Ézéchiel 44
1 Puis il me fit revenir dans la direction du portique extérieur du sanctuaire qui regardait l’orient; il était fermé.
And he turnede me to the weie of the yate of the outermore seyntuarie, which yate byhelde to the eest, and was closid.
2 Et Yahweh me dit: « Ce portique sera fermé; il ne s’ouvrira point, et personne n’entrera par là, car Yahweh, le Dieu d’Israël, est entré par là; et il sera fermé.
And the Lord seide to me, This yate schal be closid, and schal not be opened, and a man schal not passe thorou it; for the Lord God of Israel entride bi it, and it schal be closid to the prince.
3 Quant au prince, comme étant le prince, il s’y assoira pour manger les mets devant Yahweh; il entrera par le chemin du vestibule du portique et sortira par le même chemin. »
The prince hym silf schal sitte ther ynne, that he ete breed bifor the Lord; he schal go yn bi the weie of the yate of the porche, and he schal go out bi the weie therof.
4 Il me conduisit ensuite dans la direction du portique septentrional, devant la maison; et je vis, et voici que la gloire de Yahweh remplissait la maison; et je tombai sur ma face.
And he ledde me bi the weie of the north yate, in the siyt of the hous; and Y siy, and lo! the glorie of the Lord fillide the hous of the Lord; and Y felle doun on my face.
5 Et Yahweh me dit: « Fils de l’homme, applique ton cœur, regarde de tes yeux et écoute de tes oreilles tout ce que je vais te dire au sujet de toutes les ordonnances de la maison de Yahweh et de toutes ses lois. Applique ton cœur à ce qui doit entrer dans la maison, par toutes les issues du sanctuaire.
And the Lord seide to me, Thou, sone of man, sette thin herte, and se with thin iyen, and here with thin eeris alle thingis whiche Y speke to thee, of al the ceremonyes of the hous of the Lord, and of alle the lawis therof; and thou schalt sette thin herte in the weies of the temple, bi alle the goyngis out of the seyntuarie.
6 Dis aux rebelles, à la maison d’Israël: Ainsi parle le Seigneur Yahweh: C’est assez de toutes vos abominations, maison d’Israël,
And thou schalt seie to the hous of Israel terrynge me to wraththe, The Lord God seith these thingis, Ye hous of Israel, alle youre grete trespassis suffice to you,
7 assez d’avoir introduit des fils d’étranger, incirconcis de cœur et incirconcis de chair, pour qu’ils fussent dans mon sanctuaire, afin de profaner ma maison, quand vous offriez les mets qui m’ appartiennent, la graisse et le sang; et ainsi ils ont rompu mon alliance par toutes vos abominations.
for ye bryngen in alien sones, vncircumcidid in herte, and vncircumcidid in fleisch, that thei be in my seyntuarie, and defoule myn hous. And ye offren my looues, ynnere fatnesse, and blood, and breken my couenaunt in alle youre grete trespassis.
8 Vous ne vous êtes pas acquittés du service de mes choses saintes, et vous avez établi ces étrangers pour faire mon service, dans mon sanctuaire, à votre profit.
And ye kepten not the comaundementis of my seyntuarie, and ye settiden keperis of my kepyngis in my seyntuarye to you silf.
9 Ainsi parle le Seigneur Yahweh: Aucun fils d’étranger, incirconcis de cœur et incirconcis de chair, n’entrera dans mon sanctuaire; non, aucun des fils d’étranger qui sont au milieu des enfants d’Israël.
The Lord God seith these thingis, Ech alien `that is vncircumcidid in herte, and vncircumcidid in fleisch, schal not entre in to my seyntuarie; ech alien sone, which is in the myddis of the sones of Israel.
10 Bien plus, les Lévites qui se sont éloignés de moi au temps de l’égarement d’Israël, qui s’est égaré loin de moi pour suivre ses idoles infâmes, porteront leur iniquité.
