1 Voici les noms des tribus: A partir de l'extrémité septentrionale, le long du chemin de Héthalon pour aller à Hamath, Hatzer-Enon, la frontière de Damas vers le nord, le long de Hamath, il y aura pour chaque tribu: De la limite orientale à la limite occidentale: Dan, une part.

And these ben the names of lynagis, fro the endis of the north, bisidis the weie Ethalon, to men goynge to Emath, the porche of Ennon, the terme of Damask, to the north bisidis Emath; and the eest coost schal be to it the see, o part schal be of Dan.

2 A la frontière de Dan, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale: Aser, une part.

And fro the ende of Dan, fro the eest coost til to the coost of the see, o part schal be of Aser.

3 A la frontière d'Aser, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale, Nephthali, une part.

And on the ende of Azer, fro the eest coost til to the coost of the see, oon of Neptalym.

4 A la frontière de Nephthali, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale: Manassé, une part.

And on the terme of Neptalym, fro the eest coost til to the coost of the see, oon of Manasses.

5 A la frontière de Manassé, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale, Ephraïm, une part.

And on the ende of Manasses, fro the eest coost til to the coost of the see, oon of Effraym.

6 A la frontière d'Ephraïm, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale, Ruben, une part.

And on the ende of Effraym, fro the eest coost til to the coost of the see, oon of Ruben.

7 Et à la frontière de Ruben, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale: Juda, une part.

And on the ende of Ruben, fro the eest coost til to the coost of the see, oon of Juda.

8 A la frontière de Juda, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale, sera la portion que vous prélèverez, large de vingt-cinq mille coudées et longue comme une des parts, de la limite orientale jusqu'à la limite occidentale: au milieu d'elle sera le sanctuaire.

And on the ende of Juda, fro the eest coost til to the coost of the see, schulen be the firste fruytis, whiche ye schulen departe bi fyue and twenti thousynde reheedis of breede and of lengthe, as alle partis ben, fro the eest coost til to the coost of the see; and the seyntuarie schal be in the myddis therof.

9 La portion que vous prélèverez pour Yahweh aura vingt-cinq mille coudées de longueur et dix mille de largeur.

The firste fruytis whiche ye schulen departe to the Lord, the lengthe schal be in fyue and twenty thousynde, and the breed in ten thousynde.

10 Cette sainte portion prélevée appartiendra aux prêtres, savoir, au septentrion vingt-cinq mille coudées, à l'occident dix mille coudées en largeur, à l'orient dix mille coudées en largeur, et au midi vingt-cinq mille coudées en longueur: le sanctuaire de Yahweh sera au milieu d'elle.

Forsothe these schulen be the firste fruytis of the seyntuarie of preestis; to the north fyue and twenti thousynde of lengthe, and to the see ten thousinde of breede; but to the eest ten thousynde of breede, and to the south fyue and twenti thousynde of lengthe; and the seyntuarie of the Lord schal be in the myddis therof.

11 Elle appartiendra aux prêtres consacrés, fils de Sadoc, qui se sont acquittés de mon service, qui ne se sont pas égarés lorsque s'égarèrent les enfants d'Israël, comme se sont égarés les lévites.

The seyntuarie schal be to prestis of the sones of Sadoch, that kepten my cerymonyes, and erriden not, whanne the sones of Israel erriden, as also dekenes erriden.

12 Ce sera leur part prélevée sur la portion prélevée du pays, part très sainte, à la frontière des lévites.

And the firste fruytis schulen be to hem of the firste fruytis of the lond, the hooli of hooli thingis, bi the terme of dekenes.

13 Les lévites auront, le long du territoire des prêtres, vingt-cinq mille coudées en longueur et dix mille en largeur; chaque longueur sera de vingt-cinq mille coudées, et chaque largeur de dix mille.

14 Ils n'en pourront rien vendre ni rien échanger, et les prémices du pays n'en seront point aliénées; car elles sont saintes pour Yahweh.

And thei schulen not sille therof, nether schulen chaunge; and the firste fruytis of the lond schulen not be translatid, for tho ben halewid to the Lord.

15 Les cinq mille qui resteront en largeur sur les vingt-cinq mille seront un terrain profane pour la ville, tant pour les habitations que pour la banlieue; la ville sera au milieu.

16 En voici les dimensions: côté du nord, quatre mille cinq cents coudées; côté du midi, quatre mille cinq cents; côté de l'orient, quatre mille cinq cents; côté de l'occident, quatre mille cinq cents.

And these schulen be the mesuris therof; at the north coost, fyue hundrid and foure thousynde of rehedis, and at the south coost, fyue hundrid and foure thousynde, and at the eest coost, fyue hundrid and foure thousynde, and at the west coost, fyue hundrid and foure thousynde.

17 La ville aura une banlieue de deux cent cinquante coudées au nord, deux cent cinquante au midi, deux cent cinquante à l'orient et deux cent cinquante à l'occident.

Forsothe the subarbis of the citee at the north schulen be twei hundrid and fifti, and at the southe twei hundrid and fifti, and at the eest twei hundrid and fifti, and at the see, that is, the west, twei hundrid and fifti.

