1 Chroniques 2

1 Voici les fils d’Israël. Ruben, Siméon, Lévi, Juda, Issacar, Zabulon,

These [were] [the] sons of Israel Reuben Simeon Levi and Judah Issachar and Zebulun.

2 Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Nephthali, Gad et Aser.

11 Nachschon engendra Salma. Salma engendra Boaz.

And Nahshon he fathered Salma and Salma he fathered Boaz.

12 Boaz engendra Obed. Obed engendra Isaï.

And Boaz he fathered Obed and Obed he fathered Jesse.

13 Isaï engendra Éliab, son premier-né, Abinadab le second, Schimea le troisième,

And Jesse he fathered firstborn his Eliab and Abinadab the second and Shimea the third.

14 Nethaneel le quatrième, Raddaï le cinquième,

And Caleb [the] son of Hezron he fathered with Azubah a wife and with Jerioth and these [were] sons her Jesher and Shobab and Ardon.

19 Azuba mourut; et Caleb prit Éphrath, qui lui enfanta Hur.

And she died Azubah and he took for himself Caleb Ephrath and she bore to him Hur.

20 Hur engendra Uri, et Uri engendra Betsaleel.

And Hur he fathered Uri and Uri he fathered Bezalel.

21 Ensuite, Hetsron alla vers la fille de Makir, père de Galaad, et il avait soixante ans lorsqu’il la prit; elle lui enfanta Segub.

23 Les Gueschuriens et les Syriens leur prirent les bourgs de Jaïr avec Kenath et les villes de son ressort, soixante villes. Tous ceux-là étaient fils de Makir, père de Galaad.

And he took Geshur and Aram Havvoth Jair from with them Kenath and daughters its sixty citi[es] all these [were] [the] sons of Makir [the] father of Gilead.

24 Après la mort de Hetsron à Caleb-Éphratha, Abija, femme de Hetsron, lui enfanta Aschchur, père de Tekoa.

And after [the] death of Hezron in Caleb Ephrathah and [the] wife of Hezron Abijah and she bore to him Ashhur [the] father of Tekoa.

25 Les fils de Jerachmeel, premier-né de Hetsron, furent: Ram, le premier-né, Buna, Oren et Otsem, nés d’Achija.

And they were [the] sons of Jerahmeel [the] firstborn of Hezron the firstborn - Ram and Bunah and Oren and Ozem Ahijah.

26 Jerachmeel eut une autre femme, nommée Athara, qui fut mère d’Onam.

And she belonged a wife another to Jerahmeel and name her [was] Atarah she [was] [the] mother of Onam.

27 Les fils de Ram, premier-né de Jerachmeel, furent: Maats, Jamin et Éker.

And they were [the] sons of Ram [the] firstborn of Jerahmeel Maaz and Jamin and Eker.

28 Les fils d’Onam furent: Schammaï et Jada. Fils de Schammaï: Nadab et Abischur.

And they were [the] sons of Onam Shammai and Jada and [the] sons of Shammai Nadab and Abishur.

29 Le nom de la femme d’Abischur était Abichaïl, et elle lui enfanta Achban et Molid.

And [the] name of [the] wife of Abishur [was] Abihail and she bore to him Ahban and Molid.

30 Fils de Nadab: Séled et Appaïm. Séled mourut sans fils.

And [the] sons of Nadab Seled and Appaim and he died Seled not sons.

31 Fils d’Appaïm: Jischeï. Fils de Jischeï: Schéschan. Fils de Schéschan: Achlaï.

And [the] sons of Appaim Ishi and [the] sons of Ishi Sheshan and [the] sons of Sheshan Ahlai.

32 Fils de Jada, frère de Schammaï: Jéther et Jonathan. Jéther mourut sans fils.

And [the] sons of Jada [the] brother of Shammai Jether and Jonathan and he died Jether not sons.

33 Fils de Jonathan: Péleth et Zara. Ce sont là les fils de Jerachmeel.

And [the] sons of Jonathan Peleth and Zaza these they were [the] sons of Jerahmeel.

34 Schéschan n’eut point de fils, mais il eut des filles. Schéschan avait un esclave égyptien nommé Jarcha.

35 Et Schéschan donna sa fille pour femme à Jarcha, son esclave, à qui elle enfanta Attaï.

And he gave Sheshan daughter his to Jarha slave his to a wife and she bore to him Attai.

36 Attaï engendra Nathan; Nathan engendra Zabad;

And Attai he fathered Nathan and Nathan he fathered Zabad.

37 Zabad engendra Éphlal; Éphlal engendra Obed;

And Zabad he fathered Ephlal and Ephlal he fathered Obed.

38 Obed engendra Jéhu; Jéhu engendra Azaria;

And Obed he fathered Jehu and Jehu he fathered Azariah.

39 Azaria engendra Halets; Halets engendra Élasa;

And Azariah he fathered Helez and Helez he fathered Eleasah.

40 Élasa engendra Sismaï; Sismaï engendra Schallum;

And Eleasah he fathered Sismai and Sismai he fathered Shallum.

41 Schallum engendra Jekamja; Jekamja engendra Élischama.

And Shallum he fathered Jekamiah and Jekamiah he fathered Elishama.

42 Fils de Caleb, frère de Jerachmeel: Méscha, son premier-né, qui fut père de Ziph, et les fils de Maréscha, père d’Hébron.

44 Schéma engendra Racham, père de Jorkeam. Rékem engendra Schammaï.

And Shema he fathered Raham [the] father of Jorkeam and Rekem he fathered Shammai.

45 Fils de Schammaï: Maon; et Maon, père de Beth-Tsur.

And [the] son of Shammai [was] Maon and Maon [was] [the] father of Beth Zur.

46 Épha, concubine de Caleb, enfanta Haran, Motsa et Gazez. Haran engendra Gazez.

47 Fils de Jahdaï: Réguem, Jotham, Guéschan, Péleth, Épha et Schaaph.

And [the] sons of Jahdai Regem and Jotham and Geshan and Pelet and Ephah and Shaaph.

48 Maaca, concubine de Caleb, enfanta Schéber et Tirchana.

49 Elle enfanta encore Schaaph, père de Madmanna, et Scheva, père de Macbéna et père de Guibea. La fille de Caleb était Acsa.

And she bore Shaaph [the] father of Madmannah Sheva [the] father of Machbenah and [the] father of Gibea and [was] [the] daughter of Caleb Achsah.

50 Ceux-ci furent fils de Caleb: Schobal, fils de Hur, premier-né d’Éphrata, et père de Kirjath-Jearim;

These they were [the] descendants of Caleb [the] son of Hur [the] firstborn of Ephrath Shobal [the] father of Kiriath Jearim.

51 Salma, père de Bethléhem; Hareph, père de Beth-Gader.

Salma [the] father of Beth-lehem Hareph [the] father of Beth-Gader.

52 Les fils de Schobal, père de Kirjath-Jearim, furent: Haroé, Hatsi-Hammenuhoth.

And they belonged sons to Shobal [the] father of Kiriath Jearim Haroeh half of Menuchite[s].

54 Fils de Salma: Bethléhem et les Nethophatiens, Athroth-Beth-Joab, Hatsi-Hammanachthi, les Tsoreïens;

[the] sons of Salma Beth-lehem and [the] Netophathite[s] Atroth Beth-Joab and [the] half of the Manahathite[s] the Zorite[s].

And [the] clans of [the] Sophrites ([who were] dwelling *Q(K)*) of Jabez Tirathites Shimeathites Sucathites they [were] the Kenites who came from Hammath [the] father of [the] house of Rechab.
