Nombres 30
1 Et Moïse parla aux chefs des tribus des fils d’Israël, disant: C’est ici la parole que l’Éternel a commandée:
And he spoke Moses to [the] leaders of the tribes of [the] people of Israel saying this [is] the word which he has commanded Yahweh.
2 Quand un homme aura fait un vœu à l’Éternel, ou quand il aura fait un serment, pour lier son âme par une obligation, il ne violera pas sa parole; il fera selon tout ce qui sera sorti de sa bouche.
A man if he will vow a vow to Yahweh or he will swear an oath to bind an obligation on self his not he will violate word his according to every [thing which] has gone out from mouth his he will do.
3 Et si une femme a fait un vœu à l’Éternel, et qu’elle se soit liée par une obligation dans la maison de son père, dans sa jeunesse,
And a woman if she will vow a vow to Yahweh and she will bind an obligation in [the] house of father her in youth her.
4 et que son père ait entendu son vœu et son obligation par laquelle elle a obligé son âme, et que son père ait gardé le silence envers elle, tous ses vœux demeureront obligatoires, et toute obligation par laquelle elle aura obligé son âme demeurera obligatoire.
And he will hear father her vow her and obligation her which she has bound on self her and he will keep silent to her father her and they will stand all vows her and every obligation which she has bound on self her it will stand.
5 Mais si son père la désapprouve le jour où il en a entendu parler, aucun de ses vœux et de ses obligations par lesquelles elle a obligé son âme ne demeureront obligatoires; et l’Éternel lui pardonnera, car son père l’a désapprouvée.
And if he forbade father her her on [the] day heard he all vows her and obligations her which she has bound on self her not it will stand and Yahweh he will forgive her for he forbade father her her.
6 Et si elle a un mari, et que son vœu soit sur elle, ou quelque chose qui ait échappé de ses lèvres par quoi elle a obligé son âme,
And if certainly she will belong to a husband and vows her [are] on her or [the] rash utterance of lips her which she has bound on self her.
7 et si son mari l’a entendu, et que le jour où il l’a entendu il ait gardé le silence envers elle, ses vœux demeureront obligatoires, et ses obligations par lesquelles elle aura obligé son âme demeureront obligatoires.
And he will hear husband her on [the] day hears he and he will keep silent to her and they will stand vows her and obligations her which she has bound on self her they will stand.
8 Mais si, le jour où son mari l’aura entendu, il la désapprouve et casse le vœu qui est sur elle et ce qui a échappé de ses lèvres, par quoi elle avait obligé son âme, l’Éternel lui pardonnera.
And if on [the] day hears husband her he will forbid her and he will break vow her which [is] on her and [the] rash utterance of lips her which she has bound on self her and Yahweh he will forgive her.
9 Mais le vœu d’une veuve, ou d’une femme répudiée, – tout ce par quoi elle aura obligé son âme, demeurera obligatoire pour elle.
And [the] vow of a widow and a divorced [woman] all that she has bound on self her it will stand on her.
10 Et si elle a fait un vœu dans la maison de son mari, ou si elle a obligé son âme par serment,
And if [the] house of husband her she has vowed or she bound an obligation on self her by an oath.
11 et que son mari l’ait entendu et ait gardé le silence envers elle, [et] ne l’ait pas désapprouvée, tous ses vœux demeureront obligatoires, et toute obligation par laquelle elle aura obligé son âme demeurera obligatoire.
And he will hear husband her and he will keep silent to her not he forbade her and they will stand all vows her and every obligation which she has bound on self her it will stand.
12 Mais si son mari les a expressément cassés le jour où il les a entendus, alors rien de ce qui sera sorti de ses lèvres, vœu ou obligation [liée] sur son âme, ne demeurera obligatoire: son mari l’a cassé; et l’Éternel lui pardonnera.
And if actually he will break them - husband her on [the] day hears he any utterance of lips her to vows her and to [the] obligation of self her not it will stand husband her he has broken them and Yahweh he will forgive her.
13 Tout vœu et tout serment par lequel on s’oblige à affliger son âme, le mari peut le ratifier et le mari peut le casser.
Every vow and every oath of obligation to humble self husband her he will confirm it and husband her he will break it.
14 Et si son mari se tait absolument envers elle, jour après jour, alors il aura ratifié tous ses vœux, ou toutes ses obligations qu’elle a prises sur elle; il les a ratifiés, car il a gardé le silence envers elle le jour où il les a entendus.
And certainly [if] he will keep silent to her husband her from day to day and he will confirm all vows her or all obligations her which [are] on her he has confirmed them for he kept silent to her on [the] day heard he.
15 Mais s’il les a expressément cassés après les avoir entendus, alors il portera l’iniquité de sa femme.
And if actually he will break them after has heard he and he will bear guilt her.
16 Ce sont là les statuts que l’Éternel commanda à Moïse, entre un homme et sa femme, entre un père et sa fille, dans sa jeunesse, dans la maison de son père.
These [are] the statutes which he commanded Yahweh Moses between a man and wife his between a father and daughter his in youth her [the] house of father her.
