Josué 13
1 Et Josué était vieux, ayant vécu bien des jours, et le Seigneur dit à Josué: Tu as vécu bien des jours, et une grande part de votre héritage est délaissée.
And Joshua he was old he had come in days and he said Yahweh to him you you are old you have come in days and the land it remains much very to take possession of it.
2 Voilà quelle est cette terre qui reste à partager: le territoire des Philistins, Gésiri et le Chananéen,
This [is] the land which remains all [the] territories of the Philistines and all the Geshurite[s].
3 Depuis le désert qui est devant l'Egypte, jusqu'aux confins d'Accaron, à gauche des Chananéens; elle est comprise dans les cinq principautés des Philistins, savoir: Gaza, Azot, Ascalon, Geth et Accaron, et dans le pays de l'Evéen;
From the Shihor which - [is] on [the] face of Egypt and to [the] border of Ekron north-ward to the Canaanite[s] it is reckoned [the] five - [the] rulers of [the] Philistines the Gazite[s] and the Ashdodite[s] the Ashkelonite[s] the Gittite[s] and the Ekronite[s] and the Avvite[s].
4 A partir de Théman, et dans tout le territoire Chananéen qui fait face à Gaza. Il y a encore le territoire des Sidoniens, jusqu'à Aphec et jusqu'aux confins des Amorrhéens;
From [the] south all [the] land of the Canaanite[s] and Mearah which [belongs] to the Sidonians to Aphek towards to [the] border of the Amorite[s].
5 Puis, tout le territoire de Galiath des Philistins, et tout le Liban, depuis ses bases orientales et depuis Galgal, sous le mont Hermon, jusqu'à l'entrée d'Emath.
And the land of the Gebalite[s] and all Lebanon [the] rising of the sun from Baal Gad under [the] mountain of Hermon to Lebo Hamath.
6 Les habitants de la contrée montagneuse depuis le Liban, jusqu'à Masereth en Memphomaïm, et tous les Sidoniens, je les exterminerai devant Israël. Distribue donc par le sort, aux fils d'Israël, leur territoire ainsi que je le l'ai prescrit.
All [the] inhabitants of the hill country from Lebanon to Misrephoth Maim all [the] Sidonians I I will dispossess them from before [the] people of Israel only make fall it to Israel an inheritance just as I have commanded you.
7 Maintenant, partage toute cette terre depuis le Jourdain, jusqu'à la grande mer de l'occident, et donne-la en héritage aux neuf tribus et à la demi- tribu de Manassé. La grande mer sera sa limite.
And therefore apportion the land this an inheritance to [the] nine the tribes and [the] half of the tribe Manasseh.
8 Moïse a donné la rive orientale du Jourdain aux deux tribus de Ruben et de Gad, et à l'autre demi-tribu de Manassé; Moïse serviteur de Dieu la leur a donnée,
With it the Reubenite[s] and the Gadite[s] they had received inheritance their which he had given to them Moses on [the] other side of the Jordan east-ward just as he had given to them Moses [the] servant of Yahweh.
9 Depuis Aroer, qui est sur le bord du torrent d'Arnon; il leur a donné la ville qui est au milieu de la vallée, et tout le territoire de Misor à partir de Médaban,
From Aroer which [is] on [the] edge of [the] wadi of Arnon and the city which [is] in [the] middle of the wadi and all the plain Medeba to Dibon.
10 Et toutes les villes de Séhon, roi des Amorrhéens, qui régnait en Esebon jusqu'aux confins des fils d'Ammon,
And all [the] cities of Sihon [the] king of the Amorite[s] who he reigned in Heshbon to [the] border of [the] people of Ammon.
11 Et tout Galaad et les confins de Gésiri et ceux de Machati; tout le mont Hermon et tout Basan jusqu'à Acha,
And Gilead and [the] territory of the Geshurite[s] and the Maacathite[s] and all [the] mountain of Hermon and all Bashan to Salecah.
12 Et tout le royaume d'Og, roi de Basan, qui régnait en Astarotb et en Edraïn; ce dernier était un reste des géants, et Moïse le vainquit, et il le fit mourir.
All [the] kingdom of Og in Bashan who he reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei he he was left one of [the] remnant of the Rephaites and he had defeated them Moses and he had dispossessed them.
13 Les fils d'Israël ne détruisirent ni Gésiri, ni Machati, ni le Chananéen. Et le roi de Gésiri et celui de Machati demeurèrent parmi les fils d'Israël, et y demeurent encore de nos jours.
And not they dispossessed [the] people of Israel the Geshurite[s] and the Maacathite[s] and it has dwelt Geshur and Maacah in [the] midst of Israel until the day this.
14 A la seule tribu de Lévi il ne fut point donné d'héritage. Le Seigneur Dieu d'Israël lui-même est son héritage, comme l'a dit le Seigneur aux lévites. Or, voici le partage que fit Moïse aux fils d'Israël en Araboth des Moabites, sur la rive gauche du Jourdain, en face de Jéricho.

