17 Darum: Geht aus von ihnen und sondert euch ab, spricht der Herr, und rührt nichts Unreines an! Denn ich will euch annehmen
Therefore, "'Go out from their midst, and be separate,' says the Lord, 'and touch no unclean thing,' and I will receive you.
18 und euer Vater sein, und ihr sollt meine Söhne und Töchter sein, spricht der allmächtige Herr.
"And I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters," says the Lord Almighty.
