Exode 39
1 Ils firent des vêtements bleus, pourpres et écarlates pour le service dans le lieu saint, et ils firent les vêtements sacrés d'Aaron, comme Yahvé l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
And of the blue, and the purple, and the scarlet, they made colored garments, to minister in the holy place; and they make the holy garments which [are] for Aaron, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
2 Il fit l'éphod d'or, de bleu, de pourpre, d'écarlate et de fin lin retors.
And he makes the ephod, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen,
3 On battit l'or en plaques minces et on le tailla en fils, pour l'associer au bleu, à la pourpre, à l'écarlate et au fin lin, ouvrage d'un habile ouvrier.
and they expand the plates of gold, and have cut off wires to work in the midst of the blue, and in the midst of the purple, and in the midst of the scarlet, and in the midst of the linen—the work of a designer;
4 On lui fit des courroies d'épaule, jointes ensemble. On l'assemblait par les deux bouts.
they have made shoulder-pieces for it, joining; it is joined at its two ends.
5 La bande qui l'entourait, et qui servait à l'attacher, était d'une seule pièce, comme son ouvrage, d'or, de bleu, de pourpre, d'écarlate et de fin lin retors, selon ce que l'Éternel avait ordonné à Moïse.
And the girdle of his ephod which [is] on it is of the same, according to its work, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
6 Ils travaillèrent les pierres d'onyx, enfermées dans des montures d'or, gravées avec les gravures d'un sceau, selon les noms des enfants d'Israël.
And they prepare the shoham stones, set [with] filigrees of gold, engraved with engravings of a signet—the names of the sons of Israel on [them];
7 Il les mit sur les bretelles de l'éphod, comme pierres de souvenir pour les enfants d'Israël, selon ce que l'Éternel avait ordonné à Moïse.
and he sets them on the shoulders of the ephod—stones of memorial for the sons of Israel, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
8 Il fit le pectoral, ouvrage d'un habile ouvrier, comme l'ouvrage de l'éphod: d'or, de bleu, de pourpre, d'écarlate, et de fin lin retors.
And he makes the breastplate, the work of a designer, like the work of the ephod, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen;
9 Il était carré. On fit le pectoral double. Sa longueur était d'un empan, et sa largeur d'un empan; il était double.
it has been square; they have made the breastplate double, a span its length, and a span its breadth, doubled.
10 On y plaça quatre rangées de pierres. La première rangée était formée de rubis, de topazes et de béryls;
And they fill four rows of stones in it: a row of a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle [is] the first row;
11 la seconde, de turquoises, de saphirs et d'émeraudes;
and the second row an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond;
12 la troisième, de jacinthes, d'agates et d'améthystes;
and the third row an opal, an agate, and an amethyst;
13 la quatrième, de chrysolites, d'onyx et de jaspes. Ils étaient entourés de montures d'or.
and the fourth row a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper—set [with] filigrees of gold in their settings.
14 Les pierres étaient d'après les noms des enfants d'Israël, douze, selon leurs noms; comme les gravures d'un cachet, chacun selon son nom, pour les douze tribus.
And the stones, according to the names of the sons of Israel, are twelve, according to their names, engravings of a signet, each according to his name, for the twelve tribes.
15 On fit sur le pectoral des chaînettes semblables à des cordons, tressées d'or pur.
And they make wreathed chains on the breastplate, [the] work of thick bands of pure gold;
16 Ils firent deux montures d'or et deux anneaux d'or, et ils mirent les deux anneaux aux deux extrémités du pectoral.
and they make two filigrees of gold, and two rings of gold, and put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate,
17 On mit les deux chaînettes d'or tressées dans les deux anneaux, aux deux extrémités du pectoral.
and they put the two thick bands of gold on the two rings on the ends of the breastplate;
18 On mit les deux autres extrémités des deux chaînettes tressées sur les deux montures, et on les plaça sur les bretelles de l'éphod, sur son devant.
and they have put the two ends of the two thick bands on the two filigrees, and they put them on the shoulders of the ephod, toward the front of its face.
19 Ils firent deux anneaux d'or, et les mirent aux deux extrémités du pectoral, sur son bord, qui était vers le côté de l'éphod, en dedans.
And they make two rings of gold, and set [them] on the two ends of the breastplate, on its border, which [is] on the side of the ephod within;
20 Ils firent deux autres anneaux d'or, et les mirent aux deux bretelles de l'éphod, en dessous, sur le devant, près de son attache, au-dessus de la bande de l'éphod, habilement tissée.
and they make two rings of gold, and put them on the two shoulders of the ephod below, in front of its front, close by its joining, above the girdle of the ephod;
21 Ils attachèrent le pectoral par ses anneaux aux anneaux de l'éphod avec un lacet bleu, afin qu'il soit sur la ceinture de l'éphod et que le pectoral ne se détache pas de l'éphod, comme l'Éternel l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
and they bind the breastplate by its rings to the rings of the ephod, with a ribbon of blue, to be above the girdle of the ephod, and the breastplate is not loosed from off the ephod, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
22 Il fit la robe de l'éphod d'un travail tissé, tout en bleu.
And he makes the upper robe of the ephod, the work of a weaver, completely of blue;
23 L'ouverture de la robe, au milieu, était comme l'ouverture d'une cotte de mailles, avec un lien autour de l'ouverture, pour qu'elle ne se déchire pas.
and the opening of the upper robe [is] in its midst, as the opening of a [linen] habergeon, [with] a border for its opening all around; it is not torn;
24 On fit sur les pans de la robe des grenades de couleur bleue, pourpre, écarlate et de lin retors.
and they make on the hems of the upper robe pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet, twined.
