Deutéronome 22
1 Tu ne verras point le bœuf de ton frère ou sa brebis égarés, en passant outre, mais tu les ramèneras à ton frère,
Not you will see [the] ox of countryman your or sheep his going astray and you will hide yourself from them certainly you will return them to countryman your.
2 Quand ce frère ne serait pas ton parent, et que tu ne le connaîtrais pas; tu les conduiras dans ta maison, et ils seront chez toi, jusqu’à ce que ton frère les cherche et les reçoive de toi.
And if not [is] near countryman your to you and not you know him and you will gather it into [the] middle of house your and it will be with you until seeks countryman your it and you will return it to him.
3 Tu feras pareillement pour l’âne, pour le vêtement et pour toute chose que ton frère aura perdue; si tu la trouves, tu ne la négligeras point, comme étrangère.
And thus you will do for donkey his and thus you will do for clothing his and thus you will do for every thing lost of countryman your which it will be lost from him and you will find it not you will be able to hide yourself.
4 Si tu vois que l’âne de ton frère, ou son bœuf est tombé dans le chemin, tu ne détourneras point les yeux, mais tu les relèveras avec lui.
Not you will see [the] donkey of countryman your or ox his falling by the way and you will hide yourself from them certainly you will raise [it] up with him.
5 Une femme ne mettra point un vêtement d’homme, et un homme ne se servira point d’un vêtement de femme; car il est abominable devant Dieu, celui qui fait cela.
Not it will be [the] garment[s] of a man on a woman and not he will wear a man [the] clothing of a woman for [is] [the] abomination of Yahweh God your every [one who] does these [things].
6 Si marchant dans le chemin, tu trouves sur un arbre ou à terre un nid d’oiseau, et la mère couchée sur les petits ou sur les œufs, tu ne retiendras point la mère avec ses petits;
If it will be met a nest of a bird - before you by the way in any tree - or on the ground young ones or eggs and the mother [is] lying on the young ones or on the eggs not you will take the mother with the young ones.
7 Mais tu la laisseras aller en tenant les petits captifs, afin que bien t’arrive, et que tu vives longtemps.
Certainly you will let go the mother and the young ones you will take for yourself so that it may go well for you and you will prolong days.
8 Lorsque tu auras bâti une maison nouvelle, tu feras un mur au toit tout autour, pour ne pas qu’il y ait du sang versé en ta maison, et que tu sois coupable, quelqu’un tombant et roulant de haut en bas.
If you will build a house new and you will make a parapet for roof your and not you will put blood on house your if he will fall [one who] falls from it.
9 Tu ne sèmeras point dans ta vigne d’autre semence, de peur que la semence que tu auras semée et ce qui naît de la vigne ne soient pareillement sanctifiés.
Not you will sow vineyard your two kinds lest it should be set apart the full produce the seed which you will sow and [the] produce of the vineyard.
10 Tu ne laboureras point avec un bœuf et un âne ensemble.
Not you will plow with an ox and with a donkey together.
11 Tu ne te revêtiras point d’un vêtement qui soit tissu de laine et de fin.
Not you will wear mixed stuff wool and linen together.
12 Tu feras des cordons aux franges, aux quatre coins du manteau dont tu te couvriras.
Tassels you will make for yourself on [the] four [the] corners of covering your which you will cover with it.
13 Si un homme prend une femme, et l’a ensuite en haine:
If he will take a man a wife and he will go into her and he will hate her.
14 Qu’il cherche des occasions pour la renvoyer, lui reprochant une réputation très mauvaise, et qu’il dise: J’ai pris cette femme, et m’étant approché d’elle, je ne l’ai pas trouvée vierge,
And he will make to her deeds of words and he will send forth on her a name bad and he will say the woman this I took and I drew near to her and not I found to her virginiti.
15 Son père et sa mère la prendront, et ils porteront avec eux les signes de sa virginité aux anciens de la ville qui sont à la porte;
And he will take [the] father of (the young woman *Q(k)*) and mother her and they will bring forth [the] virginiti of (the young woman *Q(k)*) to [the] elders of the city the gate towards.
16 Et le père dira: J’ai donné ma fille à cet homme pour être sa femme; et, parce qu’il la hait,
And he will say [the] father of (the young woman *Q(k)*) to the elders daughter my I gave to the man this to a wife and he hated her.
