Zacharie 5
1 Je levai de nouveau les yeux et je vis, et voici, un rouleau volant.
And I turn back, and lift up my eyes, and look, and behold, a flying scroll.
2 Il me dit: « Que vois-tu? » Je répondis: « Je vois un rouleau volant; sa longueur est de vingt coudées, et sa largeur de dix coudées. »
And he says to me, “What are you seeing?” And I say, “I am seeing a flying scroll, its length [is] twenty by the cubit, and its breadth [is] ten by the cubit.”
3 Et il me dit: C'est ici la malédiction qui sortira sur la surface de tout le pays, car quiconque volera sera retranché selon elle d'un côté, et quiconque jurera faussement sera retranché selon elle de l'autre côté.
And he says to me, “This [is] the execration that is going forth over the face of all the land, for everyone who is stealing, on the one side, according to it, has been declared innocent, and everyone who has sworn, on the other side, according to it, has been declared innocent.”
4 Je la ferai sortir, dit Yahvé des armées, et elle entrera dans la maison du voleur, et dans la maison de celui qui jure faussement par mon nom; elle restera au milieu de sa maison, et la détruira avec son bois et ses pierres. »
“I have brought it out,” a declaration of YHWH of Hosts, “and it has come into the house of the thief, and into the house of him who has sworn in My Name with a falsehood, and it has remained in the midst of his house, and has consumed it, both its wood and its stones.”
5 Alors l'ange qui parlait avec moi s'avança et me dit: « Lèves maintenant tes yeux et regarde ce que c'est que ce qui apparaît. »
And the messenger who is speaking with me goes forth and says to me, “Now lift up your eyes, and [do you] see what this [is] that is coming forth?”
6 J'ai dit: « Qu'est-ce que c'est? » Il dit: « Voici la corbeille d'épha qui apparaît. » Il dit encore: « Voici leur apparition dans tout le pays.
And I say, “What [is] it?” And he says, “This—the ephah that is coming forth.” And he says, “This [is] their aspect in all the land.
7 Et voici, on a levé un couvercle de plomb pesant un talent, et il y avait une femme assise au milieu de la corbeille d'épha. »
And behold, a disc of lead lifted up; and this [is] a woman sitting in the midst of the ephah.”
8 Il dit: « Voici la méchanceté »; et il la jeta au milieu de la corbeille d'épha; et il jeta le poids de plomb sur sa bouche.
And he says, “This [is] the wicked woman.” And he casts her into the midst of the ephah, and casts the weight of lead on its mouth.
9 Alors je levai les yeux et je regardai, et voici, il y avait deux femmes, et le vent était dans leurs ailes. Elles avaient des ailes comme les ailes d'une cigogne, et elles élevaient la corbeille d'épha entre la terre et le ciel.
And I lift up my eyes, and see, and behold, two women are coming forth, and wind [is] in their wings; and they have wings like wings of the stork, and they lift up the ephah between the earth and the heavens.
10 Alors je dis à l'ange qui parlait avec moi: « Où sont celles qui portent la corbeille d'épha? »
And I say to the messenger who is speaking with me, “To where [are] they causing the ephah to go?”
11 Il me dit: « Construis-lui une maison dans le pays de Shinar. Quand elle sera prête, elle y sera installée à sa place. »
And he says to me, “To build a house for it in the land of Shinar.” And it has been prepared and has been placed there on its base.
