Psaumes 15

1 Psaume de David.

A Psalm of David. Jehovah, who shall sojourn in thy tent? who shall dwell in the hill of thy holiness?

2 Celui qui marche sans tache, et qui pratique la justice.

He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth from his heart.

3 Celui qui dit la vérité qui est dans son cœur; qui n’a pas trompé avec sa langue; Qui n’a pas fait de mal à son prochain, et qui n’a pas accueilli l’injure contre ses frères.

[He that] slandereth not with his tongue, doeth not evil to his companion, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour;

4 En présence de qui le méchant est regardé comme un néant, mais qui glorifie ceux qui craignent Dieu. Celui qui ayant fait un serment à son prochain, ne le trompe point.

In whose eyes the depraved person is contemned, and who honoureth them that fear Jehovah; who, if he have sworn to his own hurt, changeth it not;

5 Celui qui n’a point donné son argent à usure, et n’a point reçu de présents contre l’innocent: celui qui fait ces choses ne sera jamais ébranlé.

[He that] putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these [things] shall never be moved.
