Isaïe 4
1 Et sept femmes prendront un seul homme en ce jour-là, disant: Nous mangerons notre pain, et nous serons couvertes de nos vêtements; seulement que votre nom soit invoqué sur nous, enlevez notre opprobre.
Seven women shall take hold of one man in that day, saying, “We will eat our own bread, and wear our own clothing: only let us be called by your name. Take away our reproach.”
2 En ce jour-là, le germe du Seigneur sera dans la magnificence et la gloire; et le fruit de la terre s’élèvera, et l’exultation sera pour ceux d’Israël qui auront été sauvés.
In that day, Adonai’s branch will be beautiful and kavod ·weighty glorious·, and the fruit of the land will be the beauty and excellent for the survivors of Israel [God prevails].
3 Et voici ce qui arrivera: Quiconque aura été laissé dans Sion, et sera resté dans Jérusalem, sera appelé saint; quiconque aura été écrit comme vivant dans Jérusalem;
It will happen, that he who is left in Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], and he who remains in Jerusalem [City of peace], shall be called holy, even everyone who is written among the living in Jerusalem [City of peace];
4 Quand le Seigneur aura purifié les souillures des filles de Sion, et qu’il aura lavé le sang de Jérusalem, lequel est au milieu d’elle, par un esprit de justice et par un esprit d’ardeur.
when 'Adonay [Lord] shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem [City of peace] from within it, by the spirit of mishpat ·justice·, and by the spirit of burning.
5 Et le Seigneur créera sur toute la montagne de Sion, et sur le lieu où il aura été invoqué, un nuage et une fumée pendant le jour, et l’éclat d’un feu flamboyant pendant la nuit; car sur toute gloire sera sa protection.
Adonai will create over the whole habitation of Mount Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], and over her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the kavod ·weighty glory· will be a canopy.
6 Et il y aura un tabernacle pour ombrage dans le jour contre la chaleur, et pour mettre en sûreté et à couvert de la tempête et de la pluie.
There will be a sukkah ·temporary tent· for a shade in the daytime from the heat, and for a refuge and for a shelter from storm and from rain.
