2 Mooseksen 7
1 Ja Herra sanoi Mosekselle: katso, minä olen asettanut sinun Pharaon Jumalaksi. Ja veljes Aaron pitää oleman sinun prophetas.
And he said Yahweh to Moses consider I have appointed you a god to Pharaoh and Aaron brother your he will be prophet your.
2 Sinun pitää puhuman kaikki, mitä minä käsken sinulle, vaan Aaron sinun veljes pitää sen puhuman Pharaolle: että hän päästäis Israelin lapset maaltansa.
You you will speak all that I will command you and Aaron brother your he will speak to Pharaoh and he will let go [the] people of Israel from land his.
3 Mutta minä tahdon paaduttaa Pharaon sydämen, ja tehdä monta minun ihmettäni ja tunnustähteäni Egyptin maalla.
And I I will make stubborn [the] heart of Pharaoh and I will multiply signs my and wonders my in [the] land of Egypt.
4 Ja ei Pharao kuule teitä; ja minä tahdon osoittaa minun käteni Egyptissä, ja johdatan ulos minun joukkoni, minun kansani Israelin lapset Egyptin maalta suurella oikeudella.
And not he will listen to you Pharaoh and I will put hand my on Egypt and I will bring out hosts my people my [the] people of Israel from [the] land of Egypt with acts of judgment great.
5 Ja Egyptiläisten pitää tietämän, että minä olen Herra, ojetessani kättäni Egyptin ylitse, ja johdattaissani ulos Israelin lapset heidän keskeltänsä.
And they will know Egypt that I [am] Yahweh when stretch out I hand my on Egypt and I will bring out [the] people of Israel from among them.
6 Moses ja Aaron tekivät niinkuin Herra oli heille käskenyt.
And he did Moses and Aaron just as he commanded Yahweh them so they did.
7 Ja Moses oli kahdeksankymmenen ajastaikainen, ja Aaron kolmen ajastaikainen yhdeksättäkymmentä, koska he puhuivat Pharaon kanssa.
And Moses [was] a son of eighty year[s] and Aaron [was] a son of three and eighty year[s] when spoke they to Pharaoh.
8 Ja Herra puhui Mosekselle ja Aaronille, sanoen:
And he said Yahweh to Moses and to Aaron saying.
9 Koska Pharao puhuu teille, sanoen: osoittakaat teidän ihmeenne. Niin sinun pitää sanoman Aaronille: ota sauvas, ja heitä Pharaon eteen, ja se tulee kärmeeksi.
That he will say to you Pharaoh saying give for yourselves a wonder and you will say to Aaron take staff your and throw [it] before Pharaoh it may become a serpent.
10 Niin Moses ja Aaron menivät Pharaon tykö, ja tekivät niinkuin Herra oli käskenyt. Ja Aaron heitti sauvansa Pharaon ja hänen palveliainsa eteen, ja se tuli kärmeeksi.
And he went Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh and they did so just as he had commanded Yahweh and he threw down Aaron staff his before Pharaoh and before servants his and it became a serpent.
11 Niin Pharao myös kutsui tietäjät ja noidat, ja Egyptin noidat tekivät myös niin noitumisillansa.
And he summoned also Pharaoh the wise men and the sorcerers and they did also they [the] magicians of Egypt by enchantments their thus.
12 Ja itsekukin heistä heitti sauvansa maahan, ja ne tulivat kärmeiksi. Mutta Aaronin sauva nieli heidän sauvansa.
And they threw down each one staff his and they became serpents and it swallowed up [the] staff of Aaron staffs their.
13 Niin Pharaon sydän paatui, eikä myös kuullut heitä: niinkuin Herra oli sanonut.
And it was strong [the] heart of Pharaoh and not he listened to them just as he had said Yahweh.
14 Ja Herra sanoi Mosekselle: Pharaon sydän on kovettunut, ja ei tahdo päästää kansaa.
And he said Yahweh to Moses [is] heavy [the] heart of Pharaoh he has refused to let go the people.
