Lévitique 25
1 Et le Seigneur parla à Moïse sur le mont Sina, disant:
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses on [the] mountain of Sinai saying.
2 Parle aux fils d'Israël, et dis-leur: Lorsque vous serez entrés en la terre que je vous donne, la terre que je vous donne se reposera aussi; c'est le sabbat du Seigneur.
Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them if you will go into the land which I [am] about to give to you and it will cease the land a sabbath to Yahweh.
3 Tu ensemenceras ton champ six années, tu tailleras ta vigne six années, et tu en recueilleras les fruits.
Six years you will sow field your and six years you will prune vineyard your and you will gather produce its.
4 Mais la septième année sera un sabbat, le repos de la terre, le sabbat du Seigneur: tu n'ensemenceras pas ton champ, tu ne tailleras pas ta vigne,
And in the year seventh a sabbath of sabbath observance it will belong to the land a sabbath to Yahweh field your not you will sow and vineyard your not you will prune.
5 Et tu ne moissonneras pas les produits spontanés de ton champ, et tu ne vendangeras pas la grappe, qui sera pour toi chose sainte; ce sera une année de repos pour la terre.
[the] self-sown grain of Harvest your not you will harvest and [the] grapes untrimmed vines your not you will gather grapes a year of sabbath observance it will belong to the land.
6 Et le sabbat de la terre sera une source d'aliments pour toi, ton serviteur, ta servante, ton mercenaire et l'étranger résidant auprès de toi.
And it will belong [the] sabbath of the land to you to food to you and to [male] slave your and to female slave your and to hired laborer your and to resident alien your who are sojourning with you.
7 Quant à tes troupeaux et aux bêtes sauvages qui sont en ton champ, tout fruit de ce champ sera leur nourriture.
And to livestock your and to the animal[s] which [is] in land your it will be all produce its to eat.
8 Et tu compteras sept repos d'années, sept fois sept années, et tu auras sept semaines d'années, quarante-neuf ans.
And you will count for yourself seven sabbaths of years seven years seven times and they will be to you [the] days of seven [the] sabbaths of years nine and forty year[s].
9 Vous sonnerez de la trompette par toute votre terre, le dixième jour du septième mois; le jour de la propitiation, vous sonnerez de la trompette par toute votre terre.
And you will cause to pass through a ram's horn of [the] sound of a loud blast in the month seventh on the ten of the month on [the] day of atonement you will cause to pass a ram's horn in all land your.
10 Et vous sanctifierez cette année, la cinquantième année, et vous proclamerez la Rémission sur la terre pour tous ceux qui l'habitent: tel sera pour vous le signal de l'année de rémission. Alors chacun rentrera dans ses possessions, chacun retournera en sa famille.
And you will set apart as holy [the] year of the fifty year and you will proclaim liberty in the land for all inhabitants its a jubilee it it will be to you and you will return each one to possession his and each one to clan his you will return.
11 Ainsi, la cinquantième année proclamera pour vous la rémission; vous n'ensemencerez pas, vous ne moissonnerez pas ce que la terre produirait d'elle- même, vous ne vendangerez pas les grappes, qui seront pour vous chose sainte,
A jubilee it [the] year of the fifty year it will be to you not you will sow and not you will harvest self-sown grain its and not you will gather grapes untrimmed vines its.
12 Parce que c'est la proclamation de la rémission, elle est sainte pour vous; vous mangerez au jour le jour le produit spontané des champs.
For [is] a jubilee it a holy thing it will be to you from the field you will eat produce its.
13 En l'année où la rémission sera ainsi proclamée chacun rentrera dans ses anciennes possessions.
In [the] year of the jubilee this you will return each one to possession his.
14 Si tu vends ou achètes à ton prochain, garde-toi de l'affliger.
And if you will sell a thing sold to fellow citizen your or you will buy from [the] hand of fellow citizen your may not you maltreat each brother his.
15 Tu achèteras de ton prochain selon le nombre des années écoulées depuis la proclamation; le prix de la vente sera réglé sur le nombre des récoltes à faire.
By [the] number of years after the jubilee you will buy from with fellow citizen your by [the] number of [the] years of produce he will sell [it] to you.
16 Plus est grand le nombre des années, plus sa possession vaut; moins est grand le nombre des années moins sa possession vaut, puisqu'elle doit être évaluée selon le nombre des récoltes.
To [the] mouth of - [the] abundance of the years you will increase purchase price its and to [the] mouth of [the] being small of the years you will make small purchase price its for [the] number of produce he [is] selling to you.
17 Nul n'affligera son prochain; et tu craindras le Seigneur ton Dieu: je suis le Seigneur votre Dieu.
And not you will maltreat anyone fellow citizen his and you will fear from God your for I [am] Yahweh God your.
18 Et vous ferez selon mes commandements et mes jugements: vous les observerez, vous les mettrez en pratique, et vous habiterez sur la terre en assurance.
And you will do statutes my and judgments my you will keep and you will do them and you will dwell on the land to security.
19 La terre vous donnera des fruits, et vous en serez rassasiés, et vous l'habiterez en paix.
And it will give the land fruit its and you will eat to abundance and you will dwell to security on it.
