Marc 11
1 Lorsqu'ils approchèrent de Jérusalem, de Bethsphage et de Béthanie, au mont des Oliviers, il envoya deux de ses disciples
And when they were drawing near to Jerusalem and to Bethania at the mount of Olives, he sendeth two of his disciples,
2 et leur dit: « Allez au village qui est en face de vous. Dès que vous y serez entrés, vous trouverez un jeune âne attaché, sur lequel personne ne s'est assis. Détachez-le et amenez-le.
And saith to them: Go into the village that is over against you, and immediately at your coming in thither, you shall find a colt tied, upon which no man yet hath sat: loose him, and bring him.
3 Si quelqu'un vous demande: « Pourquoi faites-vous cela? », dites: « Le Seigneur a besoin de lui; et aussitôt il le renverra ici. »
And if any man shall say to you, What are you doing? say ye that the Lord hath need of him: and immediately he will let him come hither.
4 Ils s'en allèrent, et trouvèrent un jeune âne attaché à la porte, dehors, en pleine rue, et ils le détachèrent.
And going their way, they found the colt tied before the gate without, in the meeting of two ways: and they loose him.
5 Quelques-uns de ceux qui étaient là leur demandèrent: « Que faites-vous, en détachant le jeune âne? »
And some of them that stood there, said to them: What do you loosing the colt?
6 Ils leur répondirent exactement comme Jésus l'avait dit, et ils les laissèrent partir.
Who said to them as Jesus had commanded them; and they let him go with them.
7 Ils amenèrent le jeune âne à Jésus, y jetèrent leurs vêtements, et Jésus s'assit dessus.
And they brought the colt to Jesus; and they lay their garments on him, and he sat upon him.
8 Beaucoup étendaient leurs vêtements sur le chemin, et d'autres coupaient des branches d'arbres et les répandaient sur la route.
And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down boughs from the trees, and strewed them in the way.
9 Ceux qui précédaient et ceux qui suivaient criaient: « Hosanna! Béni soit celui qui vient au nom du Seigneur!
And they that went before and they that followed, cried, saying: Hosanna, blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
10 Béni soit le royaume de notre père David, qui vient au nom du Seigneur! Hosanna au plus haut des cieux! »
Blessed be the kingdom of our father David that cometh: Hosanna in the highest.
11 Jésus entra dans le temple de Jérusalem. Après avoir tout regardé, le soir étant venu, il se rendit à Béthanie avec les douze.
And he entered into Jerusalem, into the temple: and having viewed all things round about, when now the eventide was come, he went out to Bethania with the twelve.
12 Le lendemain, quand ils sortirent de Béthanie, il eut faim.
And the next day when they came out from Bethania, he was hungry.
13 Voyant de loin un figuier qui avait des feuilles, il s'approcha pour voir s'il n'y trouverait pas quelque chose. Lorsqu'il l'atteignit, il ne trouva que des feuilles, car ce n'était pas la saison des figues.
And when he had seen afar off a fig tree having leaves, he came if perhaps he might find any thing on it. And when he was come to it, he found nothing but leaves. For it was not the time for figs.
14 Jésus lui dit: « Que personne ne mange plus jamais de fruit de toi! » et ses disciples l'entendirent. (aiōn g165)
And answering he said to it: May no man hereafter eat fruit of thee any more for ever. And his disciples heard it. (aiōn g165)
15 Ils arrivèrent à Jérusalem. Jésus entra dans le temple et se mit à jeter dehors ceux qui vendaient et ceux qui achetaient dans le temple; il renversa les tables des changeurs et les sièges de ceux qui vendaient les colombes.
And they came to Jerusalem. And when he was entered into the temple, he began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the chairs of them that sold doves.
16 Il ne permettait à personne de transporter un récipient dans le temple.
And he suffered not that any man should carry a vessel through the temple;
17 Il enseignait, en leur disant: « N' est-il pas écrit: « Ma maison sera appelée maison de prière pour toutes les nations »? Mais vous en avez fait une caverne de voleurs! »
And he taught, saying to them: Is it not written, My house shall be called the house of prayer to all nations? But you have made it a den of thieves.
18 Les principaux sacrificateurs et les scribes l'entendirent, et ils cherchaient comment le faire périr. Car ils le craignaient, parce que toute la foule était étonnée de son enseignement.
Which when the chief priests and the scribes had heard, they sought how they might destroy him. For they feared him, because the whole multitude was in admiration at his doctrine.
19 Le soir venu, il sortit de la ville.
And when evening was come, he went forth out of the city.
20 Comme ils passaient par là le matin, ils virent le figuier desséché jusqu'aux racines.
And when they passed by in the morning they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.
21 Pierre, se souvenant, lui dit: « Rabbi, regarde! Le figuier que tu as maudit s'est desséché. »
And Peter remembering, said to him: Rabbi, behold the fig tree, which thou didst curse, is withered away.
22 Jésus leur répondit: « Ayez foi en Dieu.
And Jesus answering, saith to them: Have the faith of God.
23 Car, je vous le dis en vérité, quiconque dira à cette montagne: « Emporte-la et jette-la dans la mer », et ne doutera pas dans son cœur, mais croira que ce qu'il dit arrive, obtiendra ce qu'il dira.
Amen I say to you, that whosoever shall say to this mountain, Be thou removed and be cast into the sea, and shall not stagger in his heart, but believe, that whatsoever he saith shall be done; it shall be done unto him.
24 C'est pourquoi je vous dis que tout ce que vous priez et demandez, croyez que vous l'avez reçu, et vous l'aurez.
Therefore I say unto you, all things, whatsoever you ask when ye pray, believe that you shall receive; and they shall come unto you.
25 Chaque fois que vous êtes en prière, pardonnez, si vous avez quelque chose contre quelqu'un, afin que votre Père, qui est dans les cieux, vous pardonne aussi vos transgressions.
And when you shall stand to pray, forgive, if you have aught against any man; that your Father also, who is in heaven, may forgive you your sins.
26 Mais si vous ne pardonnez pas, votre Père qui est dans les cieux ne pardonnera pas non plus vos transgressions. »
But if you will not forgive, neither will your Father that is in heaven, forgive you your sins.
27 Ils retournèrent à Jérusalem. Comme il se promenait dans le temple, les principaux sacrificateurs, les scribes et les anciens vinrent à lui.
And they come again to Jerusalem. And when he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests and the scribes and the ancients,
28 Ils se mirent à lui dire: « Par quelle autorité fais-tu ces choses? Ou qui t'a donné l'autorité de faire ces choses? »
And they say to him: By what authority dost thou these things? and who hath given thee this authority that thou shouldst do these things?
29 Jésus leur dit: « Je vais vous poser une question. Répondez-moi, et je vous dirai par quelle autorité je fais ces choses.
And Jesus answering, said to them: I will also ask you one word, and answer you me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
30 Le baptême de Jean, est-il venu du ciel ou des hommes? Répondez-moi. »
The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or from men? Answer me.
31 Ils raisonnaient ainsi entre eux: « Si nous disons: Du ciel, il dira: Pourquoi n'avez-vous pas cru en lui?
But they thought with themselves, saying: If we say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did you not believe him?
32 Si nous disons: Des hommes, ils craignaient le peuple, car tous tenaient Jean pour un vrai prophète.
If we say, From men, we fear the people. For all men counted John that he was a prophet indeed.
33 Ils répondirent à Jésus: « Nous ne savons pas. » Jésus leur dit: « Je ne vous dirai pas non plus par quelle autorité je fais ces choses. »
And they answering, say to Jesus: We know not. And Jesus answering, saith to them: Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.
