Jérémie 34
1 La parole qui fut adressée à Jérémie de la part de Yahweh, lorsque Nabuchodonosor, roi de Babylone, avec toute son armée, tous les royaumes de la terre soumis à sa domination et tous les peuples, combattaient contre Jérusalem et contre toutes les villes de sa dépendance — en ces termes:
[the] word which to be to(wards) Jeremiah from with LORD and Nebuchadnezzar king Babylon and all strength: soldiers his and all kingdom land: country/planet dominion hand: power his and all [the] people to fight upon Jerusalem and upon all city her to/for to say
2 Ainsi parle Yahweh, Dieu d’Israël: Va et parle à Sédécias, roi de Juda, et dis-lui: Ainsi parle Yahweh: Voici que je vais livrer cette ville au roi de Babylone et il la brûlera.
thus to say LORD God Israel to go: went and to say to(wards) Zedekiah king Judah and to say to(wards) him thus to say LORD look! I to give: give [obj] [the] city [the] this in/on/with hand: power king Babylon and to burn her in/on/with fire
3 Et toi, tu n’échapperas pas à sa main, car tu seras certainement pris et livré entre ses mains; tes yeux verront les yeux du roi de Babylone, il te parlera bouche à bouche, et tu iras à Babylone.
and you(m. s.) not to escape from hand: power his for to capture to capture and in/on/with hand: power his to give: give and eye your [obj] eye king Babylon to see: see and lip his with lip your to speak: speak and Babylon to come (in): come
4 Toutefois écoute la parole de Yahweh, Sédécias, roi de Juda! Ainsi parle Yahweh à ton sujet: Tu ne mourras pas par l’épée.
surely to hear: hear word LORD Zedekiah king Judah thus to say LORD upon you not to die in/on/with sword
5 Tu mourras en paix et, comme on a brûlé des parfums pour tes pères, les anciens rois qui t’ont précédé, ainsi on en brûlera pour toi, et on se lamentera sur toi en disant: Hélas! Seigneur! Car moi, j’ai prononcé cette parole, — oracle de Yahweh.
in/on/with peace to die and like/as burning father your [the] king [the] first: previous which to be to/for face: before your so to burn to/for you and woe! lord to mourn to/for you for word I to speak: speak utterance LORD
6 Jérémie le prophète dit toutes ces paroles à Sédécias, roi de Juda, à Jérusalem.
and to speak: speak Jeremiah [the] prophet to(wards) Zedekiah king Judah [obj] all [the] word [the] these in/on/with Jerusalem
7 Or l’armée du roi de Babylone combattait contre Jérusalem et contre toutes les villes de Juda qui tenaient encore, contre Lachis et contre Azéca; car des villes de Juda, des villes fortes, il ne restait plus que celles-là.
and strength: soldiers king Babylon to fight upon Jerusalem and upon all city Judah [the] to remain to(wards) Lachish and to(wards) Azekah for they(fem.) to remain in/on/with city Judah city fortification
8 La parole qui fut adressée à Jérémie de la part de Yahweh, après que le roi Sédécias eut fait un accord avec tout le peuple de Jérusalem pour publier à leur adresse un affranchissement,
[the] word which to be to(wards) Jeremiah from with LORD after to cut: make(covenant) [the] king Zedekiah covenant with all [the] people which in/on/with Jerusalem to/for to call: call out to/for them liberty
9 afin que chacun renvoyât libre son esclave et chacun sa servante, hébreu ou hébreuse, et qu’il n’y eût personne qui retînt en servitude un Judéen son frère.
to/for to send: let go man: anyone [obj] servant/slave his and man: anyone [obj] maidservant his [the] Hebrew and [the] Hebrew free to/for lest to serve in/on/with them in/on/with Jew brother: compatriot his man: anyone
10 Tous les chefs et tout le peuple, qui étaient entrés dans cet accord, consentirent à renvoyer libres chacun son esclave et chacun sa servante, pour ne plus les retenir en servitude; ils y consentirent et les renvoyèrent.
and to hear: obey all [the] ruler and all [the] people which to come (in): come in/on/with covenant to/for to send: let go man: anyone [obj] servant/slave his and man: anyone [obj] maidservant his free to/for lest to serve in/on/with them still and to hear: obey and to send: let go
11 Mais ensuite ils changèrent d’avis et firent revenir les esclaves, hommes et femmes, qu’ils avaient renvoyés libres, et les obligèrent à redevenir esclaves et servantes.
