Lévitique 6
1 Yahweh parla à Moïse, en disant:
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
2 « Si quelqu’un pèche et commet une infidélité envers Yahweh, en mentant à son prochain au sujet d’un dépôt, d’un gage mis entre ses mains, d’une chose volée, ou en faisant violence à son prochain;
'When any person doth sin, and hath committed a trespass against Jehovah, and hath lied to his fellow concerning a deposit, or concerning fellowship, or concerning violent robbery, or hath oppressed his fellow;
3 en mentant à propos d’un objet perdu qu’il a trouvé, en faisant un faux serment au sujet de l’une des choses dans lesquelles l’homme peut pécher:
or hath found a lost thing, and hath lied concerning it, and hath sworn to a falsehood, concerning one of all [these] which man doth, sinning in them:
4 quand il aura péché ainsi et se sera rendu coupable, il restituera la chose volée ou ravie par violence, le dépôt qui lui avait été confié, l’objet perdu qu’il a trouvé,
'Then it hath been, when he sinneth, and hath been guilty, that he hath returned the plunder which he hath taken violently away, or the thing which he hath got by oppression, or the deposit which hath been deposited with him, or the lost thing which he hath found;
5 ou tout objet au sujet duquel il a fait un faux serment. Il le restituera en son entier, avec un cinquième de la valeur en sus, et le remettra à son propriétaire, le jour même où il offrira son sacrifice de réparation.
or all that concerning which he sweareth falsely, he hath even repaid it in its principal, and its fifth he is adding to it; to him whose it [is] he giveth it in the day of his guilt-offering.
6 Il amènera au prêtre pour être offert à Yahweh en sacrifice de réparation un bélier sans défaut, pris du troupeau d’après ton estimation,
'And his guilt-offering he bringeth in to Jehovah, a ram, a perfect one, out of the flock, at thy estimation, for a guilt-offering, unto the priest,
7 Et le prêtre fera pour lui l’expiation devant Yahweh, et il lui sera pardonné, de quelque faute qu’il se soit rendu coupable. »
and the priest hath made atonement for him before Jehovah, and it hath been forgiven him, concerning one thing of all that he doth, by being guilty therein.'
8 Yahweh parla à Moïse, en disant:
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
9 « Donne cet ordre à Aaron et à ses fils, et dis-leur: Voici la loi de l’holocauste. L’holocauste brûlera sur le foyer de l’autel toute la nuit jusqu’au matin, et le feu de l’autel y sera tenu allumé.
'Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This [is] a law of the burnt-offering (it [is] the burnt-offering, because of the burning on the altar all the night unto the morning, and the fire of the altar is burning on it, )
10 Chaque matin, le prêtre, ayant revêtu sa tunique de lin et mis des caleçons de lin sur sa chair, enlèvera la cendre laissée par le feu qui aura consumé l’holocauste sur l’autel, et la déposera à côté de l’autel;
that the priest hath put on his long robe of fine linen, and his fine linen trousers he doth put on his flesh, and hath lifted up the ashes which the fire consumeth with the burnt-offering on the altar, and hath put them near the altar;
11 puis il quittera ses vêtements et en mettra d’autres pour porter la cendre hors du camp, en un lieu pur.
and he hath stripped off his garments, and hath put on other garments, and hath brought out the ashes unto the outside of the camp, unto a clean place.
12 Le feu sur l’autel y sera entretenu sans qu’il s’éteigne; le prêtre y allumera du bois chaque matin, arrangera dessus l’holocauste, et y fera fumer la graisse des sacrifices pacifiques.
'And the fire on the altar is burning on it, it is not quenched, and the priest hath burned on it wood morning by morning, and hath arranged on it the burnt-offering, and hath made perfume on it [with] the fat of the peace-offerings;
13 Un feu perpétuel doit brûler sur l’autel sans s’éteindre.
fire is continually burning on the altar, it is not quenched.
14 Voici la loi de l’oblation: les fils d’Aaron la présenteront devant Yahweh, devant l’autel.
'And this [is] a law of the present: sons of Aaron have brought it near before Jehovah unto the front of the altar,
15 Le prêtre en prélèvera une poignée de fleur de farine avec son huile, et tout l’encens qui est sur l’oblation, et il fera fumer cela sur l’autel, en agréable odeur, comme souvenir à Yahweh.
and [one] hath lifted up of it with his hand from the flour of the present, and from its oil, and all the frankincense which [is] on the present, and hath made perfume on the altar, sweet fragrance — its memorial to Jehovah.
