Psaumes 32
1 Un psaume de méditation, de David. Heureux ceux à qui leurs péchés ont été remis, et dont les fautes ont été couvertes.
Of David a poem how blessed! [is one who] is forgiven of transgression [is one who] is covered of sin.
2 Heureux l'homme à qui le Seigneur n'impute point de péché, et qui n'a pas de fraude sur les lèvres.
How blessed! [is] a person [whom] not he reckons Yahweh to him iniquity and there not in spirit his [is] deceit.
3 Parce que j'ai gardé le silence, mes os ont vieilli, quand je criais tout le jour.
If I kept silent they became worn out bones my in cry of distress my all the day.
4 Jour et nuit ta main s'était appesantie sur moi; je me retournais dans ma détresse, tandis qu'une épine s'enfonçait en moi. Interlude.
For - by day and night it was heavy on me hand your it was changed juice my by [the] dry heat of summer (Selah)
5 Je t'ai fait connaître mon péché; je n'ai point caché mon iniquité. J'ai dit: Je confesserai à Dieu mon iniquité contre moi; et tu m'as pardonné l'impiété de mon péché. Interlude.
Sin my I made known to you and iniquity my not I covered I said I will confess on transgressions my to Yahweh and you you forgave [the] guilt of sin my (Selah)
6 A cause de cela chaque saint te fera sa prière au moment opportun; les grandes eaux même d'un déluge n'approcheront point de lui.
On this let him pray every faithful [person] - to you to a time of finding certainly to a flood of waters many to him not they will reach.
7 Tu es mon refuge dans la tribulation qui m'a environné; à toi, ô ma joie, délivre-moi de ceux qui m'ont investi. Interlude.
You - [are] a hiding place of me from distress you will preserve me shouts of deliverance; [surely] you will surround me (Selah)
8 Je te donnerai l'intelligence et je t'affermirai dans la voie où tu dois marcher; j'aurai toujours les yeux fixés sur toi.
I will instruct you - and I will teach you [the] way which you will go I will counsel [you] [will be] on you eye my.
9 Ne soyez pas comme le cheval et le mulet, à qui manque l'intelligence: serre leur bouche avec la bride et le frein, pour qu'ils ne s'approchent point de toi.
May not you be - like a horse like a mule [which] there not [is] understanding with bridle and halter trapping[s] its to restrain not to draw near to you.
10 Les flagellations réservées aux pécheurs sont nombreuses; tandis que la miséricorde du Seigneur entourera celui qui espère en lui.
Many pains [belong] to wicked [person] and the [one who] trusts in Yahweh covenant loyalty it will surround him.
11 Ô justes, livrez-vous dans le Seigneur à la joie et à tous ses transports; et glorifiez-vous en lui, vous tous dont le cœur est droit.
Rejoice in Yahweh and be glad O righteous [people] and shout for joy O all [people] upright of heart.
