Josué 18

1 Or toute l'assemblée des enfants d'Israël s'assembla à Silo, et ils posèrent là le Tabernacle d'assignation, après que le pays leur eut été assujetti.

And they assembled all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel Shiloh and they caused to dwell there [the] tent of meeting and the land it was subdued before them.

2 Mais il était resté entre les enfants d'Israël sept Tribus, auxquelles on n'avait point distribué leur héritage.

And they remained among [the] people of Israel which not they had divided inheritance their seven tribes.

3 Et Josué dit aux enfants d'Israël: Jusques à quand vous porterez-vous lâchement à passer plus loin pour posséder le pays que l'Eternel le Dieu de vos pères vous a donné?

And he said Joshua to [the] people of Israel until when? [will] you [be] showing yourself slack to go to take possession of the land which he has given to you Yahweh [the] God of ancestors your.

4 Prenez d'entre vous trois hommes de chaque Tribu lesquels j'enverrai; ils se mettront en chemin, ils traverseront le pays, et ils en traceront une figure selon leur héritage, puis ils s'en reviendront auprès de moi.

Provide for yourselves three men to the tribe so I may send them and they may arise so they may walk in the land so they may describe in writing it to [the] mouth of inheritance their so they may come to me.

5 Ils se la diviseront en sept portions, Juda demeurera dans ses limites du côté du Midi; et la maison de Joseph demeurera dans ses limites du côté du Septentrion.

And they will divide among themselves it seven portions Judah it will remain on territory its from [the] south and [the] house of Joseph they will remain on territory their from [the] north.

6 Vous donc faites une figure du pays en sept parts, et apportez-la-moi ici; puis je jetterai ici le sort pour vous devant l'Eternel notre Dieu.

And you you will describe in writing the land seven portions and you will bring [it] to me hither and I will throw for you a lot here before Yahweh God our.

7 Car il n'y a point de portion pour les Lévites parmi vous; parce que la Sacrificature de l'Eternel est leur héritage. Quant à Gad et à Ruben, et à la moitié de la Tribu de Manassé, ils ont pris leur héritage au delà du Jourdain, vers l'Orient, que Moïse, serviteur de l'Eternel, leur a donné.

For not a portion [will belong] to the Levites in midst your for [is] [the] priesthood of Yahweh inheritance its and Gad and Reuben and [the] half of [the] tribe of Manasseh they have received inheritance their from [the] other side of the Jordan east-ward which he gave to them Moses [the] servant of Yahweh.

8 Ces hommes-là donc se levèrent, et s'en allèrent; et Josué commanda à ceux qui s'en allaient de faire une figure du pays, en leur disant: Allez et traversez le pays, et faites-en une figure, puis revenez auprès de moi, et je jetterai ici le sort pour vous devant l'Eternel à Silo.

And they arose the men and they went and he commanded Joshua those [who] went to describe in writing the land saying go and walk about in the land and describe in writing it and return to me and here I will throw for you a lot before Yahweh in Shiloh.

9 Ces hommes-là donc s'en allèrent, et passèrent par le pays, et en firent une figure dans un livre selon les villes en sept parties; puis ils revinrent à Josué au camp à Silo.

And they went the men and they passed in the land and they described in writing it to the cities into seven portions on a scroll and they came to Joshua to the camp Shiloh.

10 Et Josué jeta le sort pour eux à Silo devant l'Eternel; et Josué partagea là le pays aux enfants d'Israël selon leurs parts.

And he threw for them Joshua a lot in Shiloh before Yahweh and he apportioned there Joshua the land to [the] people of Israel according to divisions their.

11 Et le sort de la Tribu des enfants de Benjamin selon leurs familles, sortit, et la contrée de leur sort leur échut entre les enfants de Juda et les enfants de Joseph.

And it came up [the] lot of [the] tribe of [the] descendants of Benjamin to clans their and it went out [the] territory of lot their [was] between [the] descendants of Judah and between [the] descendants of Joseph.

12 Et leur frontière du côté du Septentrion fut depuis le Jourdain; et cette frontière devait monter à côté de Jérico vers le Septentrion, puis monter en la montagne tirant vers l'Occident; de sorte que ses extrémités se devaient rendre au désert de Beth-aven.

And it was to them the border of [the] side of north-ward from the Jordan and it goes up the border to [the] slope of Jericho from [the] north and it goes up in the hill country west-ward (and they are *Q(K)*) extremities its [the] wilderness of towards Beth Aven.

13 Puis cette frontière devait passer de là vers Luz, à côté de Luz, qui est Béthel tirant vers le Midi; et cette frontière devait descendre à Hatroth-addar, près de la montagne qui est du côté du Midi de Beth-horon la basse.