16 Ce qui restera de l’oblation, Aaron et ses fils le mangeront; ils le mangeront sans levain, en lieu saint, dans le parvis de la tente de réunion.
'And the remnant of it do Aaron and his sons eat; [with] unleavened things it is eaten, in the holy place, in the court of the tent of meeting they do eat it.
17 On ne le cuira pas avec du levain. C’est la part que je leur ai assignée de mes offrandes consumées par le feu. C’est une chose très sainte, comme le sacrifice pour le péché et comme le sacrifice de réparation.
It is not baken [with] any thing fermented, their portion I have given it, out of My fire-offerings; it [is] most holy, like the sin-offering, and like the guilt-offering.
18 Tout mâle des enfants d’Aaron en mangera. C’est une loi perpétuelle pour vos descendants sur les offrandes faites par le feu à Yahweh. Quiconque y touchera sera saint. »
Every male among the sons of Aaron doth eat it — a statute age-during to your generations, out of the fire-offerings of Jehovah: all that cometh against them is holy.'
19 Yahweh parla à Moïse, en disant:
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
20 « Voici l’offrande qu’Aaron et ses fils feront à Yahweh le jour où il recevra l’onction: un dixième d’épha de fleur de farine, comme oblation perpétuelle, moitié le matin et moitié le soir.
'This [is] an offering of Aaron and of his sons, which they bring near to Jehovah in the day of his being anointed; a tenth of the ephah of flour [for] a continual present, half of it in the morning, and half of it in the evening;
21 Elle sera préparée dans la poêle avec de l’huile; tu l’apporteras quand elle sera frite, et tu l’offriras en morceaux, comme offrande divisée, d’agréable odeur à Yahweh.
on a girdel with oil it is made — fried thou dost bring it in; baked pieces of the present thou dost bring near, a sweet fragrance to Jehovah.
22 Le prêtre ayant reçu l’onction, qui lui succédera d’entre ses fils, fera aussi cette oblation: c’est une loi perpétuelle devant Yahweh; elle montera tout entière en fumée.
'And the priest who is anointed in his stead, from among his sons, doth make it, — a statute age-during of Jehovah: it is completely perfumed;
23 Toute offrande de prêtre sera consumée tout entière; on ne la mangera pas. »
and every present of a priest is a whole burnt-offering; it is not eaten.'
24 Yahweh parla à Moïse, en disant:
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
25 « Parle à Aaron et à ses fils, et dis-leur: Voici la loi du sacrifice pour le péché: c’est dans le lieu où l’on égorge l’holocauste que sera égorgée la victime pour le péché devant Yahweh: c’est une chose très sainte.
'Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, This [is] a law of the sin-offering: in the place where the burnt-offering is slaughtered is the sin-offering slaughtered before Jehovah; it [is] most holy.
26 Le prêtre qui offrira la victime pour le péché la mangera; elle sera mangée en lieu saint, dans le parvis de la tente de réunion.
'The priest who is making atonement with it doth eat it, in the holy place it is eaten, in the court of the tent of meeting;
27 Quiconque en touchera la chair sera saint. S’il en rejaillit du sang sur un vêtement, la place où le sang aura rejailli, tu la laveras en lieu saint.
all that cometh against its flesh is holy, and when [any] of its blood is sprinkled on the garment, that on which it is sprinkled thou dost wash in the holy place;
28 Le vase de terre dans lequel elle aura cuit sera brisé; si elle a cuit dans un vase d’airain, il sera nettoyé et rincé dans l’eau.
and an earthen vessel in which it is boiled is broken, and if in a brass vessel it is boiled, then it is scoured and rinsed with water.
29 Tout mâle parmi les prêtres en mangera: c’est une chose très sainte.
'Every male among the priests doth eat it — it [is] most holy;
30 Mais on ne mangera aucune victime pour le péché dont on doit porter le sang dans la tente de réunion pour faire l’expiation dans le sanctuaire: elle sera brûlée au feu.
and no sin-offering, [any] of whose blood is brought in unto the tent of meeting to make atonement in the sanctuary is eaten; with fire it is burnt.
