Marc 15
1 Dès le matin, les chefs des prêtres, auxquels s'étaient joints les Anciens et les Scribes, le Sanhédrin tout entier, qui avaient tenu conseil, chargèrent Jésus de liens, l'emmenèrent et le livrèrent à Pilate,
AND forthwith in the morning the chief priests with the elders and with the scribes and with the whole congregation made council; and they bound Jeshu, and led him and delivered him to Pilatos the governor.
2 qui l'interrogea: C'est toi qui es le Roi des Juifs?» Jésus répondit ainsi: «Tu le dis.»
And Pilatos asked him, Art thou the King of the Jihudoyee? And he replied and said to him, Thou hast said.
3 Les chefs des prêtres cependant formulaient contre lui des accusations en quantité.
And the chief priests accused him of many (things):
4 Pilate l'interrogea une seconde fois: «Tu ne réponds rien! Vois tout ce dont on t'accuse!»
but he, Pilatos, asked him again and said to him, Returnest thou not an answer? see how many are witnessing against thee.
5 Mais Jésus ne répondit plus rien, ce dont Pilate, fut très surpris.
But he, Jeshu, did not give any answer; so that Pilatos admired.
6 A chaque fête, il remettait en liberté un prisonnier, celui qu'on lui demandait.
But he was accustomed at every festival to release to them of the bound one whom they requested;
7 Or il y en avait un nommé Bar-Abbas, emprisonné avec les séditieux qui, dans une émeute, avaient commis un meurtre.
and there was one who was called Bar-aba, who was bound with the makers of sedition, they who murder in the sedition had committed.
8 La foule, étant donc montée au tribunal, se mit à demander ce qu'on lui accordait toujours.
And the people cried out and began to demand, that as he was used he would do to them.
9 Pilate alors, qui comprit que c'était par une haine jalouse que les chefs des prêtres lui avaient livré Jésus,
But Pilatos answered and said, Will you that I release to you the King of the Jihudoyee?
10 fit à la foule cette proposition: «Voulez-vous que je vous délivre «le Roi des Juifs»?
For Pilatos knew that for envy the chief priests had delivered him.
11 Mais les chefs des prêtres poussèrent la foule à demander de préférence la mise en liberté de Bar-Abbas.
But the chief priests the more incited the multitude, that Bar-aba he should release to them.
12 Pilate se fit entendre de nouveau: «Que ferai-je donc de celui que vous appelez «le Roi des Juifs»?
But he, Pilatos, said to them, What then will you that I do to this, whom ye call King of the Jihudoyee?
13 Ils crièrent encore: «Crucifie-le!» —
And they again cried, Crucify him!
14 «Qu'a-t-il donc fait de mal?» reprit Pilate. Mais ils n'en criaient que plus fort: «Crucifie-le!»
Pilatos said to them, Why? what evil hath he done? And they the more exceedingly cried, Crucify him.
15 Pilate alors, voulant contenter la multitude, lui délivra Bar-Abbas, et, après avoir fait flageller Jésus, il l'abandonna au supplice de la croix.
But Pilatos was willing to serve the will of the people, and released to them Bar-aba, and delivered up to them Jeshu, scourged, to be crucified.
16 Les soldats emmenèrent Jésus à l'intérieur de la cour, c'est-à-dire dans le prétoire, où ils réunirent toute la cohorte.
And the soldiers led him into the court which is the praetorium, and called the whole band;
17 Ils l'habillèrent d'un manteau couleur de pourpre et lui mirent une couronne d'épines qu'ils avaient tressée.
and they robed him in purple, and twisted and set upon him a crown of thorns,
18 Puis ils lui rendirent leurs hommages: «Salut! Roi des Juifs!»
and they began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jihudoyee!
19 Avec un roseau ils lui donnaient des coups sur la tète; ils crachaient sur lui, et, se mettant à genoux, ils se prosternaient devant lui.
and they struck him upon the head with a cane, and spat in his face, and kneeled upon their knees and worshipped him.
20 Quand ils eurent fini de se moquer de lui, ils lui ôtèrent le manteau de pourpre et lui remirent ses vêtements. Ils l'emmenèrent pour le crucifier
And when they had mocked him, they stripped him of the purple, and clothed him with his own vestments, and led him forth to crucify him.
21 et ils obligèrent un passant, un certain Simon de Cyrène, le père d'Alexandre et de Rufus, qui revenait des champs, à porter sa croix.
AND they constrained one who was passing, Shemun Kurinoia, who was coming from the field, the father of Alexander and of Rufus, to bear his cross.
22 Ils le conduisirent ainsi à Golgotha, c'est un endroit dont le nom signifie: Le Crâne.
And they brought him to Gogultha, a place which is interpreted A skull.
23 Là ils lui donnèrent du vin mêlé de myrrhe; mais il n'en prit pas.
And they gave him to drink wine which was mixed with myrrh; but he would not receive.
24 Ils le crucifièrent, puis se partagèrent ses vêtements, en tirant au sort la part de chacun.
And when they had crucified him, they parted his garments, and cast for them lots who should take them.
25 C'est à la troisième heure qu'ils le crucifièrent,
And it was the third hour when they crucified him.
