Ézéchiel 28
1 La parole de l’Eternel me fut adressée en ces termes:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
2 "Fils de l’homme, dis au souverain de Tyr: Ainsi parle le Seigneur Dieu: Puisque ton coeur s’est exalté, que tu as dit: "Je suis un Dieu, j’occupe une demeure divine au sein des mers," alors que tu n’es qu’un homme et non un Dieu, et puisque tu t’es attribué un coeur pareil au coeur d’un Dieu,
O son of humankind say to [the] ruler of Tyre thus he says - [the] Lord Yahweh because it has been haughty heart your and you have said [am] a god I [the] seat of gods I sit in [the] heart of [the] seas and you [are] a human being and not a god and you have made heart your like [the] heart of a god.
3 en vérité, tu es plus sage que Daniel! Aucun secret ne t’échappe;
There! [are] wise you (more than Daniel *Q(K)*) any secret [thing] not people hold dark from you.
4 par ton habileté et ton intelligence tu t’es acquis de la richesse, tu as amassé de l’or et de l’argent dans tes trésors;
By wisdom your and by understanding your you have acquired for yourself wealth and you have acquired gold and silver in treasuries your.
5 par ta grande habileté au commerce, tu as multiplié ta fortune, et ton coeur s’est exalté en raison de ta fortune,
By [the] greatness of skill your by trading your you have increased wealth your and it has been haughty heart your in wealth your.
6 c’est pourquoi, ainsi parle le Seigneur Dieu: Puisque tu t’es attribué un coeur pareil au coeur d’un Dieu,
Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because making you heart your like [the] heart of a god.
7 c’est pourquoi, voici que je vais amener contre toi des étrangers, les plus violents des peuples; ils brandiront l’épée contre ta belle habileté et ils terniront ta splendeur.
Therefore here I [am] about to bring on you strangers ruthless [ones] of nations and they will draw swords their on [the] beauty of wisdom your and they will profane splendor your.
8 Ils te feront descendre à la fosse, et tu mourras de mort violente au sein des mers.
To the pit they will bring down you and you will die [the] death of [the] slain in [the] heart of [the] seas.
9 Oseras-tu dire encore: "Je suis un Dieu", en face de tes meurtriers? Mais tu n’es qu’un homme et non un Dieu entre les mains de ceux qui te blessent à mort.
¿ Really will you say [am] a god I before killer your and you [are] a human being and not a god in [the] hand of [those who] pierce you.
10 Tu mourras de la mort des incirconcis par la main des étrangers, car c’est 'moi qui parle, dit le Seigneur Dieu."
[the] deaths of Uncircumcised [men] you will die by [the] hand of strangers for I I have spoken [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
11 La parole de l’Éternel me fut adressée en ces termes:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
12 "Fils de l’homme, entonne une élégie sur le roi de Tyr; tu lui diras: Ainsi parle le Seigneur Dieu: Tu étais le sceau de la perfection, plein d’habileté et d’une beauté achevée.
O son of humankind take up a lamentation on [the] king of Tyre and you will say to him thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh you [were one who] seals an example full of wisdom and perfect of beauty.
13 Tu étais dans l’Eden, le jardin de Dieu; toutes les pierres précieuses te couvraient: rubis, topaze et émeraude, tartessienne, onyx et jaspe, saphir, escarboucle et diamant, de l’or également; tu possédais des tambourins et des flûtes bien travaillés; pour toi, ils étaient prêts dès le jour de ta naissance.
In Eden [the] garden of God you were [was] every stone precious covering your ruby topaz and emerald chrysolite onyx and jasper sapphire turquoise and beryl and gold [the] workmanship of tambourines your and settings your on you on [the] day are created you they were prepared.
14 Tu étais le Keroub d’élection qui protège de ses ailes; je t’avais posté et tu étais sur la montagne sainte de Dieu; au milieu des pierres de feu, tu circulais.
You [were] a cherub of expansion [one which] covers and I appointed you on [the] mountain of [the] holiness of God you were in [the] middle of stones of fire you walked about.
