Psaumes 16
1 Mikhtam de David. Protège-moi, ô Dieu, car je m’abrite en toi;
A miktam of David protect me O God for I have taken refuge in you.
2 Je dis à l’Eternel: "Tu es mon Maître! Mon bonheur n’est pas en dehors de toi."
You [fem] said to Yahweh [are the] Lord you good my not [is] on you.
3 Aux saints qui sont sur la terre, aux nobles cœurs vont toutes mes aspirations.
To [the] holy [ones] who [are] in the land they and [the] majestic [ones] [whom] all delight my [is] in them.
4 Ceux qui multiplient leurs peines, courant après d’autres biens, je ne prendrai aucune part à leurs libations mêlées de sang, leurs noms ne viendront pas sur mes lèvres.
They will increase sorrows their [those who] another [god] they hurried after not I will pour out drink offerings their from blood and not I will take names their on lips my.
5 L’Eternel est la portion de mon sort, mon calice; c’est toi, Seigneur, qui consolides mon lot,
Yahweh [is] [the] portion of possession my and cup my you [are] holding lot my.
6 un héritage m’est échu en des lieux de délices; oui, mon patrimoine me plaît tout à fait.
Boundary lines they have fallen to me in pleasant [places] also an inheritance it is beautiful on me.
7 Je bénis l’Eternel, qui a été mon guide: même de nuit, mon cœur m’en avertit.
I will bless Yahweh who he has counseled me also nights they have instructed me kidneys my.
8 Je fixe constamment mes regards sur le Seigneur; s’il est à ma droite, je ne chancellerai pas.
I have placed Yahweh to before me continually for [he is] from right [hand] my not I will be shaken.
9 C’Est pourquoi mon cœur se réjouit, mon âme jubile, mon corps même repose en sécurité.
Therefore - it is glad heart my and it rejoiced honor my also body my it will dwell to security.
10 Car tu n’abandonneras pas mon âme au Cheol, tu ne laisseras pas tes fidèles voir l’abîme. (Sheol h7585)
For - not you will abandon life my to Sheol not you will permit faithful [one] your to see [the] pit. (Sheol h7585)
11 Tu me feras connaître le chemin de la vie, la plénitude des joies qu’on goûte en ta présence, les délices éternelles dont on se délecte à ta droite.
You will make known to me [the] path of life abundance of gladness [are] with presence your pleasant [things] [are] at right [hand] your perpetuity.