26 et l'inscription indiquant son crime était ainsi conçue: LE ROI DES JUIFS.
And there was written the occasion of his death in the inscription, This is the King of the Jihudoyee.
27 Avec lui deux brigands furent crucifiés, l'un à sa droite, l'autre à sa gauche.
And they crucified with him two thieves, one on his right and one on his left;
28 (ainsi s'accomplit la parole de l'Ecriture: il a été compté parmi les impies.)
and was accomplished the Scripture which said, That with the wicked he was reckoned.
29 Les passants l'injuriaient; ils lui disaient, en gesticulant de la tète: «Ohé! toi qui détruis le Temple et le rebâtis en trois jours,
AND they also who passed by blasphemed against him, wagging their heads and saying, Ho, undoer of the temple and builder of it in three days,
30 sauve-toi toi-même en descendant de la croix!»
deliver thyself and come down from the cross!
31 Les chefs des prêtres avec les Scribes se moquaient aussi de lui et se disaient l'un à l'autre: «Il en a sauvé d'autres et il ne peut pas se sauver lui-même!» —
And so also the chief priests laughing one with one, and the Sophree, and saying, Others he saved, himself he cannot save.
32 «Que «le Christ», que «le Roi d'Israël» descende maintenant de la croix, afin que nous voyions et que nous croyions!» Ceux mêmes que l'on avait crucifiés avec lui l'insultaient.
The Meshicha King of Isroel, let him descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe on him; and they also who were crucified with him reviled him.
33 Quand fut venue la sixième heure, des ténèbres se firent sur tout le pays jusqu'à la neuvième heure.
AND when it was the sixth hour, there was darkness over all the land until the ninth hour.
34 A la neuvième heure, Jésus jeta un cri et dit d'une voix forte: «Héloï! lema sabachthanei!» ce qui signifie: «Mon Dieu! Mon Dieu! pourquoi m'as-tu abandonné?»
And in the ninth hour Jeshu cried with a high voice and said, Il, Il, Lamona Shabaktoni! Which is, Alohi! Alohi! why hast thou forsaken me?
35 Quelques-uns des assistants l'entendant: «Le voilà qui appelle Élie», dirent-ils.
And certain who heard, of them who were standing, said, Elia he calleth;
36 Il y en eut un qui courut tremper une éponge dans du vinaigre et, l'attachant à un roseau, il lui donna à boire, en disant: «Laissez et voyons si Élie va venir le descendre!»
but one ran and filled a sponge with vinegar, and bound it on a rod that he might drink. And they said, Let alone, we will see if Elia cometh to take him down.
37 Jésus cependant, ayant jeté un grand cri, expira.
But he, Jeshu, cried with a high voice, and completed:
38 Et le rideau du Temple se déchira en deux depuis le haut jusqu'en bas.
and the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom.
39 Voyant comment il avait expiré, le centurion, qui se tenait en face de lui, dit: «Cet homme-là était véritablement Fils de Dieu.»
But when that centurion who stood near him saw that he cried thus, and ended, (he) said, Assuredly this man was the Son of Aloha.
40 Il y avait là également des femmes qui regardaient de loin. Parmi elles, Marie Magdeleine, Marie, mère de Jacques le Petit et de Josès, et Salomé,
And there were women from afar who were beholding; Mariam Magdalitha, and Mariam mother of Jacub the less and of Josi, and Shaloom;
41 qui le suivaient et le servaient lorsqu'il était en Galilée; plusieurs autres encore qui étaient montées avec lui à Jérusalem.
those who, when he was in Galila, adhered to him, and ministered to him, and many others who went up with him to Urishlem.
42 Déjà il se faisait tard, et comme c'était un jour de «Préparation», c'est-à-dire une veille de sabbat,
AND when it was evening of the preparation which is before the shabath,
43 Joseph, celui qui est d'Arimathée, membre estimé du Grand-Conseil, et qui lui aussi attendait le Royaume de Dieu, alla hardiment se présenter à Pilate et lui demanda le corps de Jésus.
came Jauseph, he who was from Rometha, an honourable counsellor, who also himself waited for the kingdom of Aloha. And he took courage, and went in to Pilatos and requested the body of Jeshu.
44 Surpris qu'il fût mort sitôt, Pilate fit appeler le centurion et lui demanda s'il était mort depuis longtemps.
But Pilatos wondered if he were now dead; and he called the centurion and asked him whether before the time he was dead:
45 Informé par le centurion, il donna le corps à Joseph.
and when he had learned, he gave the body to Jauseph.
46 Celui-ci, ayant acheté un linceul, descendit le corps de la croix, l'enveloppa du linceul et le déposa dans un sépulcre taillé dans le roc, puis il roula une pierre contre la porte du tombeau.
And Jauseph bought linen, and took him down and wrapped him in it, and laid him in a sepulchre which was hewn in the rock, and rolled a stone against the door of the sepulchre.
47 Or, Marie Magdeleine et Marie, mère de Josès, regardaient où on le mettait.
But Mariam Magdalitha and Mariam, she who was (the mother) of Josi, beheld where he was laid.
