1 Et Beseléel fit l'arche.
He made the altar of burnt offering of acacia wood. It was square. Its length was five cubits [7.5 ft; 22.9 m], its width was five cubits [7.5 ft; 22.9 m], and its height was three cubits [4.5 ft; 13.7 m].
2 Il la revêtit d'or pur au dedans et au dehors.
He made its horns on its four corners. Its horns were of one piece with it, and he overlaid it with bronze.
3 Et, pour elle, il jeta en fonte quatre anneaux d'or, deux d'un côté, deux de l'autre côté,
He made all the utensils of the altar, the pots, the shovels, the basins, the forks, and the fire pans. He made all its utensils of bronze.
4 Assez larges pour qu'en y passant les leviers, on pût enlever l'arche.
He made for the altar a grating of a network of bronze, under the ledge around it beneath, reaching halfway up.
5 Au-dessus de l'arche, il fit le propitiatoire en or pur,
He cast four rings for the four ends of bronze grating, to be places for the poles.
6 Avec les deux chérubins d'or,
He made the poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with bronze.
7 L'un des chérubins sur l'un des bords du propitiatoire, l'autre chérubin sur l'autre bord
He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the altar, with which to carry it. He made it hollow with planks.
8 Ombrageant de leurs ailes la surface du propitiatoire.
He made the basin of bronze, and its base of bronze, out of the mirrors of the ministering women who ministered at the door of the Tent of Meeting.
9 Il fit, pour être placé devant l'arche, la table; en or pur
He made the court: for the south side southward the hangings of the court were of fine twined linen, one hundred cubits [150 ft; 457.2 m];

their pillars were twenty cubits [30 ft; 91.44 m], and their sockets twenty cubits [30 ft; 91.44 m], of bronze; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets were of silver.
11 Il fit les leviers de l'arche et de la table, et il les revêtit d'or.
For the north side one hundred cubits [150 ft; 457.2 m], their pillars twenty cubits [30 ft; 91.44 m], and their sockets twenty cubits [30 ft; 91.44 m], of bronze; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver.
12 Il fit aussi en or les vases de la table, les assiettes, les encensoirs, les urnes à puiser les libations, les coupes à les répandre.
For the west side were hangings of fifty cubits [75 ft; 228.6 m], their pillars ten cubits [15 ft; 45.72 m], and their sockets ten cubits [15 ft; 45.72 m]; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver.
13 Et il fit, pour porter la lumière, le chandelier d'or, à tige droite inflexible,
For the east side eastward fifty cubits [75 ft; 228.6 m].
14 avec les branches sortant de ses deux côtés;
The hangings for the one side were fifteen cubits [22.5 ft; 68.58 m]; their pillars three cubits [4.5 ft; 13.7 m], and their sockets three cubits [4.5 ft; 13.7 m];
15 Les fleurs tenant aux branches, qui étaient trois à droite et trois à gauche, semblables les unes aux autres,
and so for the other side: on this hand and that hand by the gate of the court were hangings of fifteen cubits [22.5 ft; 68.58 m]; their pillars three cubits [4.5 ft; 13.7 m], and their sockets three cubits [4.5 ft; 13.7 m].
16 Et leurs petites lampes, posant sur leurs extrémités, façonnées comme des noix, avec les becs qui en sortent pour en être les foyers lumineux, et le septième bec, sur la pointe extrême du chandelier, en or massif.
All the hangings around the court were of fine twined linen.
17 Et les sept lampes d'or, reposant sur le chandelier, avec leurs mouchettes d'or, et leurs récipients en or.
The sockets for the pillars were of bronze. The hooks of the pillars and their fillets were of silver; and the overlaying of their capitals, of silver; and all the pillars of the court were filleted with silver.
18 Il revêtit d'argent les colonnes; il jeta en fonte les colonnes, les anneaux d'or; il revêtit d'or les leviers, ainsi que les colonnes du voile intérieur, il fit les attaches d'or,
The screen for the gate of the court was the work of the embroiderer, of blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twined linen. Twenty cubits [30 ft; 91.44 m] was the length, and the height in the width was five cubits [7.5 ft; 22.9 m], like to the hangings of the court.