15 Mene Pharaon tykö varhain aamulla, katso, hän kävelee vetten tykönä, ja seiso häntä vastassa virran reunalla, ja se sauva, joka oli kärmeeksi muuttunut, ota sinun kätees.
Go to Pharaoh in the morning there! [he is] going out the water towards and you will stand to meet him on [the] bank of the River and the staff which it was changed into a snake you will take in hand your.
16 Ja sano hänelle: Herra Hebrealaisten Jumala on minun lähettänyt sinun tykös, sanoen: laske minun kansani palvelemaan minua korvessa; ja katso, et ole sinä kuullut tähän asti.
And you will say to him Yahweh [the] God of the Hebrews he has sent me to you to say let go people my so they may serve me in the wilderness and here! not you have listened until thus.
17 Sentähden sanoo Herra näin: tästä pitää sinun tunteman minun olevan Herran: katso, minä lyön tällä sauvalla, joka on minun kädessäni, veteen, joka virrassa on, ja sen pitää muuttuman vereksi,
Thus he says Yahweh by this you will know that I [am] Yahweh here! I [am] about to strike - with the staff which [is] in hand my the water which [is] in the River and they will be changed into blood.
18 Niin että kalat, jotka virrassa ovat, pitää kuoleman, ja virran pitää haiseman, ja Egyptiläiset pitää kyylymän, koska he juovat vettä virrasta.
And the fish which [is] in the River it will die and it will stink the River and they will be weary Egypt to drink water from the River.
19 Ja Herra sanoi Mosekselle: sano Aaronille: ota sauvas, ja ojenna kätes Egyptin vetten ylitse, ja heidän virtainsa ylitse, ja heidän jokeinsa ylitse, ja heidän järveinsä ylitse, ja kaikkein heidän vesilammikkoinsa ylitse, ja ne pitää tuleman vereksi, ja pitää oleman veri koko Egyptin maassa, sekä puuastioissa että myös kiviastioissa.
And he said Yahweh to Moses say to Aaron take staff your and stretch out hand your over [the] waters of Egypt over rivers their - over canals their and over ponds their and over every reservoir of water their so they may become blood and it will be blood in all [the] land of Egypt and in the wood and in the stone.
20 Niin Mose ja Aaron tekivät niinkuin Herra oli käskenyt, ja hän nosti sauvan ja löi veteen, joka virrassa oli, Pharaon ja hänen palveliainsa edessä: ja kaikki vedet, jotka olivat virrassa, muuttuivat vereksi.
And they did so Moses and Aaron just as - he had commanded Yahweh and he raised the staff and he struck the water which [was] in the River to [the] eyes of Pharaoh and to [the] eyes of servants his and they were changed all the water which [was] in the River into blood.
21 Ja kala, jotka olivat virrassa, kuolivat, ja virta haisi, niin ettei Egyptiläiset saaneet juoda vettä virrasta. Ja veri oli koko Egyptin maalla.
And the fish which [was] in the River it died and it stank the River and not they were able Egypt to drink water from the River and it was the blood in all [the] land of Egypt.
22 Egyptin noidat tekivät myös niin noituuksillansa. Mutta Pharaon sydän paatui, ja ei kuullut heitä: niinkuin Herra sanonut oli.
And they did thus [the] magicians of Egypt by enchantments their and it was strong [the] heart of Pharaoh and not he listened to them just as he had said Yahweh.
23 Ja Pharao käänsi itsensä ja palasi kotiansa, ja ei pannut sitäkään sydämeensä.
And he turned Pharaoh and he went into house his and not he set heart his also to this.
24 Mutta kaikki Egyptiläiset kaivoivat virran ympärillä vettä juodaksensa; sillä ei he saaneet juoda virran vesistä.
And they dug all Egypt around the River water to drink for not they were able to drink any of [the] water of the River.
25 Ja se oli täyttä seitsemän päivää, sittenkuin Herra oli lyönyt virran.
And it was completed seven days after struck Yahweh the River.
