1 Or il arriva le jour que Moïse eut achevé de dresser le pavillon, et qu'il l'eut oint, et l'eut sanctifié avec tous ses ustensiles, et l'autel avec tous ses ustensiles, [il arriva, dis-je, ] après qu'il les eut oints et sanctifiés;
And it came to pass on the day that Moses had finally set up the tabernacle, and had anointed, and sanctified it, and all its vessels, as also the altar and all its vessels, and had anointed them, and sanctified them:
2 Que les principaux d'Israël, et les chefs des familles de leurs pères, qui sont les principaux des Tribus, et qui avaient assisté à faire les dénombrements, firent [leur] oblation.
That the princes of Israel, the heads of their family divisions, who were the princes of the tribes, the same who had superintended the numbering, offered.
3 Et ils amenèrent leur offrande devant l'Eternel, [savoir], six chariots couverts, et douze bœufs, chaque chariot pour deux des principaux, et chaque bœuf pour chacun d'eux, et ils les offrirent devant le pavillon.
And they brought their offering before the Lord, six covered wagons, and twelve oxen; a wagon for two princes, and an ox for each one: and they presented them before the tabernacle.
4 Alors l'Eternel parla à Moïse, en disant:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
5 Prends [ces choses] d'eux; et elles seront employées au service du Tabernacle d'assignation; et tu les donneras aux Lévites, à chacun selon son emploi.
Take it from them, that they may be used to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to his service.
6 Moïse donc prit les chariots, et les bœufs, et les donna aux Lévites.
And Moses took the wagons and the oxen, and gave them unto the Levites.
7 Il donna aux enfants de Guerson deux chariots, et quatre bœufs, selon leur emploi.
Two of the wagons and four of the oxen he gave unto the sons of Gershon, according to their service:
8 Mais il donna aux enfants de Merari quatre chariots, et huit bœufs, selon leur emploi, sous la conduite d'Ithamar, fils d'Aaron, Sacrificateur.
And four of the wagons and eight of the oxen he gave unto the sons of Merari, according to their service, under the supervision of Ithamar, the son of Aaron the priest.
9 Or il n'en donna point aux enfants de Kéhath, parce que le service du Sanctuaire [était] de leur charge; ils portaient sur les épaules.
But unto the sons of Kehath he gave none; because the service of the sanctuary belonged unto them, they were to bear upon their shoulders.
10 Et les principaux offrirent pour la dédicace de l'autel, le jour qu'il fut oint, les principaux, [dis-je], offrirent leur offrande devant l'autel.
The princes also offered for the dedicating of the altar on the day that it was anointed; and the princes presented their offering before the altar.
11 Et l'Eternel dit à Moïse: Un des principaux offrira un jour, et un autre l'autre jour, son offrande pour la dédicace de l'autel.
And the Lord said unto Moses, One prince each on a given day, shall they offer their offering, for the dedication of the altar.
12 Le premier jour donc, Nahasson, fils de Hamminadab, offrit son offrande pour la Tribu de Juda.
And he that offered his offering on the first day was Nachshon the son of 'Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah:
13 Et son offrande fut un plat d'argent du poids de cent trente [sicles], un bassin d'argent de soixante et dix sicles, selon le sicle du Sanctuaire, tous deux pleins de fine farine pétrie à l'huile pour le gâteau;
And his offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat-offering;
14 Une tasse d'or de dix [sicles], pleine de parfum;
One spoon of ten shekels of gold, full of incense;
15 Un veau pris du troupeau, un bélier, un agneau d'un an, pour l'holocauste;
One young bullock, one ram, one sheep of the first year, for a burnt-offering;
16 Un jeune bouc [pour l'offrande] pour le péché;
One he-goat for a sin-offering;
17 Et pour le sacrifice de prospérités, deux taureaux, cinq béliers, cinq boucs, [et] cinq agneaux d'un an. Telle fut l'offrande de Nahasson, fils de Hamminadab.
And for a sacrifice of peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five sheep of the first year; this was the offering of Nachshon the son of 'Amminadab.

On the second day Nethanel the son of Zuar, the prince of Issachar, did offer:

On the third day Eliab the son of Chelon, the prince of the children of Zebulun, [did offer]:

On the fourth day Elizur the son of Shedeur, the prince of the children of Reuben, [did offer]:

On the fifth day Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai, the prince of the children of Simeon, [did offer]:

On the sixth day Elyassaph the son of Deuel, the prince of the children of Gad, [did offer]:

On the seventh day Elishama the son of 'Ammihud, the prince of the children of Ephraim, [did offer]:

On the eighth day Gamliel the son of Pedahzur, the prince of the children of Menasseh, [did offer]:

On the ninth day Abidan the son of Gidoni, the prince of the children of Benjamin, [did offer]:

On the twelfth day Achira the son of 'Enan, the prince of the children of Naphtali, [did offer]:
79 Son offrande fut un plat d'argent du poids de cent trente [sicles], un bassin d'argent de soixante et dix sicles, selon le sicle du Sanctuaire, tous deux pleins de fine farine pétrie à l'huile pour le gâteau;

And for a sacrifice of peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five sheep of the first year; this was the offering of Achira the son of 'Enan.
84 Telle fut la dédicace de l'autel, qui fut [faite] par les principaux d'Israël, lorsqu'il fut oint; Douze plats d'argent, douze bassins d'argent, douze tasses d'or.
This was the dedication-offering of the altar, on the day when it was anointed, from the princes of Israel: Twelve silver chargers, twelve silver bowls, twelve golden spoons;
85 Et chaque plat d'argent [était] de cent trente [sicles], et chaque bassin de soixante et dix; tout l'argent des vaisseaux montait à deux mille quatre cents [sicles], selon le sicle du Sanctuaire.
A hundred and thirty shekels was the weight of each silver charger, and seventy of each bowl; the silver of all the vessels was two thousand and four hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary;
86 Douze tasses d'or pleines de parfum, chacune de dix [sicles], selon le sicle du Sanctuaire; tout l'or [donc] des tasses montait à six-vingt [sicles].
Twelve golden spoons, full of incense; ten shekels was the weight of each spoon, after the shekel of the sanctuary; all the gold of the spoons was a hundred and twenty shekels.
87 Tous les taureaux pour l'holocauste étaient douze veaux, avec douze béliers, [et] douze agneaux d'un an, avec leurs gâteaux, et douze jeunes boucs [pour l'offrande] pour le péché.
all the oxen for the burnt-offering were twelve bullocks, the rams were twelve, the sheep of the first year twelve, with their meat-offering; and the he-goats for sin-offering were twelve.
88 Et tous les taureaux du sacrifice de prospérités étaient vingt-quatre veaux, [avec] soixante béliers, soixante boucs, [et] soixante agneaux d'un an. Telle fut [donc] la dédicace de l'autel, après qu'il fut oint.
And all the oxen for the sacrifice of the peace-offerings were twenty and four bullocks, the rams were sixty, the he-goats sixty, the sheep of the first year sixty: this was the dedication offering of the altar, after it had been anointed.
89 Et quand Moïse entrait au Tabernacle d'assignation, pour parler avec Dieu, il entendait une voix qui lui parlait de dessus le propitiatoire qui était sur l'Arche du Témoignage, d'entre les deux Chérubins, et il lui parlait.
And when Moses went into the tabernacle of the congregation to speak with Him, then heard he the voice speaking unto him from off the mercy-seat that was upon the ark of testimony, from between the two cherubim: and thus he spoke unto him.
