Zacharie 9
1 Malheur accablant de la parole du Seigneur contre la terre d’Hadrach et de Damas, lieu de son repos; parce que l’œil du Seigneur est sur un homme et sur toutes les tribus d’Israël.
The birthun of the word of the Lord, in the lond of Adrach, and of Damask, the reste therof; for `of the Lord is the iye of man, and of alle lynagis of Israel.
2 Contre Emath aussi sur ses frontières, et contre Tyr et Sidon; car elles se sont attribué une bien grande sagesse.
And Emath in termes therof, and Tirus, and Sidon; for thei token to hem wisdom greetli.
3 Et Tyr a bâti ses fortifications, et a entassé l’argent comme la poussière, et l’or comme la boue des places publiques.
And Tirus bildide his strengthing, and gaderide siluer as erthe, and gold as fen of stretis.
4 Voici que le Seigneur s’en rendra maître, et il brisera sa force sur la mer, et elle sera dévorée par le feu.
Lo! the Lord schal welde it, and schal smyte in the see the strengthe therof, and it schal be deuourid bi fier.
5 Ascalon verra et elle craindra; et Gaza verra et elle sera dans une très grande douleur; et Accaron, parce que son espérance sera confondue; et il n’y aura plus de roi en Gaza, et Ascalon ne sera plus habitée.
Ascalon schal see, and schal drede; and Gasa, `and schal sorewe ful myche; and Accaron, for the hope therof is confoundid; and the kyng schal perische fro Gasa, and Ascalon schal not be enhabited;
6 Un étranger s’établira dans Azot, et je détruirai entièrement l’orgueil des Philistins.
and a departere schal sitte in Asotus, and Y schal distrie the pride of Filisteis.
7 Et j’ôterai son sang de sa bouche, et ses abominations d’entre ses dents, et il restera lui aussi à notre Dieu; et il sera comme chef dans Juda, et Accaron comme un Jébuséen.
And Y schal take awei the blood therof fro the mouth of him, and abhomynaciouns of hym fro the myddil of teeth of hym, and he also schal be left to our God; and he schal be as a duyk in Juda, and Accaron as Jebusei.
8 Et j’environnerai ma maison de ceux qui combattent pour moi; ils iront et reviendront; et il ne passera plus sur eux d’exacteur; parce que maintenant je les ai vus de mes yeux.
And Y schal cumpasse myn hous of these that holden kniythod to me, and goen, and turnen ayen; and `an vniust axere schal no more passe on hem, for now Y siy with myn iyen.
9 Exulte complètement, fille de Sion; jubile, fille de Jérusalem; VOICI QUE TON ROI viendra à toi, juste et sauveur; lui-même pauvre, et monté sur une ânesse et sur un poulain, petit d’une ânesse.
Thou douyter of Sion, make ioie withoutforth ynow, synge, thou douyter of Jerusalem; lo! thi kyng schal come to thee, he iust, and sauyour; he pore, and stiynge on a sche asse, and on a fole, sone of a sche asse.
10 Et je détruirai entièrement d’Ephraïm les quadriges, et de Jérusalem les chevaux, et l’arc de la guerre sera anéanti; et il publiera la paix aux nations, et sa puissance s’étendra depuis une mer jusqu’à une autre mer, et depuis les fleuves jusqu’aux confins de la terre.
And Y schal leese foure horsid carte of Effraym, and an hors of Jerusalem, and the bouwe of batel schal be distried; and he schal speke pees to hethene men, and the power of him schal be fro see til to see, and fro floodis til to the endis of erthe.
11 Toi aussi par le sang de ton alliance, tu as fait sortir tes prisonniers d’un lac qui est sans eau.
And thou in blood of thi testament sentist out thi boundun men fro lake, in which is not water.
12 Retournez aux fortifications, prisonniers qui avez conservé l’espérance; aujourd’hui aussi, j’annonce, ô Sion, que je te rendrai le double.
Ye boundun of hope, be conuertid to strengthing; and to dai Y schewynge schal yelde to thee double thingis,
13 Parce que j’ai tendu pour moi Juda comme un arc, j’ai rempli Ephraïm de flèches; et je susciterai tes fils, ô Sion, contre tes fils, ô Grèce; et je te rendrai comme le glaive des forts.
for Y schal stretche forthe to me Juda as a bowe, Y fillide `the lond of Effraym. And Y schal reise thi sones, thou Sion, on thi sones, thou lond of Grekis, and Y schal sette thee as the swerd of stronge men.
14 Et le Seigneur Dieu paraîtra au-dessus d’eux, et son dard partira comme la foudre; et le Seigneur Dieu sonnera de la trompette; il s’avancera dans un tourbillon du midi.
And the Lord God schal be seyn on hem, and the dart of him schal go out as leit.
15 Le Seigneur des armées les protégera; et ils dévoreront leurs ennemis et les soumettront avec les pierres de la fronde; et buvant leur sang, ils seront enivrés comme de vin; et ils seront remplis comme les coupes, et comme les cornes de l’autel.
And the Lord God schal synge in a trumpe, and schal go in whirlwynd of the south; the Lord of oostis schal defende hem, and thei schulen deuoure, and make suget with stoonys of a slynge; and thei drynkynge schulen be fillid as with wyn, and schulen be fillid as viols, and as hornes of the auter.
16 Et le Seigneur leur Dieu les sauvera en ce jour-là comme le troupeau de son peuple; parce que des pierres saintes s’élèveront sur sa terre.
And the Lord God `of hem schal saue hem in that dai, as a floc of his puple, for hooli stoonus schulen be reisid on the lond of hym.
17 Car qu’est-ce que le Seigneur a de bon et de beau, sinon le froment des élus, et le vin qui fait germer les vierges?
For what is the good of hym, and what is the faire of hym, no but whete of chosun men, and wyn buriownynge virgyns?