19 Et il fit les boucles d'or du tabernacle, les boucles du parvis, et les boucles d'airain pour tendre la couverture extérieure;
Their pillars were four cubits [6 ft; 18.3 m], and their sockets four cubits [6 ft; 18.3 m], of bronze; their hooks of silver, and the overlaying of their capitals, and their fillets, of silver.
20 il jeta en fonte les chapiteaux d'argent du tabernacle, les chapiteaux d'airain de la porte du tabernacle et de la porte du parvis; il fit aussi les attaches d'argent sur les colonnes qu'il avait revêtues d'argent.
All the pins of the tabernacle, and around the court, were of bronze.
21 Et il fit les piquets du tabernacle, et les piquets du parvis, tous en airain.
This is the amount of material used for the tabernacle, even the Tabernacle of the Testimony, as they were counted, as Moses [Drawn out] ordered, for the service of the Levites [Descendants of United with], by the hand of Ithamar, the son of Aaron [Light-bringer] the priest.
22 Il fit l'autel d'airain, avec les encensoirs d'airain, qui avaient appartenu aux hommes de la troupe de Coré.
Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah [Praised], made all that Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
23 Et il fit les vases de l'autel avec son foyer, sa base, les coupes et les crochets d'airain.
With him was Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan [He judged], an engraver, and a skillful workman, and an embroiderer in blue, in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen.
24 Il fit aussi pour l'autel une devanture en forme de grillage, au-dessous du foyer, descendant jusqu'à la moitié de l'autel, et il adapta quatre anneaux aux quatre angles supérieurs de cette devanture de l'autel; assez larges pour qu'en y passant les leviers, on pût enlever l'autel;
All the gold that was used for the work in all the work of the sanctuary, even the gold of the offering, was twenty-nine talents, and seven hundred thirty shekels [12 oz; 3/4 lb; 340.2 g], after the shekel of the sanctuary (the shekel is 0.4oz; 11.34 g).
25 Il fit encore l'huile sainte de l'onction, et composa l'encens: œuvre pure de l'art du parfumeur.
The silver of those who were counted of the congregation was one hundred talents [300,000 shekels; 7,500 lb; 3,402 kg], and one thousand seven hundred seventy-five shekels [44.375 lb; 20.129 kg], after the shekel of the sanctuary (the shekel is 0.4oz; 11.34 g):
26 Il fit le réservoir d'airain et sa base d'airain, avec l'airain des miroirs des femmes, qui jeûnèrent devant la porte du tabernacle le jour où il le dressa.

27 Il fit le réservoir, afin que Moïse et Aaron et ses fils s’y lavassent les pieds et les mains, avant d'entrer dans le tabernacle du témoignage ou de monter à l'autel pour exercer le sacerdoce; ils s'y lavaient comme le Seigneur l'avait prescrit à Moïse.
The one hundred talents [300,000 sheckles; 7,500 lb; 3,402 kg] of silver were for casting the sockets of the sanctuary, and the sockets of the veil; one hundred sockets for the one hundred talents [300,000 sheckles; 7,500 lb; 3,402 kg], one talent [3,000 sheckles; 75 lb; 34.02 kg] for a socket.
Of the one thousand seven hundred seventy-five shekels [44.38 lb; 20.13 kg] he made hooks for the pillars, overlaid their capitals, and made chasak ·joints for binding·.
The bronze of the offering was seventy talents [210,000 shekels; 5,250 lb; 2,381.4 kg], and two thousand four hundred shekels [60 lb; 27.22 kg].
With this he made the sockets to the door of the Tent of Meeting, the bronze altar, the bronze grating for it, all the utensils of the altar,
the sockets around the court, the sockets of the gate of the court, all the pins of the tabernacle, and all the pins around the court.
