1 Or, il arriva qu’au jour où Moïse acheva le tabernacle, il le dressa, l’oignit et le sanctifia avec tous ses vases ainsi que l’autel et tous ses vases.
And it came to pass on the day that Moses had finally set up the tabernacle, and had anointed, and sanctified it, and all its vessels, as also the altar and all its vessels, and had anointed them, and sanctified them:
2 Les princes d’Israël et les chefs de familles, qui étaient dans chaque tribu et qui commandaient à ceux qui avaient été dénombrés, offrirent
That the princes of Israel, the heads of their family divisions, who were the princes of the tribes, the same who had superintended the numbering, offered.
3 Leurs présents devant le Seigneur: six chariots couverts avec douze bœufs. Deux chefs offrirent un chariot, et chacun d’eux un bœuf, et ils les offrirent en présence du tabernacle.
And they brought their offering before the Lord, six covered wagons, and twelve oxen; a wagon for two princes, and an ox for each one: and they presented them before the tabernacle.
4 Or, le Seigneur dit à Moïse:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
5 Reçois-les d’eux, pour qu’ils soient employés au service du tabernacle, et tu les donneras aux Lévites, selon le rang de leur ministère.
Take it from them, that they may be used to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to his service.
6 C’est pourquoi, lorsque Moïse eut reçu les chariots et les bœufs, il les donna aux Lévites.
And Moses took the wagons and the oxen, and gave them unto the Levites.
7 Il donna aux fils de Gerson deux chariots et quatre bœufs, selon ce qui leur est nécessaire.
Two of the wagons and four of the oxen he gave unto the sons of Gershon, according to their service:
8 Il donna aux fils de Mérari les quatre autres chariots et les huit bœufs, selon leurs fonctions et leur service, sous la main d’Ithamar, fils d’Aaron, le prêtre.
And four of the wagons and eight of the oxen he gave unto the sons of Merari, according to their service, under the supervision of Ithamar, the son of Aaron the priest.
9 Mais aux fils de Caath, il ne donna point de chariots et de bœufs, parce que c’est dans le sanctuaire qu’ils servent et qu’ils portent les fardeaux sur leurs propres épaules.
But unto the sons of Kehath he gave none; because the service of the sanctuary belonged unto them, they were to bear upon their shoulders.
10 Les chefs donc offrirent leur oblation devant l’autel pour la dédicace de l’autel, au jour qu’il fut oint.
The princes also offered for the dedicating of the altar on the day that it was anointed; and the princes presented their offering before the altar.
11 Et le Seigneur dit à Moïse: Que chaque chef offre chaque jour ses présents pour la dédicace de l’autel.
And the Lord said unto Moses, One prince each on a given day, shall they offer their offering, for the dedication of the altar.
12 Au premier jour Nahasson, fils d’Aminadab, de la tribu de Juda, offrit son oblation:
And he that offered his offering on the first day was Nachshon the son of 'Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah:
13 Il y avait un plat d’argent du poids de cent trente sicles, une patère d’argent de soixante dix sicles, selon le poids du sanctuaire, l’un et l’autre pleins de fleur de farine arrosée d’huile pour un sacrifice;
And his offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat-offering;
14 Un petit mortier de dix sicles d’or, plein d’encens;
One spoon of ten shekels of gold, full of incense;
15 Un bœuf pris d’un troupeau, et un bélier, et un agneau d’un an pour un holocauste;
One young bullock, one ram, one sheep of the first year, for a burnt-offering;
16 Un bouc pour le péché;
One he-goat for a sin-offering;
17 Et pour le sacrifice des pacifiques, deux bœufs, cinq béliers, cinq boucs, cinq agneaux d’un an. Telle est l’oblation de Nahasson, fils d’Aminadab.
And for a sacrifice of peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five sheep of the first year; this was the offering of Nachshon the son of 'Amminadab.
18 Au second jour, Nathanaël, fils de Suar, chef de la tribu d’Issachar, offrit
On the second day Nethanel the son of Zuar, the prince of Issachar, did offer:
19 Un plat d’argent pesant cent trente sicles, une patère d’argent de soixante-dix sicles, selon le poids du sanctuaire, l’un et l’autre pleins de fleur de farine arrosée d’huile pour un sacrifice;
He offered for his offering one silver charger, the weight whereof was a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat-offering;
20 Un petit mortier d’or de dix sicles, plein d’encens;
One spoon of ten shekels of gold, full of incense;
21 Un bœuf pris d’un troupeau, un bélier, et un agneau d’un an, pour un holocauste;

24 Au troisième jour, le prince des enfants de Zabulon, Eliab, fils d’Hélon,
On the third day Eliab the son of Chelon, the prince of the children of Zebulun, [did offer]:
25 Offrit un plat d’argent, pesant cent trente sicles, une patère d’argent de soixante-dix sicles, au poids du sanctuaire, l’un et l’autre pleins de fleur de farine arrosée d’huile pour un sacrifice;