25 On fit des clochettes d'or pur, et on mit les clochettes entre les grenades, autour des pans de la robe, entre les grenades;
And they make bells of pure gold, and put the bells in the midst of the pomegranates, on the hems of the upper robe, all around, in the midst of the pomegranates;
26 une cloche et une grenade, une cloche et une grenade, autour des pans de la robe, pour faire le service, comme Yahvé l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
a bell and a pomegranate [and] a bell and a pomegranate [are] on the hems of the upper robe all around, to minister in, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
27 Ils firent les tuniques de lin fin tissé pour Aaron et ses fils,
And they make the coats of linen, the work of a weaver, for Aaron and for his sons,
28 le turban de lin fin, les bandeaux de lin fin, les pantalons de lin fin retors,
and the turban of linen, and the beautiful caps of linen, and the linen trousers, of twined linen,
29 la ceinture de lin fin retors, bleu, pourpre et cramoisi, ouvrage du brodeur, comme Yahvé l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
and the girdle of twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, the work of an embroiderer, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
30 Ils firent la plaque de la couronne sacrée en or pur, et y inscrivirent une inscription, comme les gravures d'un sceau: « Sainteté à YAHVÉ ».
And they make the flower of the holy crown of pure gold, and write a writing on it, engravings of a signet: “Holy to YHWH”;
31 Ils y attachèrent un lacet de couleur bleue, pour le fixer au turban du dessus, comme Yahvé l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
and they put a ribbon of blue on it, to put [it] on the turban above, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
32 Ainsi fut achevée toute l'œuvre du tabernacle de la tente de la Rencontre. Les enfants d'Israël firent tout ce que l'Éternel avait ordonné à Moïse; ils firent ainsi.
And all the service of the Dwelling Place of the Tent of Meeting is completed; and the sons of Israel do according to all that YHWH has commanded Moses; so they have done.
33 Ils apportèrent à Moïse le tabernacle: la tente, avec tous ses meubles, ses agrafes, ses planches, ses barres, ses piliers, ses socles,
And they bring in the Dwelling Place to Moses, the tent, and all its vessels, its hooks, its boards, its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets;
34 la couverture de peaux de béliers teintes en rouge, la couverture de peaux de vaches de mer, le voile du paravent,
and the covering of rams’ skins, which are made red, and the covering of tachashim skins, and the veil of the covering;
35 l'arche de l'alliance avec ses perches, le propitiatoire,
the Ark of the Testimony and its poles, and the propitiatory covering;
36 la table, tous ses ustensiles, le pain de proposition,
the table, all its vessels, and the Bread of the Presentation;
37 le chandelier pur, ses lampes, les lampes à mettre en ordre, tous ses ustensiles, l'huile pour la lumière,
the pure lampstand, its lamps, the lamps of arrangement, and all its vessels, and the oil for the light.
38 l'autel d'or, l'huile d'onction, le parfum odoriférant, le rideau de la porte de la tente,
And the golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the spice-incense, and the covering of the opening of the tent;
39 l'autel d'airain, sa grille d'airain, ses barres, tous ses ustensiles, le bassin et son socle,
the bronze altar and the bronze grate which it has, its poles, and all its vessels, the laver and its base;
40 les tentures du parvis, ses colonnes, ses socles, le rideau de la porte du parvis, ses cordons, ses pieux, tous les instruments pour le service du tabernacle, pour la tente d'assignation,
the hangings of the court, its pillars, and its sockets; and the covering for the gate of the court, its cords, and its pins; and all the vessels of the service of the Dwelling Place, for the Tent of Meeting;
41 les vêtements de cérémonie pour le service dans le sanctuaire, les vêtements sacrés pour le prêtre Aaron et les vêtements de ses fils pour le service dans le sacerdoce.
the colored clothes to minister in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to act as priest in.
42 Les enfants d'Israël firent tout le travail, selon tout ce que l'Éternel avait ordonné à Moïse.
According to all that YHWH has commanded Moses, so the sons of Israel have done all the service;
43 Moïse vit tout l'ouvrage, et voici qu'ils l'avaient fait comme l'avait ordonné l'Éternel. Ils avaient agi ainsi, et Moïse les bénit.
and Moses sees all the work, and behold, they have done it as YHWH has commanded; so they have done. And Moses blesses them.