20 Que si vous dites: Que mangerons-nous en cette septième année, si nous ne semons ni ne récoltons nos fruits?
And if you will say what? will we eat in the year seventh here! not we will sow and not we will gather produce our.
21 Sachez que je vous enverrai ma bénédiction en la sixième année, qui produira des fruits pour trois ans.
And I will command blessing my for you in the year sixth and it will make the produce for [the] three the years.
22 Et la huitième année vous sèmerez, et vous vous nourrirez des anciennes récoltes jusqu'à la neuvième; en attendant que ses fruits soient venus, vous mangerez les anciens fruits des précédentes années.
And you will sow the year eighth and you will eat from the produce old harvest until - the year ninth until comes produce its you will eat old harvest.
23 La terre ne se vendra point irrévocablement, car elle est mienne, et vous n'êtes que des prosélytes et des passagers devant moi.
And the land not it will be sold to perpetuity for [belongs] to me the land for [are] sojourners and resident aliens you with me.
24 Pour toute terre, jadis possédée par vous, vous pourrez donner le prix du rachat.
And in all [the] land of possession your [the] right of redemption you will give of the land.
25 Si ton frère, qui est avec toi, devient pauvre, et vend une partie de son héritage, son parent pourra venir et racheter ce que son frère aura vendu;
If he will become impoverished brother your and he will sell some of possession his and he will come kinsman-redeemer his near to him and he will redeem [the] thing sold of brother his.
26 Mais, s'il n'a pas de proche, si sa main est pourvue en abondance, et qu'il se trouve avoir le prix suffisant du rachat,
And anyone if not he will belong to him a kinsman-redeemer and it will reach hand his and he will find according to [the] sufficiency of redemption its.
27 Il comptera les années de vente, et il rendra à l'homme à qui elle a été faite, le prix de celle qui restent, et il rentrera dans sa possession.
And he will calculate [the] years of sale its and he will repay the surplus to the person whom he sold [it] to him and he will return to possession his.
28 Et si sa main n'est pas assez pourvue pour satisfaire au rachat, le champ vendu restera à l'acheteur jusqu'à la sixième année après la rémission, et celui-ci en sortira par l'effet de la rémission, et le vendeur rentrera dans sa possession.
And if not it has found hand his sufficiency to repay to him and it will be thing sold his in [the] hand of the [one who] bought it until [the] year of the jubilee and it will go out in the jubilee and he will return to possession his.
29 Si un homme a vendu, dans une ville fermée, une maison habitable, il y aura aussi facilité de rachat jusqu'à un temps déterminé; le rachat pourra se faire pendant une année entière.
And anyone if he will sell a house of dwelling of a city of a wall and it will be right of redemption its until is finished [the] year of sale its days it will be right of redemption its.
30 Mais, si elle n'a pas été rachetée avant que l'année soit accomplie, cette maison, qui est dans une ville fortifiée, appartiendra irrévocablement à l'acheteur et à toutes ses générations; il n'en sortira pas lors de la rémission;
And if not it will be redeemed until is completed to it a year complete and it will stand the house which [is] in the city which ([belongs] to it *Q(K)*) a wall to perpetuity to the [one who] bought it to generations his not it will go out in the jubilee.
31 Les maisons des villages, qui ne sont point entourés de murs, seront comptées avec le champ; elles seront rachetables à toujours, et les acheteurs en sortiront lors de la rémission.
And [the] houses of the villages which not [belongs] to them a wall round about to [the] field of the land it will be reckoned a right of redemption it will belong to it and in the jubilee it will go out.
32 Les villes des lévites aussi, les maisons des villes qui sont leur héritage, pourront toujours être rachetées.
And [the] cities of the Levites [the] houses of [the] cities of possession their a right of redemption of perpetuity it will belong to the Levites.
33 Quiconque aura acheté des lévites une maison d'une des villes qui sont leur héritage, sera évincé de son achat lors de la rémission, parce que les maisons des lévites sont leur héritage au milieu des fils d'Israël.
And that he will redeem one of the Levites and it will go out [the] sale of [the] house and [the] city of possession his in the jubilee for [the] houses of [the] cities of the Levites it [is] possession their in among [the] people of Israel.
34 Et les champs réserves, dépendants de leurs villes, ne seront pas vendus, parce que c'est là leur perpétuel héritage.
And [the] field of [the] pasture land of cities their not it will be sold for [is] a possession of perpetuity it to them.
35 Si ton frère, celui qui est avec toi, est devenu pauvre, qu'il manque de ressources auprès de toi, tu prendras soin de lui comme du prosélyte ou du passager, et ton frère vivra avec toi.
And if he will become impoverished brother your and it will slip hand his with you and you will strengthen him a sojourner and a resident alien and he will live with you.
36 Tu ne prendras pas de lui d'usure, pas même s'il retrouvait l'abondance, et tu craindras ton Dieu: je suis le Seigneur; et ton frère vivra avec toi.
May not you take from with him interest and profit and you will fear from God your and he will live brother your with you.