15 Tu fus irréprochable dans ta conduite depuis le jour où tu fus créé jusqu’à ce que la perversité se rencontrât en toi.
[were] blameless You in ways your from [the] day are created you until it was found unrighteousness in you.
16 Par l’activité de ton trafic, ton enceinte s’est remplie de violence, et tu es devenu coupable; je t’ai donc rejeté de la montagne de Dieu et je t’ai fait disparaître, Keroub protecteur, d’entre les pierres de feu.
In [the] abundance of trading your people filled [the] middle of you violence and you sinned and I profaned you from [the] mountain of God and I destroyed you O cherub [one which] covers from [the] middle of [the] stones of fire.
17 Ton coeur s’était exalté à cause de ta beauté, et tu avais ruiné ta sagesse par ton faste; je t’ai donc précipité à terre, devant des rois je t’ai exposé, pour leur être en spectacle.
It was haughty heart your in beauty your you perverted wisdom your on splendor your on [the] ground I threw you before kings I put you to look on you.
18 Par l’excès de tes fautes, par l’iniquité de ton trafic, tu as profané tes sanctuaires; aussi ai-je fait surgir du milieu de toi, un feu, qui t’a consumé, et je t’ai réduit en cendres sur la terre, aux yeux de tous ceux qui te regardent.
From [the] greatness of iniquities your by [the] unrighteousness of trading your you profaned sanctuaries your and I brought out fire from [the] midst of you it it consumed you and I made you into ash[es] on the ground to [the] eyes of all [those who] saw you.
19 Tous ceux qui te connaissent parmi les nations sont stupéfaits à cause de toi: tu es devenu un néant, ç’en est fini de toi pour toujours."
All [those who] knew you among the peoples they were appalled on you terrors you became and there not [will be] you until perpetuity.
20 La parole de l’Éternel me fut adressée en ces termes:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
21 "Fils de l’homme, tourne ta face vers Sidon et prophétise sur elle.
O son of humankind set face your to Sidon and prophesy on it.
22 Tu diras: Ainsi parle le Seigneur Dieu: Voici que je m’en prends à toi, Sidon, je veux me rendre glorieux au milieu de toi. L’On saura que je suis l’Éternel, quand je lui infligerai des châtiments et que j’y manifesterai ma sainteté.
And you will say thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] on you O Sidon and I will gain glory in [the] midst of you and people will know that I [am] Yahweh when bring about I on it judgments and I will show myself holy in it.
23 J’Enverrai contre elle la peste et l’effusion de sang dans ses rues, les morts joncheront son sol, frappés par le glaive qui l’atteindra de toutes parts, et ils sauront que je suis l’Eternel.
And I will send on it a pestilence and blood in streets its and it will fall [the] slain in [the] midst of it by [the] sword on it from round about and they will know that I [am] Yahweh.
24 Et il n’y aura plus pour la maison d’Israël de ronce cuisante ni d’épine douloureuse parmi tous ses voisins d’alentour qui le traitent avec mépris, et on saura que je suis le Seigneur Dieu."
And not it will belong again to [the] house of Israel a brier [which] pricks and a thorn [which] causes pain from all around them who despise them and they will know that I [am the] Lord Yahweh.
25 Ainsi parle le Seigneur Dieu: "Quand je rassemblerai la maison d’Israël d’entre les peuples chez qui ils ont été dispersés, je me sanctifierai par eux aux yeux des nations, et ils demeureront sur le territoire que j’ai donné à mon serviteur Jacob.
Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh when gather I - [the] house of Israel from the peoples which they have been scattered among them and I will show myself holy among them to [the] eyes of the nations and they will dwell on own land their which I gave to servant my to Jacob.
26 Ils y demeureront en sécurité, ils bâtiront des maisons, planteront des vignes et demeureront en sécurité, parce que je ferai justice de tous leurs contempteurs d’alentour, et ils reconnaîtront que moi, l’Eternel, je suis leur Dieu."
And they will dwell on it to security and they will build houses and they will plant vineyards and they will dwell to security when bring about I judgments on all those [who] despise them from around them and they will know that I [am] Yahweh God their.