But also Leuytis, `ether men of the lynage of Leuy, that yeden fer a wei fro me in the errour of the sones of Israel, and erriden fro me aftir her idols, and baren her wickidnesse,
11 Ils seront dans mon sanctuaire des serviteurs préposés aux portes de la maison et faisant le service de la maison; ce sont eux qui égorgeront pour le peuple les victimes destinées à l’holocauste et aux autres sacrifices, et ils se tiendront devant le peuple pour le servir.
thei schulen be kepers of housis in my seyntuarye, and porteris of yatis of the hous, and mynystris of the hous; thei schulen sle brent sacrifices, and sacrifices for victorie of the puple; and thei schulen stonde in the siyt of the prestis, for to mynystre to hem.
12 Parce qu’ils l’ont servi devant ses idoles infâmes et qu’ils ont fait tomber la maison d’Israël dans l’iniquité, à cause de cela j’ai levé ma main sur eux, — oracle du Seigneur Yahweh, — jurant qu’ ils porteraient leur iniquité.
For that that thei mynystriden to tho in the siyt of her idols, and weren maad to the hous of Israel in to offendyng of wickidnesse; therfor Y reiside myn hond on them, seith the Lord God, and thei baren her wickidnesse.
13 Ils n’approcheront pas de moi pour remplir devant moi les fonctions du sacerdoce, pour s’approcher de toutes mes choses saintes, dans les lieux très saints; ils porteront leur opprobre et la peine des abominations qu’ils ont commises.
And thei schulen not neiye to me, that thei vse preesthod to me, nether thei schulen neiye to al my seyntuarie bisidis hooly of hooli thingis, but thei schulen bere her schenschipe, and her grete trespassis whiche thei diden.
14 Je les chargerai de faire le service de la maison, pour tout son ouvrage, et pour tout ce qui s’y doit faire.
And Y schal make hem porteris of the hous, in al the seruyce therof, and in alle thingis that ben don ther ynne.
15 Mais les prêtres lévites, fils de Sadoc, qui ont gardé les observances de mon sanctuaire quand les enfants d’Israël s’égaraient loin de moi, ce sont eux qui s’approcheront de moi pour faire mon service et qui se tiendront devant moi pour m’offrir la graisse et le sang, — oracle du Seigneur Yahweh.
Forsothe preestis and dekenes, the sones of Sadoch, that kepten the cerymonyes of my seyntuarie, whanne the sones of Israel erriden fro me, thei schulen neiye to me, for to mynystre to me; and thei schulen stonde in my siyt, that thei offre to me ynnere fatnesse and blood, seith the Lord God.
16 Ce sont eux qui entreront dans mon sanctuaire, eux qui s’approcheront de ma table pour faire mon service, et ils garderont mes observances.
Thei schulen entre in to my seyntuarie, and thei schulen neiye to my boord, that thei mynystre to me, and kepe my ceremonyes.
17 Lorsqu’ils franchiront les portiques du parvis intérieur, ils se vêtiront d’habits de lin; il n’y aura point de laine sur eux, quand ils feront le service dans les portiques du parvis intérieur et au-dedans.
And whanne thei schulen entre in to the yatis of the ynnere halle,
18 Ils auront des mitres de lin sur la tête; et ils auront des caleçons de lin sur les reins; et ils ne se ceindront point de ce qui exciterait la sueur.
thei schulen be clothid with lynnun clothis, nether ony wollun thing schal `be do on hem, whanne thei mynystren in the yatis of the ynnere halle, and with ynne; lynnun cappis, ether mytris, schulen be in the heedis of hem, and lynnun brechis schulen be in the leendis of hem, and thei schulen not be gird in swoot.
19 Mais lorsqu’ils sortiront au parvis extérieur, au parvis extérieur vers le peuple, ils ôteront leurs vêtements avec lesquels ils ont fait le service, ils les déposeront dans les chambres du sanctuaire; et ils revêtiront d’autres vêtements et ne sanctifieront pas le peuple par leurs vêtements.
