Psaumes 55
1 Pour le musicien en chef. Sur les instruments à cordes. Une contemplation de David. Écoute ma prière, Dieu. Ne te cache pas de ma supplication.
To the choirmaster with stringed instruments a poem of David. Give ear to! O God prayer my and may not you hide yourself from supplication my.
2 Occupe-toi de moi, et réponds-moi. Je suis agité dans ma plainte, et gémir
Pay attention! to me and answer me I am restless in complaint my and I am distraught.
3 à cause de la voix de l'ennemi, à cause de l'oppression des méchants. Car ils me font souffrir. En colère, ils m'en veulent.
From [the] sound of an enemy because of [the] pressure of [the] wicked for they drop on me wickedness and in anger they are hostile to me.
4 Mon cœur est gravement blessé au-dedans de moi. Les terreurs de la mort se sont abattues sur moi.
Heart my it trembles within me and [the] terrors of death they have fallen on me.
5 La crainte et le tremblement me saisissent. L'horreur m'a submergé.
Fear and trembling it comes on me and it has covered me shuddering.
6 Je disais: « Oh, si j'avais des ailes comme une colombe! Puis je m'envolerais, et je serais en paix.
And I said who? will he give [will belong] to me wing[s] like dove I want to fly away and I want to settle down.
7 Voici, je m'égarerais au loin. Je voudrais me loger dans le désert. (Selah)
Here! I want to be far away [surely] to flee I want to lodge in the wilderness (Selah)
8 « Je me précipiterais vers un abri pour me protéger du vent et de la tempête. »
I want to make haste a place of escape of me from a wind rushing from a storm.
9 Embrouillez-les, Seigneur, et confondez leur langage, car j'ai vu de la violence et des querelles dans la ville.
Confuse O Lord divide tongue their for I have seen violence and strife in the city.
10 Jour et nuit, ils rôdent sur ses murs. La malice et l'abus sont également en elle.
By day and night they go around it on walls its and wickedness and trouble [are] in midst its.
11 Les forces destructrices sont en elle. Les menaces et les mensonges ne quittent pas ses rues.
Destruction [are] in midst its and not it departs from public square its oppression and deceit.
12 Car ce n'est pas un ennemi qui m'a insulté, alors j'aurais pu l'endurer. Ce n'est pas non plus celui qui me haïssait qui s'est élevé contre moi, alors je me serais caché de lui.
For not an enemy he taunts me and I may endure not [one who] hates me on me he magnified himself then I may hide myself from him.
13 Mais c'était toi, un homme comme moi, mon compagnon, et mon ami familier.
And you a man according to value my close friend my and acquaintance my.
14 Nous avons pris une douce communion ensemble. Nous avons marché dans la maison de Dieu avec de la compagnie.
Who together we made sweet counsel in [the] house of God we walked about in a crowd.
15 Que la mort vienne soudainement sur eux. Qu'ils descendent vivants dans le séjour des morts. Car la méchanceté est au milieu d'eux, dans leur demeure. (Sheol h7585)
(May it deceive death - *Q(K)*) on them may they go down Sheol alive for evil deeds [are] in sojourning-place their in inner being their. (Sheol h7585)
16 Quant à moi, j'invoquerai Dieu. Yahvé me sauvera.
I to God I will call out and Yahweh he will save me.
17 Le soir, le matin et à midi, je crierai ma détresse. Il entendra ma voix.
Evening and morning and noon I will complain and I may murmur and he heard voice my.
18 Il a racheté mon âme en paix de la bataille qui était contre moi, bien qu'il y ait beaucoup de gens qui s'opposent à moi.
He will ransom in peace life my from battle to me for many [people] they are with me.
19 Dieu, qui est sur le trône pour toujours, les entendra et leur répondra. (Selah) Ils ne changent jamais et ne craignent pas Dieu.
He will hear - God - and he will answer them and [the one who] sits antiquity (Selah) whom not changes [belong] to them and not they fear God.
20 Il lève ses mains contre ses amis. Il a violé son alliance.
He stretched out hands his on allies his he violated covenant his.
21 Sa bouche était lisse comme du beurre, mais son cœur était la guerre. Ses mots étaient plus doux que de l'huile, mais ce sont des épées dégainées.
They were smooth - [the] creamy things of mouth his and [was] war heart his they were soft words his more than oil and they [were] drawn swords.
22 Dépose ton fardeau sur Yahvé et il te soutiendra. Il ne permettra jamais aux justes d'être déplacés.
Cast on Yahweh - burden your and he he will sustain you not he will permit for ever to shake to the righteous.
23 Mais toi, Dieu, tu les feras descendre dans la fosse de la destruction. Les hommes sanguinaires et fourbes ne vivront pas la moitié de leurs jours, mais j'ai confiance en toi.
And you O God - you will bring down them - to [the] pit of [the] pit people of blood and deceit not they will divide in half days their and I I will trust in you.
