Isaïe 62
1 Pour l'amour de Sion, je ne me tairai point; pour l'amour de Jérusalem, je n'aurai point de repos, jusqu'à ce que sa justice paraisse comme l'éclat du jour, et sa délivrance comme un flambeau qui s'allume.
For Sion Y schal not be stille, and for Jerusalem Y schal not reste, til the iust man therof go out as schynyng, and the sauyour therof be teendid as a laumpe.
2 Alors les nations verront ta justice, et tous les rois ta gloire. Et on t'appellera d'un nouveau nom, que la bouche de l'Éternel aura déclaré.
And hethene men schulen se thi iust man, and alle kyngis schulen se thi noble man; and a newe name, which the mouth of the Lord nemyde, schal be clepid to thee.
3 Tu seras une couronne d'ornement dans la main de l'Éternel, et une tiare royale dans la main de ton Dieu.
And thou schalt be a coroun of glorie in the hond of the Lord, and a diademe of the rewme in the hond of thi God.
4 On ne te nommera plus la délaissée, et on ne nommera plus ta terre la désolée; mais on t'appellera: Mon plaisir en elle, et ta terre: La mariée; car l'Éternel mettra son plaisir en toi, et ta terre aura un époux.
Thou schalt no more be clepid forsakun, and thi lond schal no more be clepid desolat; but thou schalt be clepid My wille in that, and thi lond schal be enhabitid; for it plesid the Lord in thee, and thi lond schal be enhabited.
5 Comme un jeune homme épouse une vierge, ainsi tes enfants t'épouseront, et ton Dieu se réjouira de toi, comme l'époux se réjouit de la fiancée.
For a yong man schal dwelle with a virgyn, and thi sones schulen dwelle in thee; and the spouse schal haue ioie on the spousesse, and thi God schal haue ioie on thee.
6 Jérusalem, j'ai placé des gardes sur tes murailles; ni le jour, ni la nuit, jamais ils ne se tairont. O vous qui faites souvenir de l'Éternel, n'ayez point de repos;
Jerusalem, Y haue ordeyned keperis on thi wallis, al dai and al niyt with outen ende thei schulen not be stille. Ye that thenken on the Lord, be not stille,
7 Et ne lui donnez point de repos, jusqu'à ce qu'il ait rétabli Jérusalem, jusqu'à ce qu'il ait fait d'elle un sujet de louange sur la terre!
and yyue ye not silence to him, til he stablische, and til he sette Jerusalem `preisyng in erthe.
8 L'Éternel l'a juré par sa droite et par son bras puissant: Je ne donnerai plus ton froment pour nourriture à tes ennemis, et les enfants de l'étranger ne boiront plus ton vin, pour lequel tu auras travaillé.
The Lord swoor in his riyt hond and in the arm of his strengthe, Y schal no more yyue thi wheete mete to thin enemyes, and alien sones schulen not drynke thi wyn, in which thou hast trauelid.
9 Mais ceux qui auront amassé le froment le mangeront et loueront l'Éternel, et ceux qui auront récolté le vin le boiront dans les parvis de mon sanctuaire.
For thei that schulen gadere it togidere, schulen ete it, and schulen herie the Lord; and thei that beren it togidere, schulen drynke in myn hooli hallis.
10 Passez, passez par les portes; préparez le chemin du peuple; relevez, relevez la route, ôtez-en les pierres; dressez l'étendard vers les peuples!
Passe ye, passe ye bi the yatis; make ye redi weie to the puple, make ye a playn path; and chese ye stoonys, and reise ye a signe to puplis.
11 Voici, l'Éternel fait entendre sa voix jusqu'au bout de la terre: Dites à la fille de Sion: Voici, ton salut vient! Voici, son salaire est avec lui, et sa récompense vient devant lui.
Lo! the Lord made herd in the laste partis of the erthe. Seie ye to the douytir of Sion, Lo! thi sauyour cometh; lo! his meede is with hym, and his werk is bifore hym.
12 Et on les appellera le peuple saint, les rachetés de l'Éternel; et on t'appellera la recherchée, la ville qui n'est plus délaissée.
And thei schulen clepe hem the hooli puple, ayenbouyt of the Lord. Forsothe thou schalt be clepid a citee souyt, and not forsakun.
