Lévitique 8
1 Et l'Éternel parla à Moïse en ces termes:
Afterwarde the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
2 Prends Aaron et ses fils avec lui et les costumes et l'huile d'onction et le taureau d'expiation et les deux béliers et la corbeille des azymes
Take Aaron and his sonnes with him, and the garments and the anointing oyle, and a bullocke for the sinne offring, and two rammes, and a basket of vnleauened bread,
3 et convoque toute l'Assemblée à l'entrée de la Tente du Rendez-vous.
And assemble all the company at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.
4 Et Moïse exécuta l'ordre de l'Éternel, et l'Assemblée se réunit à l'entrée de la Tente du Rendez-vous.
So Moses did as the Lord had commanded him, and the companie was assembled at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.
5 Alors Moïse dit à l'Assemblée: Voici ce que l'Éternel a commandé de faire.
Then Moses said vnto the company, This is the thing which the Lord hath commanded to doe.
6 Et Moïse amena Aaron et ses fils et fit leurs ablutions avec l'eau,
And Moses brought Aaron and his sonnes, and washed them with water,
7 et il lui mit la Tunique et le ceignit de la Ceinture et le revêtit de la Robe et lui mit l'Ephod et il le ceignit de la ceinture de l'Ephod dont il le revêtit.
And put vpon him the coate, and girded him with a girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the Ephod on him, which he girded with the broydred garde of the Ephod, and bounde it vnto him therewith.
8 Et il lui mit le Pectoral, et plaça sur le Pectoral l'Urim et le Thummim.
After he put the brest plate thereon, and put in the breast plate the Vrim and the Thummim.
9 Et il lui couvrit la tête du Turban sur le devant duquel il fixa la Plaque d'or, diadème sacré, comme l'Éternel l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
Also he put the miter vpon his head, and put vpon the miter on the fore front the golden plate, and the holy crowne, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
10 Et Moïse prit l'huile d'onction et oignit la Résidence et toutes les choses qui y sont, et ainsi, les consacra;
(Nowe Moses had taken the anointing oyle, and anoynted the Tabernacle, and al that was therein, and sanctified them,
11 et il en fit sept aspersions contre l'Autel, et il oignit l'Autel et tous ses ustensiles, et le Bassin et son support, afin de les consacrer.
And sprinkled thereof vpon the altar seuen times, and anointed the altar and all his instruments, and the lauer, and his foote, to sanctifie them)
12 Et il répandit de l'huile d'onction sur la tête d'Aaron et l'oignit afin de le consacrer.
And he powred of the anointing oyle vpon Aarons head, and anointed him, to sanctifie him.
13 Et Moïse fit avancer les fils d'Aaron et les revêtit de tuniques et les ceignit de la ceinture, et leur attacha leurs bonnets, comme l'Éternel l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
After, Moses brought Aarons sonnes, and put coates vpon them, and girded them with girdles, and put bonets vpon their heades, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
14 Et il fit amener le taureau expiatoire, et Aaron et ses fils posèrent leurs mains sur la tête du taureau expiatoire.
Then he brought the bullocke for the sinne offring, and Aaron and his sonnes put their handes vpon the head of the bullocke for the sinne offring.
15 Et Moïse l'égorgea, et prit le sang, et de son doigt il en mit aux cornes de l'Autel tout autour et fit la purification de l'Autel, et le [reste du] sang il le répandit au pied de l'Autel qu'il consacra pour qu'on pût y faire la propitiation.
And Moses slew him, and tooke the blood, which he put vpon the hornes of the Altar roud about with his finger, and purified the altar, and powred the rest of the blood at the foote of ye altar: so he sanctified it, to make reconciliation vpon it.
16 Et il prit toute la graisse qui enveloppe les intestins, et le grand lobe du foie et les deux reins et leur graisse, et Moïse les fit fumer sur l'Autel.
Then he tooke all the fatte that was vpon the inwardes, and the kall of the liuer and the two kidneis, with their fat, which Moses burned vpon the Altar.
17 Puis il brûla au feu en dehors du camp le taureau et sa peau et sa chair et sa fiente, comme l'Éternel l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
But the bullocke and his hide, and his flesh, and his doung, hee burnt with fire without the host as the Lord had commanded Moses.
18 Et il offrit le bélier de l'holocauste, et Aaron et ses fils posèrent leurs mains sur la tête du bélier.
Also hee brought the ram for the burnt offring, and Aaron and his sonnes put their hands vpon the head of the ramme.
19 Et Moïse l'égorgea et en répandit le sang autour de l'Autel.
So Moses killed it, and sprinkled the blood vpon the Altar round about,
20 Et il détailla le bélier en ses quartiers, et Moïse fit fumer sur l'Autel la tête, les quartiers et la graisse.
And Moses cut the ram in pieces, and burnt the head with the pieces, and the fat,
21 Et il lava dans l'eau la fressure et les jambes, et Moïse, fit fumer le bélier entier sur l'Autel, en holocauste, en parfum agréable, en sacrifice igné à l'Éternel, comme l'Éternel l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
And washed the inwardes and the legges in water: so Moses burnt the ram euery whit vpon ye Altar: for it was a burnt offring for a sweete sauour, which was made by fire vnto the Lord, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
22 Et il offrit le second bélier, le bélier de l'installation, et Aaron et ses fils posèrent leurs mains sur la tête du bélier.
