< Yanisa Mishiracho 17 >
1 Yesussay hessa gidape guye pudee salo dhoqqu gi xeelid hizzgi wossides “aaboo hekoo hai saatey gakkides, ne nay nena bonchana mala neni ne naza boncha.
These things, spake Jesus, and, lifting up his eyes unto heaven, said: —Father! The hour is come! Glorify thy Son, that, the Son, may glorify, thee, —
2 Ne bonchanayka ne izas immidaytas izi medhina deyoo immana mala ne izas asa wuriso bolla godateth immida gishshasa. (aiōnios )
Even as thou gavest him authority over all flesh, that, as touching whatsoever thou hast given him, he might give unto them, life age-abiding. (aiōnios )
3 Medhdhina deyooyka ne xalala tumu xoossu ne kiittda Yesuss Kiristtoosa erro guusa. (aiōnios )
And, this, is the age-abiding life, That they get to know thee, the only real God, and him whom thou didst send, Jesus Christ. (aiōnios )
4 Ne tas immida ooso tani wursada ha biita bolla nena bonchadis.
I, glorified thee on the earth, The work, finishing, which thou hast given me that I should do.
5 Ta aawa! allamey medhdhistanape kase tas nenara diza bonchon haika tana ne achchan bonchariki
And, now, glorify me—thou, Father! with thyself, with the glory which I had, before the world’s existence, with thee.
6 Haysa dere asape ne tas deeran immida asatas ne oonnakone ta isttas nena qonccsadis, istt kaseka neyta shin ne tas immadasa, isttika ne qaala nagida.
I manifested thy name, unto the men whom thou gavest me out of the world: Thine, they were, and, to me, thou gavest them, and, thy word, have they kept:
7 Ne tas immidaysi wurikka nepe gididaysa hai istti errida.
Now, have they come to know, That, all things, as many as thou gavest me, are, from thee;
8 Ne tas immida qaalataka isttas immadis, isttika ekkida, ta ne achchafe yidaysa tumape errida, ne tana kittdaysaka istt ammanida.
And, the declarations which thou gavest me, have I given them, and, they, received them, and came to know in truth, that, from thee, came I forth, —and they believed, that, thou, didst send me forth.
9 “Ta isttas wossays heytii ne tas immidayt istt neyta gidida gish ta isttas wossays, gidoshin hinkoo dere asas wossike.
I, concerning them, make request: not, concerning the world, do I make request, but concerning them whom thou hast given me, because, thine, they are, —
10 Tas gididay wurikka neysa neysika wurikka taysa, taka isttan bonchetana.
And, all my possessions, are, thine, and, thy possessions, mine, and I have been glorified in them.
11 Hayssafe guye Tani hayssa biita bolla diike, istt gidiko ha biita bolla deetes, hai ta nekoo bays, ta geshshazo! hayta ne tas immidayta istti nu mala ba garssan issino gidana mala ne tas immida ne sunththan istta naga.
And, no longer, am I in the world, and, they, are, in the world, —and, I, unto thee, am coming. Holy Father! Keep them in thy name which thou hast given me, that they may be one, as, we.
12 Ta isttara isipe dashshe ne tas immida ne sunththan ta istta naggadis, ta naggadis, hessa gish kase xaafetda geshsha maxafa qaalay polistana mala izi kaseka dhayos diza nazape attin isttafe oonnika dhaybeyna.
When I was with them, I, kept them in thy name which thou hast given me, —And I kept watch, and, none from among them, went the destruction, —save the son of destruction, that, the Scripture, might be fulfilled.
13 Ta qasse hai neko bays, ta ha biita bolla dashshe hayssa yootizay ta uhaaththaaysi isttan polistana mala gada yootays.
But, now, unto thee, am I coming; and, these things, am I speaking in the world, that they may have my own joy fulfilled in themselves.
14 Tani ne qaala isttas immadis, tani ha biita asa ginddoonttaysa mala isttika ha biita asi gidetena, hessa gish ha biita asay istta ixxides.
I, have given them thy word, and, the world, hated them, because they are not of the world—even as, I, am not of the world.
15 Ne istta iittape nagana mala ta nena wossays attin ne istta ha biitafe denththa efana mala nena wossike.
I request not, that thou wouldst take them out of the world, but that thou wouldst keep them out of the evil:
16 Tani biita asi gidonttaysa mala isttika ha biita asii gidetena.
Of the world, they are not, even as, I, am not of the world.
17 Ne istta ne tuman nes shaaka, ne qaalayka tumu qaala.
Hallow them in the truth: Thine own word, is, truth:
18 Ne tana ha biita kittoysaththo taka istta biita bolla kittadis.
Even as thou didst send me forth into the world, I also, send them forth into the world;
19 Istt tumape nes duma ass gidida mala tanika tana istta gish dummasays.
And, on their behalf, I, hallow myself, that, they also, may have become hallowed in truth.
20 Istta qaala marikatetha tana ammananayta gishshara ta nena wossays attin ta nena istta gish xalala wossike.
Not however concerning these alone, do I make request, but, concerning them also who believe, through their word, on me:
21 Ta wossizay istti wurikka issino gidana malasiko, ta aawawu qasseka ne tanan diza mala nunan gidana malane ne tana kittidaysa ha derey ne ammanana mala wossays.
That they, all, may be, one, —even as, thou, Father, in me, and, I, in thee, —that, they also, in us, may be; —that, the world, may believe that, thou, didst send me forth.
22 Nunii nu garssan issno gidida mala isttika ba garssan issino gidana mala ne tas ida boncho taka isttas immadis.
And, I, the glory which thou hast given to me, have given to them, that they may be one, even as, we, are, one.—
23 Ta wossizay sttan, neka tanan gidida mala isttika kumethth issino gidana malako, qasseka neni tana kittda mlane tana ne siqqida mala isttaka ne siqqidaysa dere asay erranasiko.
I, in them and, thou, in me; That they may have been perfected into, one, —That the world may get to know, that, thou, didst send me forth, and didst love them even as thou didst love, me.
24 “ta aawawu! ne tana haysi biitayne saloy medhdhistanape kase dossida gish ne tas immidaa ta bonchoza istti beeyana mala hayta ne tas immidaytka ta dizasoon anara dana mala dossays.
Father! As touching that which thou hast given me, I desire—That, where, I, am, they also, may be, with me, that they may behold my own glory which thou hast given me, —because thou lovedst me, before the foundation of the world.
25 Xiillo gidida ta aawawu! nena derey erribeyna, ta gidiko nena errays, haytka ne ana kittdaysa errida.
Righteous Father! And so, the world, came not to know thee; but, I, came to know thee, and, these, came to know that, thou, didst send me forth:
26 Ne tana siqqida siqqooy isttan gidana malane taka isttan gidana mala isttine nena errana mala ooththadis, qasseka istti errana malaka oohthana.”
And I made known unto them thy name, and will make known, —that, the love wherewith thou lovedst me, in them, may be, and, I, in them.
