Isaïe 12

1 Et tu diras en ce jour-là: « Je te loue, Éternel, car tu fus irrité contre moi, et ta colère cessa, et tu pris pitié de moi!

And in that day thou shalt say, Jehovah, I will praise thee; for though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou hast comforted me.

2 Voici, Dieu m'est en aide; j'ai de l'assurance et je suis sans peur; car l'Éternel, l'Éternel est ma force et ma louange; Il me fut en aide. »

Behold, God is my salvation: I will trust, and not be afraid; for Jah, Jehovah, is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation.

3 Et vous puiserez de l'eau avec allégresse aux sources du salut,

And with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

4 et vous direz en ce jour-là: « Louez l'Éternel! invoquez son nom! publiez parmi les peuples ses exploits, rappelez que son nom est souverain!

And in that day shall ye say, Give ye thanks to Jehovah, call upon his name, declare his deeds among the peoples, make mention that his name is exalted.

5 Célébrez l'Éternel, car Il a fait des choses magnifiques; qu'elles soient connues par toute la terre!

Sing psalms of Jehovah, for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

6 Crie de joie et chante, habitante de Sion, car il est grand au milieu de toi, le Saint d'Israël! »

Cry out and shout, thou inhabitress of Zion; for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.
