Zacharie 12
1 Sentence. Parole de Yahweh sur Israël. Oracle de Yahweh qui a étendu les cieux et fondé la terre, et qui a formé l’esprit de l’homme au-dedans de lui:
The burden of the word of the LORD concerning Israel. The saying of the LORD, who stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundation of the earth, and formed the spirit of man within him:
2 Voici que moi, je ferai de Jérusalem un seuil d’ébranlement, pour tous les peuples d’alentour; et cela sera aussi pour Juda, quand on assiégera Jérusalem.
Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of staggering unto all the peoples round about, and upon Judah also shall it fall to be in the siege against Jerusalem.
3 Et il arrivera en ce jour-là: je ferai de Jérusalem une pierre à soulever, pour tous les peuples; quiconque la soulèvera sera tout meurtri, et toutes les nations de la terre s’assembleront contre elle.
And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will make Jerusalem a stone of burden for all the peoples; all that burden themselves with it shall be sore wounded; and all the nations of the earth shall be gathered together against it.
4 En ce jour-là, — oracle de Yahweh, je frapperai de terreur tous les chevaux, et de délire leurs cavaliers; j’aurai les yeux ouverts sur la maison de Juda, mais je frapperai d’aveuglement tous les chevaux des peuples.
In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with bewilderment, and his rider with madness; and I will open Mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the peoples with blindness.
5 Et les chefs de Juda diront en leur cœur: « Les habitants de Jérusalem sont une force pour moi, par Yahweh des armées, leur Dieu. »
And the chiefs of Judah shall say in their heart: 'The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength through the LORD of hosts their God.'
6 En ce jour-là, je ferai des chefs de Juda comme un brasier ardent dans du bois, comme une torche enflammée dans une gerbe; et ils dévoreront à droite et à gauche tous les peuples d’alentour, et Jérusalem restera encore à sa place, à Jérusalem.
In that day will I make the chiefs of Judah like a pan of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire among sheaves; and they shall devour all the peoples round about, on the right hand and on the left; and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.
7 Yahweh sauvera les tentes de Juda en premier lieu, afin que l’orgueil de la maison de David et l’orgueil des habitants de Jérusalem ne s’élève pas au-dessus de Juda.
The LORD also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem be not magnified above Judah.
8 En ce jour-là, Yahweh établira un rempart autour des habitants de Jérusalem, et celui qui chancelle parmi eux sera en ce jour-là comme David, et la maison de David sera comme Dieu, comme l’ange de Yahweh devant eux.
In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that stumbleth among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as a godlike being, as the angel of the LORD before them.
9 Et il arrivera en ce jour-là: Je m’appliquerai à détruire tous les peuples qui viendront contre Jérusalem.
And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
10 Et je répandrai sur la maison de David et sur l’habitant de Jérusalem un esprit de grâce et de supplication, et ils tourneront les yeux vers moi qu’ils ont transpercé. Et ils feront le deuil sur lui, comme on fait le deuil sur un fils unique; ils pleureront amèrement sur lui, comme on pleure amèrement sur un premier-né.
And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplication; and they shall look unto Me because they have thrust him through; and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his first-born.
11 En ce jour-là, le deuil sera grand à Jérusalem, comme le deuil d’Adadremmon dans la vallée de Mageddo.
In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.
12 Le pays sera dans le deuil, chaque famille à part; la famille de la maison de David à part et ses femmes à part; la famille de la maison de Nathan à part et ses femmes à part;
And the land shall mourn, every family apart: the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;
13 la famille de la maison de Lévi à part et ses femmes à part; la famille de Séméï à part et ses femmes à part;
The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of the Shimeites apart, and their wives apart;
14 toutes les familles qui restent, chaque famille à part et ses femmes à part.
All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.