15 Moïse donna à la tribu de Ruben sa part, selon le nombre des familles;

16 Ses limites comprirent Aroer, qui est sur le bord du torrent d'Arnon, et la ville qui s'élève au milieu de la vallée et tout Misor,
And it belonged to them the territory from Aroer which [is] on [the] edge of [the] wadi of Arnon and the city which [is] in [the] middle of the wadi and all the plain at Medeba.
17 Jusqu'à Esebon, avec toutes les villes qui sont en Misor, et Dibon, Bémon-Baal, la maison de Meelboth,
Heshbon and all cities its which [are] in the plain Dibon and Bamoth Baal and Beth Baal Meon.
18 Basan, Bacedmoth, Méphaad,
And Jahaz and Kedemoth and Mephaath.
19 Cariathim, Sébania, Sérada et Sion, sur le mont Enab,
And Kiriathaim and Sibmah and Zereth Shahar on [the] hill of the valley.
20 Bethphogor, Asedoth-Phasga, Betthasinoth,
And Beth Peor and [the] slopes of Pisgah and Beth Jeshimoth.
21 Et toutes les villes de Misor, et tout le royaume de Séhon, roi des Amorrhéens, que Moïse vainquit avec tous les princes de Madian: Evi, Roboc, Sur, Hur et Rhobé, prince des dépouilles de Sion, et tous les habitants de Sion.
And all [the] cities of the plain and all [the] kingdom of Sihon [the] king of the Amorite[s] who he reigned in Heshbon whom he had defeated Moses him - and [the] leaders of Midian Evi and Rekem and Zur and Hur and Reba [the] princes of Sihon [who] dwelt of the land.
22 Et le devin Balaam, fils de Béor, fut tué au fort du combat.
And Balaam [the] son of Beor the diviner they killed [the] people of Israel with the sword to slain [ones] their.
23 Ruben eut le Jourdain pour limite Occidentale. Tel fut l'héritage de Ruben par familles, tels furent ses villes et ses villages.

24 Et Moïse donna, par familles, la part de la tribu de Gad,
And he gave Moses to [the] tribe of Gad to [the] descendants of Gad to clans their.
25 Dont les limites renfermèrent Jazer, toutes les villes de Galaad, la moitié du territoire des Ammonites, jusqu'à Araba qui est en face d'Arad,
And it belonged to them the territory Jazer and all [the] cities of Gilead and [the] half of [the] land of [the] people of Ammon to Aroer which [is] on [the] face of Rabbah.
26 Le territoire depuis Esebon jusqu'à Araboth, en face de Messapba; Botanim, Maan, jusqu'aux confins de Dibon,
And from Heshbon to Ramath Mizpah and Betonim and from Mahanaim to [the] territory of Lo Debar.
27 Enadom, Othargaï, Benthanabré, Socchotha, Saphan et le reste du royaume de Séhon, roi d'Esebon. Et la rive orientale du Jourdain fut sa limite, jusqu'aux bords de la mer de Cénéreth.
And in the valley Beth Haram and Beth Nimrah and Succoth and Zaphon [the] remainder of [the] kingdom of Sihon [the] king of Heshbon the Jordan and a border to [the] end of [the] sea of Kinnereth [the] other side of the Jordan east-ward.
28 Tels furent l'héritage et les villes des fils de Gad, par familles; ils combattirent par familles, puisque leurs villes et leurs villages leur furent distribués par familles.
This [was] [the] inheritance of [the] descendants of Gad to clans their the cities and villages their.
29 Et Moïse donna, par familles, la part de la demi-tribu de Manassé,
And he gave Moses to [the] half of [the] tribe of Manasseh and it belonged to [the] half of [the] tribe of [the] descendants of Manasseh to clans their.
30 Dont les limites renfermèrent: le territoire à partir de Maan, tout le royaume de Basan, tout le royaume de Og, roi de Basan, toutes les bourgades de Jaïr qui sont en Basan, soixante villes;
And it was territory their from Mahanaim all Bashan all [the] kingdom of - Og [the] king of Bashan and all [the] villages of Jair which [are] in Bashan sixty citi[es].
31 Et Moïse donna la moitié de Galaad, plus, en Basan, Astaroth et Edraïn, villes royales du roi Og, aux fils de Machir, fils de Manassé, c'est-à-dire à la moitié des fils de Machir, fils de Manassé, par familles.
And [the] half of Gilead and Ashtaroth and Edrei [the] cities of [the] kingdom of Og in Bashan [belong] to [the] descendants of Makir [the] son of Manasseh to [the] half of [the] descendants of Makir to clans their.