And it passes on from there the border Luz towards to [the] slope of Luz south-ward that [is] Beth-el and it goes down the border Ataroth Addar on the mountain which [is] from [the] south of Beth Horon lower.

14 Et cette frontière devait s'aligner et tourner au coin Occidental [qui regarde] vers le Midi, depuis la montagne qui est vis-à-vis de Beth-horon, vers le Midi; tellement que ses extrémités devaient se rendre à Kirjath-bahal, qui est Kirjath-jéharim, ville des enfants de Juda. C'est là le côté d'Occident.

And it turns the border and it turns to [the] side of [the] west south-ward from the mountain which [is] on [the] face of Beth Horon [the] south towards (and they are *Q(K)*) extremities its to Kiriath Baal that [is] Kiriath Jearim [the] city of [the] descendants of Judah this [is the] side of [the] west.

15 Mais le côté Méridional est depuis le bout de Kirjath-jéharim; et cette frontière devait sortir vers l'Occident, puis elle devait sortir à la fontaine des eaux de Nephtoah.

And [the] side of [the] south [is] from [the] end of Kiriath Jearim and it goes out the border west-ward and it goes out to [the] spring of [the] waters of Nephtoah.

16 Et cette frontière devait descendre au bout de la montagne qui est vis-à-vis de la vallée du fils de Hinnom, [et] laquelle est dans la vallée des Réphaïms, vers le Septentrion; et descendre par la vallée de Hinnom jusqu'au côté de Jébusi vers le Midi, puis descendre à Henroguel.

And it goes down the border to [the] end of the mountain which [is] on [the] face [the] valley of Ben Hinnom which [is] in [the] valley of [the] Rephaites north-ward and it goes down [the] valley of [Ben] Hinnom to [the] slope of the Jebusite[s] [the] south towards and it goes down En Rogel.

17 Et elle se devait aligner du côté du Septentrion, et sortir à Hen-sémes, et de là vers Gueliloth, qui est vis-à-vis de la montée d'Adummim, et descendre à la pierre de Bohan, fils de Ruben;

And it turns from [the] north and it goes out En Shemesh and it goes out to Geliloth which [is] opposite [the] ascent of Adummim and it goes down [the] stone of Bohan [the] son of Reuben.

18 Et passer à côté de ce qui est vis-à-vis de Haraba vers le Septentrion, et descendre à Haraba.

And it passes on to [the] slope opposite to the Arabah north-ward and it goes down the Arabah towards.

19 Puis cette frontière devait passer à côté de Beth-hogla vers le Septentrion; de sorte que les extrémités de cette frontière se devaient rendre au bras de la mer salée, vers le Septentrion, au bout du Jourdain vers le Midi. Ce fut là la frontière du Midi.

And it passes on the border to [the] slope of Beth Hoglah north-ward (and they are [the] extremities of *Q(K)*) the territory to [the] bay of [the] Sea of Salt north-ward to [the] end of the Jordan [the] south towards this [is the] border of [the] south.

20 Et le Jourdain le devait borner du côté de l'Orient. Ce fut là l'héritage des enfants de Benjamin selon ses frontières tout autour, selon leurs familles.

And the Jordan it borders it to [the] side of east-ward this [was] [the] inheritance of [the] descendants of Benjamin to borders its around to clans their.

21 Or les villes de la Tribu des enfants de Benjamin, selon leurs familles, devaient être, Jérico, Beth-hogla, Hemekketsis,

And they belonged the cities to [the] tribe of [the] descendants of Benjamin to clans their Jericho and Beth Hoglah and Emek Keziz.

22 Beth-haraba, Tsémarajim, Béthel,

And Beth Arabah and Zemaraim and Beth-el.

23 Hauvin, Para, Hophra,

And Avvites and Parah and Ophrah.

24 Képhar-hammonaï, Hophni, et Guébah; douze villes, et leurs villages.

And Kephar (Ammonah *Q(K)*) and Ophni and Geba cities two [plus] ten and villages their.

25 Gabaon, Rama, Beeroth,

Gibeon and Ramah and Beeroth.

26 Mitspé, Képhira, Motsa,

And Mizpah and Kephirah and Mozah.

27 Rekem, Jirpeël, Taréala,

And Rekem and Irpeel and Taralah.

28 Tsélah, Eleph, Jébusi, qui est Jérusalem, Guibhath, [et] Kirjath; quatorze villes, et leurs villages. Tel fut l'héritage des enfants de Benjamin selon leurs familles.

And Zelah Haeleph and the Jebusite that [is] Jerusalem Gibeah Kiriath cities four-teen and villages their this [was] [the] inheritance of [the] descendants of Benjamin to clans their.
