Zacharie 8

1 Et la parole du Seigneur des armées me fut adressée, disant:

2 Voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: J’ai été zélé pour Sion d’un grand zèle, et j’ai été animé contre elle d’une grande indignation.

thus to say LORD Hosts be jealous to/for Zion jealousy great: large and rage great: large be jealous to/for her

3 Voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: Je suis revenu à Sion, et j’habiterai au milieu de Jérusalem; et Jérusalem sera appelée la cité de la vérité, et la montagne du Dieu des armées, la montagne sainte.

thus to say LORD to return: return to(wards) Zion and to dwell in/on/with midst Jerusalem and to call: call to Jerusalem city [the] truth: faithful and mountain: mount LORD Hosts mountain: mount [the] holiness

4 Voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: Des vieillards et des vieilles femmes habiteront encore sur les places de Jérusalem, et des hommes, chacun un bâton en sa main, à cause de la multitude de leurs jours.

thus to say LORD Hosts still to dwell old and old in/on/with street/plaza Jerusalem and man: anyone staff his in/on/with hand his from abundance day

5 Et les places de la cité seront remplies de petits garçons et de petites filles qui joueront sur ses places.

and street/plaza [the] city to fill youth and maiden to laugh in/on/with street/plaza her

6 Voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: Si ma prédiction paraît difficile aux yeux des restes de ce peuple en ces jours-là, est-ce qu’à mes yeux elle sera difficile, dit le Seigneur des armées?

thus to say LORD Hosts for to wonder in/on/with eye: seeing remnant [the] people [the] this in/on/with day [the] they(masc.) also in/on/with eye: seeing my to wonder utterance LORD Hosts

7 Voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: Voici que moi, je sauverai mon peuple de la terre de l’orient et de la terre du coucher du soleil.

thus to say LORD Hosts look! I to save [obj] people my from land: country/planet east and from land: country/planet entrance [the] sun

8 Et je les ramènerai, et ils habiteront au milieu de Jérusalem; et ils seront mon peuple, et moi je serai leur Dieu, dans la vérité et dans la justice.

and to come (in): bring [obj] them and to dwell in/on/with midst Jerusalem and to be to/for me to/for people and I to be to/for them to/for God in/on/with truth: faithful and in/on/with righteousness

9 Voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: Que vos mains se fortifient, vous qui entendez en ces jours ces paroles par la bouche des prophètes, au jour auquel a été fondée la maison du Seigneur des armées, afin que le temple fût bâti.

10 Car avant ces jours-là, il n’y avait pas de récompense pour les hommes, ni de récompense pour les bêtes; et pour celui qui entrait et pour celui qui sortait, il n’y avait pas de paix à cause de la tribulation; et j’abandonnai tous les hommes chacun contre son prochain.

11 Mais maintenant ce ne sera pas comme aux jours antérieurs que moi je traiterai les restes de ce peuple, dit le Seigneur des armées.

12 Mais il y aura une semence de paix; la vigne donnera son fruit, et la terre donnera ses productions, et les deux donneront leur rosée; et je ferai posséder tous ces biens aux restes de ce peuple.

for seed [the] peace [the] vine to give: give fruit her and [the] land: soil to give: give [obj] crops her and [the] heaven to give: give dew their and to inherit [obj] remnant [the] people [the] this [obj] all these

13 Et il arrivera que comme vous étiez un objet de malédiction parmi les nations, maison de Juda et maison d’Israël, ainsi je vous sauverai, et vous serez un objet de bénédiction; ne craignez point; que vos mains se fortifient.

14 Parce que voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: Comme j’ai songé à vous punir, lorsque vos pères m’ont provoqué au courroux, dit le Seigneur,

for thus to say LORD Hosts like/as as which to plan to/for be evil to/for you in/on/with be angry father your [obj] me to say LORD Hosts and not to be sorry: relent

15 Et que je n’ai pas eu de pitié; ainsi, revenu à eux, j’ai songé en ces jours à faire du bien à la maison de Juda et à Jérusalem; ne craignez point.

so to return: again to plan in/on/with day [the] these to/for be good [obj] Jerusalem and [obj] house: household Judah not to fear

16 Voici donc ce que vous ferez: Parlez vérité, chacun avec son prochain; jugez selon la vérité, et rendez des jugements de paix à vos portes.

17 Qu’aucun de vous ne médite en son cœur le mal contre son ami; et n’aimez pas le serment mensonger; car ce sont toutes choses que je hais, dit le Seigneur.

18 Et la parole du Seigneur des armées me fut adressée, disant:

19 Voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: Le jeûne du quatrième mois, et le jeûne du cinquième, et le jeûne du septième, et le jeûne du dixième seront changés pour la maison de Juda en joie et en allégresse, et en solennités brillantes; aimez seulement la vérité et la paix.

thus to say LORD Hosts fast [the] fourth and fast [the] fifth and fast [the] seventh and fast [the] tenth to be to/for house: household Judah to/for rejoicing and to/for joy and to/for meeting: festival pleasant and [the] truth: true and [the] peace to love: lover

20 Voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: Que des peuples viennent encore, et qu’ils habitent dans beaucoup de cités;

thus to say LORD Hosts still which to come (in): come people and to dwell city many

21 Et que les habitants aillent l’un vers l’autre, disant: Allons, et implorons la face du Seigneur, et cherchons le Seigneur des armées; j’irai, moi aussi.

and to go: went to dwell one to(wards) one to/for to say to go: went to go: went to/for to beg [obj] face of LORD and to/for to seek [obj] LORD Hosts to go: went also I

22 Et beaucoup de peuples viendront ainsi que des nations puissantes pour chercher le Seigneur des armées dans Jérusalem, et pour implorer la face du Seigneur.

23 Voici ce que dit le Seigneur des armées: Ceci arrivera en ces jours-là, dans lesquels dix hommes de toutes les langues des nations, saisiront la frange de la robe d’un homme juif, disant: Nous irons avec vous, car nous avons appris que Dieu est avec vous.

thus to say LORD Hosts in/on/with day [the] they(masc.) which to strengthen: hold ten human from all tongue: language [the] nation and to strengthen: hold in/on/with wing man Jew to/for to say to go: went with you for to hear: hear God with you