37 Tu ne lui prêteras pas à intérêt ton argent, et tu ne lui donneras pas de tes aliments pour qu'il t'en rende davantage.
Silver your not you will give to him for interest and for profit not you will give food your.
38 Je suis le Seigneur votre Dieu qui vous ai tirés de la terre d'Egypte, pour vous donner la terre de Chanaan, afin d'être votre Dieu.
I [am] Yahweh God your who I brought out you from [the] land of Egypt to give to you [the] land of Canaan to become for you God.
39 Et si ton frère, auprès de toi, vient à déchoir et à se vendre à toi, ce ne sera jamais comme esclave.
And if he will become impoverished brother your with you and he will sell himself to you not you will labor by him [the] labor of a slave.
40 Il sera pour toi comme un mercenaire ou un domestique, il travaillera chez toi jusqu'à l'année de la rémission.
Like a hired laborer like a resident alien he will be with you until [the] year of the jubilee he will serve with you.
41 Mais à cette époque, il redeviendra libre et ses enfants avec lui, et il rentrera dans sa famille, et il courra reprendre possession de son patrimoine;
And he will go out from with you he and sons his with him and he will return to clan his and to [the] possession of ancestors his he will return.
42 Parce que ceux que j'ai tirés de la terre d'Egypte sont mes serviteurs à moi, nul d'entre eux ne sera vendu comme un esclave.
For [are] servants my they whom I brought out them from [the] land of Egypt not they will be sold a sale of a slave.
43 Tu ne l'accableras pas de travail, et tu craindras le Seigneur ton Dieu.
Not you will rule over him with harshness and you will fear from God your.
44 Tous les serviteurs et servantes que tu auras, tu les achèteras des nations qui t'entourent. C'est d'elles que vous achèterez vos serviteurs et vos servantes,
And [male] slave your and female slave your who they will belong to you from with the nations which [are] around you from them you will buy a [male] slave and a female slave.
45 Comme aussi des fils des étrangers demeurant parmi vous: vous les achèterez d'eux et de toutes leurs familles qui seront sur votre terre, pour être votre propriété.
And also some of [the] children of the resident aliens who sojourn with you from them you will buy and from clan their which [is] with you which they have fathered in land your and they will belong to you to a possession.
46 Et, après vous, vous les donnerez en partage à vos enfants, et ils seront votre propriété perpétuelle; mais des fils d'Israël, nul ne tourmentera son frère par des travaux.
And you will give as an inheritance them to sons your after you to take possession of a possession for ever by them you will labor and over brothers your [the] people of Israel each over brother his not you will rule over him with harshness.
47 Et si la main de quelque prosélyte ou étranger fixé chez vous a trouvé l'abondance, et que votre frère, réduit à l'indigence, ait été vendu à ce prosélyte, à lui, ou à sa famille,
And if it will reach [the] hand of a sojourner and a resident alien with you and he will become impoverished brother your with him and he will sell himself to a sojourner a resident alien with you or to a member of [the] clan of a sojourner.
48 Après avoir été vendu, il pourra être racheté; l'un de ses frères le rachètera.
After he has sold himself a right of redemption it will belong to him one of brothers his he will redeem him.
49 Le frère de son père, ou le fils du frère de son père le rachètera, ou quelqu'un de sa tribu, de sa famille et de son sang, le rachètera; et, si sa main est suffisamment pourvue, il se rachètera lui-même.
Or uncle his or [the] son of uncle his he will redeem him or any of [the] relative[s] of flesh his from clan his he will redeem him or it has reached hand his and he will redeem himself.
50 On supputera le temps depuis sa vente jusqu'à la prochaine rémission, et le prix de son rachat sera celui du mercenaire, selon le nombre des années qui restent.
And he will calculate with [the] [one who] bought him from [the] year he sold himself to him until [the] year of the jubilee and it will be [the] silver of sale his by [the] number of years according to [the] days of a hired laborer he will be with him.
51 S'il y a plus d'années, il ajoutera au prix de son achat.
If still many in the years to mouth their he will repay redemption his some of [the] silver of purchase his.
52 S'il ne reste que peu d'années, jusqu'à celle de la rémission, il supputera, et, selon le nombre d'années, il rendra au maître le prix de son rachat, qui sera celui d'un mercenaire.
And if few it remains in the years until [the] year of the jubilee and he will calculate for himself according to [the] mouth of years his he will repay redemption his.
53 Ce sera année par année, selon le temps qui restera; et tu ne l'accableras pas de travail en ta présence.
Like a hired laborer of a year in a year he will be with him not he will rule over him with harshness to eyes your.
54 S'il n'est racheté d'aucune de ces manières, il s'en ira en liberté l'année de la rémission, lui et ses enfants.
And if not he will be redeemed in these [ways] and he will go out in [the] year of the jubilee he and sons his with him.
55 Parce que les fils d'Israël sont mes serviteurs; ce sont mes serviteurs, que j'ai tirés de la terre d'Egypte.
For of me [the] people of Israel [are] servants [are] servants my they whom I brought out them from [the] land of Egypt I [am] Yahweh God your.