And whanne thei schulen go out at the outermere halle to the puple, thei schulen dispuyle hem of her clothis, in whiche thei mynystriden, and thei schulen leie tho vp in the treserie of seyntuarie; and thei schulen clothe hem silf in othere clothis, and thei schulen not halewe my puple in her clothis.
20 Ils ne se raseront pas la tête et ne laisseront pas non plus croître leurs cheveux; ils se tondront la tête.
Forsothe thei schulen not schaue her heed, nether thei schulen nursche long heere, but thei clippynge schulen clippe her heedis.
21 Aucun prêtre ne boira du vin lorsqu’il entrera dans le parvis intérieur.
And ech preest schal not drynke wyn, whanne he schal entre in to the ynnere halle.
22 Ils ne prendront pour femme ni une veuve ni une femme répudiée, mais seulement des vierges de la race de la maison d’Israël; ils pourront prendre une veuve qui sera la veuve d’un prêtre.
And preestis schulen not take wyues a widewe, and a forsakun womman, but virgyns of the seed of the hous of Israel; but also thei schulen take a widewe, which is the widewe of a preest.
23 Ils instruiront mon peuple à distinguer entre ce qui est saint et ce qui est profane; ils lui apprendront à distinguer entre ce qui est souillé et ce qui est pur.
And thei schulen teche my puple, what is bitwixe hooli thing and defoulid; and thei schulen schewe to hem, what is bitwixe cleene thing and vncleene.
24 Dans les contestations, ce sont eux qui prendront place pour le jugement, et ils jugeront d’après le droit que j’ai établi. Ils observeront mes lois et mes ordonnances dans toutes mes fêtes, et ils sanctifieront mes sabbats.
And whanne debate is, thei schulen stonde in my domes, and schulen deme my lawis; and thei schulen kepe my comaundementis in alle my solempnytees, and thei schulen halewe my sabatis.
25 Aucun d’eux n’ira auprès du cadavre d’un homme pour se souiller; ils ne pourront se souiller que pour un père ou une mère, pour un fils ou une fille, pour un frère ou une sœur qui n’a point de mari.
And thei schulen not entre to a deed man, lest thei be defoulid, no but to fadir, and modir, and to sone, and douyter, and to brother, and sister that hadde not an hosebonde, in whiche thei schulen be defoulid.
26 Après sa purification, on lui comptera sept jours,
And after that he is clensid, seuene daies schulen be noumbrid to hym.
27 et le jour où il entrera dans le lieu saint, au parvis intérieur, pour faire le service dans le sanctuaire, il offrira son sacrifice pour le péché, — oracle du Seigneur Yahweh.
And in the dai of his entryng in to the seyntuarie, to the ynnere halle, that he mynystre to me in the seyntuarie, he schal offre for his synne, seith the Lord God.
28 Voici l’héritage qu’ils auront: Je serai leur héritage; vous ne leur donnerez point de possession en Israël, c’est moi qui suis leur possession.
Forsothe noon eritage schal be to hem, Y am the eritage of hem; and ye schulen not yyue to hem possessioun in Israel, for Y am the possessioun of hem.
29 Ils se nourriront de l’oblation, du sacrifice pour le péché et du sacrifice pour le délit; et tout ce qui aura été dévoué par anathème en Israël sera pour eux.
Thei schulen ete sacrifice, bothe for synne and for trespasse, and ech avow of Israel schal be hern.
30 Les prémices de tous les premiers produits de toutes sortes et toutes les offrandes de toutes sortes de tout ce que vous offrirez seront pour les prêtres; vous donnerez aussi aux prêtres les prémices de vos moutures, afin que la bénédiction repose sur ta maison.
And the firste thingis of alle firste gendrid thingis, and alle moiste sacrifices, of alle thingis that ben offrid, schulen be the prestis part; and ye schulen yyue the firste thingis of youre metis to the prest, that he leie vp blessyng to his hous.
31 Tout animal mort ou déchiré, soit oiseau, soit autre bête, les prêtres ne le mangeront pas. »
Preestis schulen not ete ony thing deed bi it silf, and takun of a beeste, of foulis, and of scheep.