30 Au quatrième jour, le prince des enfants de Ruben, Elisur, fils de Sédéur,
On the fourth day Elizur the son of Shedeur, the prince of the children of Reuben, [did offer]:
31 Offrit un plat d’argent, pesant cent trente sicles, une patère de soixante-dix sicles, au poids du sanctuaire, l’un et l’autre pleins de fleur de farine arrosée d’huile pour un sacrifice;
His offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat-offering;

36 Au cinquième jour, le prince des enfants de Siméon, Salamiel, fils de Surisaddaï,
On the fifth day Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai, the prince of the children of Simeon, [did offer]:
37 Offrit un plat d’argent, pesant cent trente sicles, une patère d’argent de soixante-dix sicles, au poids du sanctuaire, l’un et l’autre pleins de fleur de farine arrosée d’huile pour un sacrifice;
His offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat-offering;

42 Au sixième jour, le prince des enfants de Gad, Eliasaph, fils de Duel,
On the sixth day Elyassaph the son of Deuel, the prince of the children of Gad, [did offer]:
43 Offrit un plat d’argent, pesant cent trente sicles, une patère d’argent de soixante-dix sicles, au poids du sanctuaire, l’un et l’autre pleins de fleur de farine arrosée d’huile pour un sacrifice;
His offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat-offering;

48 Au septième jour, le prince des enfants d’Ephraïm, Elisama, fils d’Ammiud,
On the seventh day Elishama the son of 'Ammihud, the prince of the children of Ephraim, [did offer]:
49 Offrit un plat d’argent, pesant cent trente sicles, une patère d’argent de soixante-dix sicles, au poids du sanctuaire, l’un et l’autre pleins de fleur de farine arrosée d’huile pour un sacrifice;

54 Au huitième jour, le prince des enfants de Manassé, Gamaliel, fils de Phadassur,
On the eighth day Gamliel the son of Pedahzur, the prince of the children of Menasseh, [did offer]:
55 Offrit un plat d’argent pesant cent trente sicles, une patère d’argent de soixante-dix sicles, au poids du sanctuaire, l’un et l’autre pleins de fleur de farine arrosée d’huile pour un sacrifice;

78 Au douzième jour, le prince des enfants de Nephtali, Ahira, fils d’Énan,
On the twelfth day Achira the son of 'Enan, the prince of the children of Naphtali, [did offer]:
79 Offrit un plat d’argent pesant cent trente sicles, une patère d’argent de soixante-dix sicles, au poids du sanctuaire, l’un et l’autre pleins de fleur de farine arrosée d’huile pour un sacrifice;
His offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat-offering;

84 Ces choses furent offertes par les princes d’Israël à la dédicace de l’autel, au jour qu’il fut consacré: douze plats d’argent, douze patères d’argent, douze petits mortiers d’or;
This was the dedication-offering of the altar, on the day when it was anointed, from the princes of Israel: Twelve silver chargers, twelve silver bowls, twelve golden spoons;
85 De telle sorte qu’un plat était de cent trente sicles d’argent et une patère de soixante dix sicles; c’est pour tous les vases d’argent ensemble deux mille quatre cents sicles, au poids du sanctuaire;
A hundred and thirty shekels was the weight of each silver charger, and seventy of each bowl; the silver of all the vessels was two thousand and four hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary;
86 Douze petits mortiers d’or pleins d’encens, pesant chacun dix sicles, au poids du sanctuaire; c’est pour tout l’or cent vingt sicles;
Twelve golden spoons, full of incense; ten shekels was the weight of each spoon, after the shekel of the sanctuary; all the gold of the spoons was a hundred and twenty shekels.
87 Douze bœufs, pris d’un troupeau, pour un holocauste, douze béliers, douze agneaux d’un an et leurs libations; douze boucs pour le péché.
all the oxen for the burnt-offering were twelve bullocks, the rams were twelve, the sheep of the first year twelve, with their meat-offering; and the he-goats for sin-offering were twelve.
88 Pour les hosties des pacifiques, vingt-quatre bœufs, soixante béliers, soixante boucs, soixante agneaux d’un an. Ces choses furent offertes à la dédicace de l’autel, quand il fut oint.
And all the oxen for the sacrifice of the peace-offerings were twenty and four bullocks, the rams were sixty, the he-goats sixty, the sheep of the first year sixty: this was the dedication offering of the altar, after it had been anointed.
89 Or, lorsque Moïse entrait dans le tabernacle d’alliance pour consulter l’oracle, il entendait la voix de celui qui lui parlait du propitiatoire, qui était sur l’arche du témoignage entre deux chérubins d’où aussi il lui parlait.
And when Moses went into the tabernacle of the congregation to speak with Him, then heard he the voice speaking unto him from off the mercy-seat that was upon the ark of testimony, from between the two cherubim: and thus he spoke unto him.