After, he brought the other ram, the ram of consecrations, and Aaron and his sonnes layed their handes vpon the head of the ram,
23 Et Moïse l'égorgea et prit de son sang et en mit au bout de l'oreille droite d'Aaron et au pouce droit et au grand orteil droit.
Which Moses slewe, and tooke of the blood of it, and put it vpon the lappe of Aarons right eare, and vpon the thumbe of his right hand, and vpon the great toe of his right foote.
24 Et il fit approcher les fils d'Aaron, et Moïse leur mit de ce sang au bout de l'oreille droite, au pouce droit et au grand orteil droit; et Moïse répandit le [reste du] sang autour de l'Autel.
Then Moses brought Aarons sonnes, and put of the blood on the lap of their right eares, and vpon the thumbes of their right handes, and vpon the great toes of their right feete, and Moses sprinckled the rest of the blood vpon the Altar round about.
25 Et il prit la graisse et la queue grasse et toute la graisse qui enveloppe les intestins et le grand lobe du foie et les deux reins et leur graisse et l'éclanche droite;
And he tooke the fat and the rumpe and all the fat that was vpon the inwards, and the kall of the liuer, and the two kidneis with their fat, and the right shoulder.
26 et de la corbeille des azymes qui était devant l'Éternel il prit une galette azyme et une galette de pain avec de l'huile et une oublie qu'il posa sur les graisses et l'éclanche droite;
Also he tooke of ye basket of ye vnleauened bread that was before the Lord, one vnleauened cake and a cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and put them on the fat, and vpon the right shoulder.
27 et il mit le tout dans les mains d'Aaron et dans les mains de ses fils, et le brandit en oblation agitée devant l'Éternel.
So hee put all in Aarons handes, and in his sonnes handes, and shooke it to and from before the Lord.
28 Et Moïse retira ces choses de leurs mains, et les fit fumer sur l'Autel, sur l'holocauste, comme sacrifice d'installation, en parfum agréable, en sacrifice igné à l'Éternel.
After, Moses tooke the out of their hands, and burnt them vpon the altar for a burnt offring: for these were consecrations for a sweete sauour which were made by fire vnto the Lord.
29 Et Moïse prit du bélier d'installation la poitrine et l'agita en oblation agitée devant l'Éternel, elle échut à Moïse pour sa part, comme l'Éternel l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
Likewise Moses tooke the breast of the ram of consecrations, and shooke it to and from before the Lord: for it was Moses portion, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
30 Et Moïse prit de l'huile d'onction et du sang qui était sur l'Autel et en fit jaillir sur Aaron et sur ses vêtements, sur ses fils et sur les vêtements de ses fils avec lui, et consacra ainsi Aaron et ses vêtements et ses fils, et les vêtements de ses fils avec lui.
Also Moses tooke of the anointing oyle, and of the blood which was vpon the Altar, and sprinkled it vpon Aaron, vpon his garments, and vpon his sonnes, and on his sonnes garments with him: so hee sanctified Aaron, his garments, and his sonnes, and his sonnes garments with him.
31 Et Moïse dit à Aaron et à ses fils: Faites cuire la chair à l'entrée de la Tente du Rendez-vous et l'y mangez, ainsi que le pain contenu dans la corbeille d'installation, comme je l'ai prescrit en disant: Aaron et ses fils la mangeront;
Afterward Moses saide vnto Aaron and his sonnes, Seethe the flesh at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and there eate it with the bread that is in the basket of consecrations, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his sonnes shall eate it,
32 et vous brûlerez au feu ce qui restera de la chair et du pain,
But that which remaineth of the flesh and of the bread, shall ye burne with fire.
33 et pendant sept jours vous ne sortirez pas de la porte de la Tente du Rendez-vous jusqu'à ce que les jours de votre installation soient accomplis; car votre installation doit durer sept jours.
And ye shall not depart from the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation seuen dayes, vntill the dayes of your consecrations bee at an ende: for seuen dayes, saide the Lord, shall hee consecrate you,
34 Ce qu'on a fait aujourd'hui, l'Éternel a ordonné de le faire comme propitiation pour vous;
As hee hath done this day: so the Lord hath commanded to doe, to make an atonement for you.
35 et vous resterez jour et nuit pendant sept jours à l'entrée de la Tente du Rendez-vous, et vous observerez ce que vous êtes tenus d'observer envers l'Éternel, afin que vous ne mouriez pas; car tel est l'ordre que j'ai reçu.
Therefore shall yee abide at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation day and night, seuen dayes, and shall keepe the watch of the Lord, that ye dye not: for so I am commanded.
36 Et Aaron et ses fils se conformèrent en tout point à l'ordre que l'Éternel avait donné par Moïse.
So Aaron and his sonnes did all thinges which the Lord had commanded by the hand of Moses.