and to return: turn back after so and to return: return [obj] [the] servant/slave and [obj] [the] maidservant which to send: let go free (and to subdue them *Q(K)*) to/for servant/slave and to/for maidservant
12 Et la parole de Yahweh fut adressée à Jérémie de la part de Yahweh en ces termes:
and to be word LORD to(wards) Jeremiah from with LORD to/for to say
13 Ainsi parle Yahweh, Dieu d’Israël: Moi j’avais fait alliance avec vos pères au jour où je les fis sortir du pays d’Égypte, de la maison de servitude, en leur disant:
thus to say LORD God Israel I to cut: make(covenant) covenant with father your in/on/with day to come out: send I [obj] them from land: country/planet Egypt from house: household servant/slave to/for to say
14 Au terme de sept ans, chacun de vous renverra libre son frère hébreu qui lui aura été vendu; il te servira six ans, puis tu le renverras libre de chez toi. Mais vos pères ne m’ont pas écouté; ils n’ont pas prêté l’oreille.

15 Vous, aujourd’hui, vous étiez revenus, et aviez fait ce qui est droit à mes yeux, en proclamant la liberté, chacun pour son prochain; vous aviez conclu un accord en ma présence, dans la maison sur laquelle mon nom est invoqué.
and to return: repent you(m. p.) [the] day: today and to make: do [obj] [the] upright in/on/with eye my to/for to call: call out liberty man: anyone to/for neighbor his and to cut: make(covenant) covenant to/for face: before my in/on/with house: temple which to call: call by name my upon him
16 Mais vous avez changé d’avis, et vous avez profané mon nom, en faisant revenir chacun votre esclave et chacun votre servante, que vous aviez affranchis et rendus à eux-mêmes, et en les obligeant à redevenir vos esclaves et vos servantes.
and to return: turn back and to profane/begin: profane [obj] name my and to return: rescue man: anyone [obj] servant/slave his and man: anyone [obj] maidservant his which to send: let go free to/for soul: appetite their and to subdue [obj] them to/for to be to/for you to/for servant/slave and to/for maidservant
17 C’est pourquoi ainsi parle Yahweh: Vous ne m’avez pas obéi en publiant un affranchissement chacun pour son frère, chacun pour son prochain; voici que je publie pour vous un affranchissement — oracle de Yahweh; je vous renvoie à l’épée, à la peste et à la famine, et je ferai de vous un objet de terreur parmi tous les royaumes de la terre.

I to call: call out to/for you liberty utterance LORD to(wards) [the] sword to(wards) [the] pestilence and to(wards) [the] famine and to give: make [obj] you (to/for horror *Q(K)*) to/for all kingdom [the] land: country/planet
18 Et les hommes qui ont transgressé mon accord, qui n’ont pas exécuté les termes de l’accord qu’ils ont conclu en ma présence, je les rendrai tels que le jeune taureau qu’ils ont coupé en deux pour passer entre les morceaux:
and to give: make [obj] [the] human [the] to pass: trespass [obj] covenant my which not to arise: establish [obj] word: promised [the] covenant which to cut: make(covenant) to/for face: before my [the] calf which to cut: cut to/for two and to pass between part his
19 les chefs de Juda et les chefs de Jérusalem, les eunuques, les prêtres, et tous les gens du pays qui ont passé entre les morceaux du jeune taureau.
ruler Judah and ruler Jerusalem [the] eunuch and [the] priest and all people [the] land: country/planet [the] to pass between part [the] calf
20 Je les livrerai entre les mains de leurs ennemis et entre les mains de ceux qui en veulent à leur vie; et leurs cadavres seront la pâture des oiseaux du ciel et des bêtes de la terre.
and to give: give [obj] them in/on/with hand: power enemy their and in/on/with hand: power to seek soul: life their and to be carcass their to/for food to/for bird [the] heaven and to/for animal [the] land: country/planet
21 Et Sédécias, roi de Juda, et ses princes, je les livrerai aux mains de leurs ennemis, aux mains de ceux qui en veulent à leur vie, aux mains de l’armée de Babylone, qui s’est éloignée de vous.
and [obj] Zedekiah king Judah and [obj] ruler his to give: give in/on/with hand: power enemy their and in/on/with hand: power to seek soul: life their and in/on/with hand: power strength: soldiers king Babylon [the] to ascend: rise from upon you
22 Voici que je donne des ordres, — oracle de Yahweh, — et je vais les ramener contre cette ville; ils combattront contre elle, ils la prendront et la brûleront; et je ferai des villes de Juda un désert sans habitants!
look! I to command utterance LORD and to return: return them to(wards) [the] city [the] this and to fight upon her and to capture her and to burn her in/on/with fire and [obj] city Judah to give: make devastation from nothing to dwell