18 Il restera en longueur, le long de la portion sainte, dix mille coudées à l'orient et dix mille à l'occident, le long de la portion sainte; les produits en seront pour la nourriture de ceux qui desservent la ville.

19 Les desservants de la ville, pris dans toutes les tribus d'Israël, cultiveront ce terrain.

Forsothe thei that seruen the citee schulen worche, of alle the lynagis of Israel.

20 Ainsi, toute la portion prélevée étant de vingt-cinq mille coudées sur vingt-cinq mille, vous aurez prélevé pour le domaine de la ville une portion égale au quart de la portion sainte.

Alle the firste fruitis of fyue and twenti thousynde, bi fyue and twenti thousynde in square, schulen be departid in to the firste fruytis of seyntuarie, and in to possessioun of the citee.

21 Le reste sera pour le prince; de chaque côté de la portion sainte et du domaine de la ville, à partir des vingt-cinq mille coudées de la portion prélevée, jusqu'à la frontière de l'orient, et, à l'occident, à partir des vingt-cinq mille coudées jusqu'à la frontière de l'occident, parallèlement aux parts — ce sera pour le prince; la portion sainte et le sanctuaire de la maison seront au milieu.

Forsothe that that is residue, schal be the princes part, on ech side of the firste fruitis of seyntuarie, and of the possessioun of the citee, euene ayens fyue and twenti thousynde of the firste fruytis, til to the eest ende; but also to the see euene ayens fyue and twenti thousynde, til to the ende of the see, schal be in lijk maner in the partis of the prince; and the firste fruytis of the seyntuarye, and the seyntuarie of the temple schulen be in the myddis of it.

22 Ainsi à partir du domaine des lévites et du domaine de la ville, qui se trouvent au milieu de la portion du prince, tout ce qui est entre la frontière de Juda et la frontière de Benjamin sera au prince.

Forsothe fro the possessioun of dekenes, and fro the possessioun of the citee, which is in the myddis of partis of the prince, schal be in to the porcioun of Juda, and in to the porcioun of Beniamyn; and it schal perteyne to the prince.

23 Part du reste des tribus: de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale, Benjamin, une part.

And to other lynagis, fro the eest coost `til to the west coost, oon to Beniamyn.

24 A la frontière de Benjamin, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale, Siméon, une part.

And ayens the porcioun of Beniamyn, fro the eest coost til to the west coost, oon to Symeon.

25 A la frontière de Siméon, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale, Issachar, une part.

And on the terme of Symeon, fro the eest coost til to the west coost, oon to Isacar.

26 A la frontière d'Issachar, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale, Zabulon, une part.

And on the terme of Isacar, fro the eest coost til to the west coost, oon to Zabulon.

27 A la frontière de Zabulon, de la limite orientale à la limite occidentale, Gad, une part.

And on the terme of Zabulon, fro the eest coost til to the coost of the see, oon to Gad.

28 A la frontière de Gad, du côté du négéb, vers le sud, la frontière ira de Thamar aux eaux de Méribah à Cadès, et au torrent qui va à la grande mer.

And on the terme of Gad, to the coost of the south in to myddai; and the ende schal be fro Thamar til to the watris of ayenseying of Cades, and the eritage ayens the grete see.

29 Tel est le pays que vous tirerez au sort pour le posséder, selon les tribus d'Israël; et telles sont leurs parts, — oracle du Seigneur Yahweh.

30 Voici les sorties de la ville: Du côté du nord, quatre mille cinq cents coudées de mesure,

31 — les portes de la ville prendront les noms des tribus d'Israël, — et trois portes au nord: la porte de Ruben, une; la porte de Juda, une; la porte de Lévi, une.

And yatis of the citee schulen be in alle the lynagis of Israel, thre yatis at the north; o yate of Ruben, o yate of Juda, o yate of Leuy.

32 Du côté de l'orient, quatre mille cinq cents coudées et trois portes: la porte de Joseph, une; la porte de Benjamin, une; la porte de Dan, une.

And at the eest coost, fyue hundrid and foure thousynd rehedis, and thre yatis; o yate of Joseph, o yate of Beniamyn, o yate of Dan.

33 Du côté du midi, quatre mille cinq cents coudées de mesure et trois portes: la porte de Siméon, une; la porte d'Issachar, une; la porte de Zabulon, une.

And at the south coost thou schalt mete fyue hundrid and foure thousynde rehedis, and thre yatis schulen be of tho; o yate of Symeon, o yate of Isacar, o yate of Zabulon.

34 Du côté de l'occident, quatre mille cinq cents coudées et trois portes: la porte de Gad, une; la porte d'Aser, une; la porte de Nephthali, une.

And at the west coost, fyue hundrid and foure thousynde of rehedis, thre yatis of tho; o yate of Gad, o yate of Aser, o yate of Neptalym.

35 Dix-huit mille coudées de tour. Et le nom de la ville sera désormais: Yahweh-est-là.

Bi cumpas eiytene miles; and the name schal be fro that dai, The Lord there. Amen.
