1 Chroniques 3

1 Or voici les fils qu’eut David, qui lui naquirent à Hébron: l’aîné, Amnon, fils d’Achinoam de Jezrahel; le second, Daniel, fils d’Abigaïl du Carmel;

Forsothe Dauid hadde these sones, that weren borun to hym in Ebron; the firste gendrid sone, Amon, of Achynoem of Jezrael; the secounde sone, Danyel, of Abigail of Carmele;

2 Le troisième, Absalom, fils de Maacha, fille de Tholmaï, roi de Gessur; le quatrième, Adonias, fils d’Aggith;

the thridde, Absolon, the sone of Maacha, douyter of Tolomei, kyng of Gessuri; the fourthe, Adonye, sone of Agith;

3 Le cinquième, Saphatias, qu’il eut d’Abital; le sixième, Jéthraham, fils d’Egla, sa femme.

the fyuethe, Saphacie, of Abithal; the sixte, Jethraan, of Egla his wijf.

4 Il lui naquit donc six fils à Hébron, où il régna sept ans et un mois. Mais il régna trente-trois ans à Jérusalem.

Therfor sixe sones weren borun to hym in Ebron, where he regnede seuene yeer and sixe monethis; sotheli he regnyde thre and thritti yeer in Jerusalem.

5 Or, à Jérusalem, voici les fils qui lui naquirent: Simmaa, Sobab, Nathan, Salomon, quatre qu’il eut de Bethsabée, fille d’Ammiel;

Forsothe foure sones, Sama, and Sobab, and Nathan, and Salomon, weren borun of Bersabee, the douyter of Amyhel, to hym in Jerusalem;

6 De plus Jébaar et Elisama,

also Jabaar, and Elisama, and Eliphalech,

7 Eliphaleth, Nogé, Népheg et Japhia,

and Noge, and Napheth, and Japhie,

8 Comme aussi Elisama, Eliada et Eliphéleth: en tout, neuf.

also and Elisama, and Eliade, and Eliphalech, nyne.

9 Ce sont là tous les fils de David, outre les fils de ses femmes du second rang; et ils eurent une sœur, Thamar.

Alle these weren the sones of David, with out the sones of secoundarie wyues; and thei hadden a sistir, Thamar.

10 Or le fils de Salomon fut Roboam, dont le fils Abia engendra Asa; de celui-ci aussi est né Josaphat,

Sotheli the sone of Salomon was Roboam, whos sone Abia gendride Asa;

11 Père de Joram, qui engendra Ochozias, duquel est né Joas;

and Josephat, the fadir of Joram, was borun of this Asa; which Joram gendride Ocozie, of whom Joas was borun.

12 Dont le fils Amasias engendra Azarias. Or le fils d’Azarias, Joathan,

And Amasie, the sone of this Joas, gendride Azarie; sotheli Azarie, the sone of Joathan,

13 Procréa Achaz, père d’Ezéchias, dont naquit Manassé.

gendride Achaz, the fadir of Ezechie; of whom Manasses was borun.

14 Mais Manassé aussi engendra Amon, père de Josias.

But also Manasses gendride Amon, the fadir of Josias.

15 Or les fils de Josias furent: le premier-né, Johanan; le second, Joakim; le troisième, Sédécias; le quatrième, Sellum.

Forsothe the sones of Josias weren, the firste gendrid sone, Johannan; the secounde, Joachym; the thridde, Sedechie; the fourthe, Sellum.

16 De Joakim naquit Jéchonias, puis Sédécias.

Of Joachym was borun Jechonye, and Sedechie.

17 Les fils de Jéchonias furent Asir, Salathiel,

The sones of Jechonye weren Asir,

18 Melchiram, Phadaïa, Sennéser et Jécémia, Sama et Nadabia.

Salatiel, Melchiram, Phadaie, Sennaser, and Jech, Semma, Sama, and Nadabia.

19 De Phadaïa sont nés Zorobabel et Séméi. Zorobabel engendra Mosollam, et Hananias et Salomith leur sœur;

Of Phadaie weren borun Zorobabel, and Semey. Zorobabel gendryde Mosolla, Ananye, and Salomyth, the sister of hem; and Asaba,

20 Et encore, Hasabas, Ohol, Barachias, Hasadias et Josabhesed: en tout, cinq.

and Ochol, and Barachie, and Asadaie, and Josabesed, fyue.

21 Or le fils d’Hananias fut Phaltias, père de Jéséias, dont le fils fut Raphaïa, et le fils de celui-ci, Arnan, duquel naquit Obdia, dont le fils fut Séchénias;

Forsothe the sone of Ananye was Falcias, the fadir of Jeseie, whose sone was Raphaie. And the sone of him was Arnan, of whom was borun Abdia, whos sone was Sechema.

22 Le fils de Séchénias, Séméia, dont les fils furent Hattus, Jégaal, Baria, Naaria et Saphat; au nombre de six.

The sone of Sechema was Semeia, whose sones weren Archus, and Gegal, and Baaria, and Naaria, and Saphat, and Sela; sixe in noumbre.

23 Les fils de Naarias, Elioénaï, Ezéchias et Ezricam; trois.

The sones of Naaria weren thre, Helionai, and Ezechie, and Zichram.

24 Les fils d’Elioénaï: Oduïa, Eliasub, Phéléia, Accub, Johanan, Dalaïa et Anani; sept.

The sones of Helionai weren seuene, Odyna, and Eliasub, and Pheleia, and Accub, and Johannan, and Dalaia, and Anani.