17 Il lui reproche une réputation très mauvaise, en sorte qu’il dit: Je n’ai pas trouvé ta fille vierge; or, voici les signes de la virginité de ma fille. Ils déploiront le vêtement devant les anciens de la ville;
And there! he he has made deeds of words saying not I found to daughter your virginiti and these [are] [the] virginiti of daughter my and they will spread out the garment before [the] elders of the city.
18 Et les anciens de la ville prendront cet homme et le flagelleront,
And they will take [the] elders of the city that the man and they will punish him.
19 Le condamnant de plus à cent sicles d’argent qu’il donnera au père de la jeune fille, parce qu’il a répandu un bruit très mauvais sur une vierge d’Israël: il l’aura pour femme, et il ne pourra la renvoyer durant tous les jours de sa vie.
And they will fine him a hundred silver and they will give [them] to [the] father of the young woman for he has sent forth a name bad on [the] virgin of Israel and of him she will become a wife not he will be able (to send away her *L(abh)*) all days his.
20 Que si ce qu’il reproche est véritable, et si la virginité n’a pas été trouvée dans la jeune fille,
And if truth it was the word this not they were found virginiti (for the young woman. *Q(k)*)
21 Ils la chasseront hors des portes de la maison de son père, et les hommes de cette ville la lapideront, et elle mourra, parce qu’elle a fait une action horrible en Israël, en forniquant dans la maison de son père: et tu ôteras le mal d’au milieu de toi.
And they will bring out (the young woman *Q(k)*) to [the] entrance of [the] house of father her and they will stone her [the] men of city her with stones and she will die for she has done folly in Israel by acting as a prostitute [the] house of father her and you will remove the evil from midst your.
22 Si un homme dort avec la femme d’un autre, l’un et l’autre mourront, c’est-à-dire l’homme adultère et la femme adultère; et tu ôteras le mal d’Israël.
If he will be found a man lying - with a woman married of a husband and they will die also both of them the man who lay with the woman and the woman and you will remove the evil from Israel.
23 Si un homme a fiancé une jeune fille vierge, et que quelqu’un la trouve dans la ville, et qu’il dorme avec elle,
If he will be (a young woman *Q(k)*) a virgin betrothed to a man and he will find her a man in the city and he will lie with her.
24 Tu les conduiras l’un et l’autre à la porte de cette ville, et ils seront lapidés: la jeune fille, parce qu’elle n’a pas crié, lorsqu’elle était dans la ville; et l’homme, parce qu’il a humilié la femme de son prochain: et tu ôteras le mal d’au milieu de toi.
And you will bring out both of them to [the] gate of - the city that and you will stone them with stones and they will die (the young woman *Q(k)*) on [the] thing that not she cried for help in the city and the man on [the] thing that he has humiliated [the] wife of neighbor his and you will remove the evil from midst your.
25 Mais si un homme trouve dans la campagne une jeune fille qui est fiancée, et que la prenant de force il dorme avec elle, il mourra lui seul.
And if in the open country he will find the man (the young woman *Q(k)*) betrothed and he will take hold on her the man and he will lie with her and he will die the man who lay with her to only him.
26 La jeune fille ne devra rien souffrir, et elle n’est pas digne de mort, parce que, comme un voleur s’élève contre son frère et le tue, ainsi a enduré aussi cette jeune fille.
(And to the young woman *Q(k)*) not you will do anything not ([belongs] to the young woman *Q(k)*) sin of death for just as he will arise someone on neighbor his and he will kill him life so the matter this.
27 Elle était seule dans la campagne, elle a crié et personne ne s’est trouvé là, qui la délivrât.
That in the open country he found her she cried for help (the young woman *Q(k)*) betrothed and not a deliverer [belonged] to her.
28 Si un homme trouve une jeune fille, qui n’a pas de fiancé, et que la prenant de force, il dorme avec elle, et que la chose vienne en jugement,
If he will find a man (a young woman *Q(k)*) a virgin who not she is betrothed and he will seize her and he will lie with her and they will be found.
29 Celui qui a dormi avec elle donnera cinquante sicles d’argent, et il l’aura pour femme parce qu’il l’a humiliée; il ne pourra la renvoyer durant tous les jours de sa vie.
And he will give the man who lay with her to [the] father of (the young woman *Q(k)*) fifty silver and of him she will become a wife because that he has humiliated her not he will be able (to send away her *L(abh)*) all days his.
30 Un homme n’épousera point la femme de son père, et il ne révélera point ce qui est caché en elle.
Not he will take a man [the] wife of father his and not he will uncover [the] skirt of father his.
