1 Alleluia! ALEPH. Je veux louer Yahweh de tout mon cœur, BETH. dans la réunion des justes et dans l’assemblée.
Alleluya. Lord, Y schal knouleche to thee in al myn herte; in the counsel and congregacioun of iust men.
2 GHIMEL. Grandes sont les œuvres de Yahweh, DALETH. recherchées pour toutes les délices qu’elles procurent.

3 HÉ. Son œuvre n’est que splendeur et magnificence, VAV. et sa justice subsiste à jamais.

4 ZAÏN. Il a laissé un souvenir de ses merveilles; HETH. Yahweh est miséricordieux et compatissant.

7 MEM. Les œuvres de ses mains sont vérité et justice, NUN. tous ses commandements sont immuables,

8 SAMECH. affermis pour l’éternité, AÏN. faits selon la vérité et la droiture.

9 PHÉ. Il a envoyé la délivrance à son peuple, TSADÉ. il a établi pour toujours son alliance; QOPH. son nom est saint et redoutable.
